The way to self-improvement

Everybody likes money, it is an essential aspect of our daily lives that controls society. We use it for exchanging goods and services as well as a benchmark for our success. Knowledge and health follow the same principle, we deem people who are smarter or more fit than us just as better, wanting to become better is in the mindset of all of us. It matters whether we put in the effort or not. Money making, boosting health and attaining knowledge which consists of two parts and it’s very simple structure aspect that is ‘Investment’. This is essentially investing and setting aside time money or any other resources to reach your goal, this might seem like common sense but most people say that they are going to do something but end up not doing it due to laziness or not having enough time.

If you truly care about something you will make time and think of a way to achieve that goal. Let’s take the concept of investing resources and apply it to stock market or money making concept. The younger you start investing , the less money you have to invest per day, per month or even per year to become a millionaire by age of 65. If you want to invest more, go ahead and make the million come to you faster. By investing money and time, you get to enjoy your life more slowly improving your wealth over time. We can invest our money into any company, may that be Google, Amazon, Walmart, Tesla, etc. The sooner you start investing your money, the less effort is required to reach a million and this strategy can be applied to any goal that you create. Knowledge and health follow the same principle, invest money and time and you will be greatly rewarded throughout your journey. Buy books or courses for improving your overall health or your knowledge or buy a personal trainer that can help you to change your dream body. Overall it all boils down to whether you are able to achieve your willing goal, you should actually take a leap towards your goal.

The hardest part of your journey will be aspect number two- ‘Motivation’. Motivation differs from person to person, some people want to become rich to have a great life for themselves while others to give money to organizations that make the world a better place, some people want to have an aesthetic body for showing off and others for their fitness, it differs. Motivation is the burning sensation inside of you that either one wants to continue ferociously or wants to give up because you aren’t seeing the results or it seems too risky. We have to realize that by investing into a better view, it doesn’t matter whether you might have pitfalls in your journey, whereas phrase goes “keep your eyes on the prize”. Fundamentally it does not matter what your goal is, find ways to never lose hope and motivation to succeed and you will achieve your goal much faster than you planned.

Improvement can be achieved in two parts- invest time, money or any other resources that you need and the other one is to have the pure persistence or find ways to never lose hope and motivation to succeed. This adds upto a better version of you.

Stop Spending So Much Time In Your Head

YOU CAN’T GIVE UP!

I know something about you without knowing you. I bet you spend A LOT of time in your head.

You know, thinking, worrying, stressing, freaking out — call it whatever you want. I call it a preoccupied mind. And with what?

99% of your thoughts are useless. William James put it best:

“A great many people think they are thinking when they are merely rearranging their prejudices.”

All my life I’ve been obsessed with practical things. Practical philosophy, practical knowledge, practical books, practical work, and practical advice.

That idea comes from Pragmatism, a philosophical tradition that started in the 19th century in America. Charles Sanders Peirce, who was a Harvard professor, is considered as the “father of Pragmatism.”

But it was William James, a trained physician turned philosopher, who really defined the philosophy.

About thoughts, worry, and stress, William James says:

“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.”

Pragmatism believes that a mind is a tool. Your mind should work for you, not against you. People who don’t master their mind, don’t believe it’s possible.

They say: “I can’t help but thinking these things.”

Well, you can with enough practice. It’s a skill.

In other words: You have the ability to decide what you think. Or, you can choose NOT to think.

And that is one of the most important and most practical things you can learn in life. Before I learned that skill, I would spend hours and hours inside my head.

Just think about how much you think.

  • “I wonder what my boss thinks?”
  • “What happens if I screw up and lose my job?”
  • “Does she love me?”
  • “I think he doesn’t care about me.”
  • “I just keep failing.”
  • “Why does my life suck?”
  • “Why is my life awesome, and other people’s lives are not?”
  • “What if I get cancer?”
  • “I don’t care about my job. Is there something wrong with me?”
  • “I can’t finish anything. What’s wrong with me?”

And the list goes on. That is all REAL shit. That’s stuff people tell me when I ask them what they worry about.

Do you know what those thoughts do to you? Guilt, anger, suffering.

I just have one question for you: What’s the practical use of your thoughts?

Yes? I’m waiting. Still no answer? Exactly.

Thoughts have no use. 99% of them that is.

Which thoughts are useful?

  1. Thinking about how you can solve problems. A problem is just an unanswered question. Put your brain to use and think about how you can solve problems. There are a lot of those on this earth.
  2. Understanding knowledge. That means this: Try to internalize knowledge and think about how you can use that knowledge to improve your life, career, work, relationships, etc.

That’s it. You can ignore every other thought.

If you’re constantly thinking, it’s because you haven’t’ trained your mind yet. You HAVE to get out of your head.

If not, you go mental. Everyone will. No exception.

Also, you’re probably thinking so much that you’re missing out on life. Did you notice the sunshine this morning when you woke up? Or the raindrops? Did you notice the smell of your coffee? Did you feel the texture of your cereals?

If your answer is no, you definitely need to get out of your head. Stop thinking and start feeling.

Now, you might think: “How do I train myself to stop thinking useless thoughts?”

Awareness.

That’s where it starts. Every time you start drifting off, become aware of it. Just observe your brain. Step outside yourself and just observe the crazy shit you’re thinking about.

Don’t judge. Don’t think you’re stupid. If you do that, you’re thinking again.

No, what you want to do is say this to yourself: “Ah that’s a cute thought. Now, let’s get back to reality.”

“If you can change your mind, you can change your life.”
― William James

Are you back to reality? Do you feel your eyes reading the letters on your screen? Do you feel your phone in your hand? Are you thinking about how you’re going to apply this information to your life?

Great. You’re USING your mind, and it’s not the other way around. Now, keep using that brain of yours.

Because I’ll tell you this: It’s the most powerful tool on earth.

What is Python programming language?

Python is one of the most popular and fastest-growing programming language. Inherently, it is interpreted, high-level, general-purpose, and object-oriented scripting language, which means the following:

•Interpreted

An interpreter processes the source file at runtime, it reads the lines of code, one by one and performs what is said. Similarly to Perl and PHP, Python does not require that you compile your program before executing it. So, you do not have to invoke a compiler. Instead of running the compiler that helps turn source files into compiled class files, you simply run a .py file. Python byte code compilation is automatic and entirely implicit.

•High-level

Python relies on easy-to-read structures that are later translated into a low-level language, the original code that is run on a computer’s central processing unit (CPU). A high-level language is intended to be used by a programmer and the written code is further interpreted into a low-level language. Like C++ or Java, before running, Python has to be processed. This enables Python’s portability — it can run on different kinds of computers with nearly no modifications.

•General-purpose

Python can be used for nearly everything. It is applicable to almost every field for a variety of tasks. Be it the execution of such short-term tasks as software testing or long-term product development that involves roadmap planning, Python works well for them all, it is applicable all over the map. Its roles are unlimited. It is popular not only among software engineers, but also among specialists in other fields: mathematics, data analysis, science, accounting, and network engineering. Likewise, Python cliques with young people because it’s a very beginner-friendly scripting language.

•Object-oriented

This programming paradigm gives an overall orientation towards scripting and powerful code structuring. This object-oriented approach allows thinking of problems in terms of classes and objects. Then, objects are composed in such a way to make up complex computer programs. Beside the object-oriented programming, Python also supports a procedural paradigm. With OOP being only one of the options, you can make Python programming more advanced by going for an object-oriented programming approach. Developers can create reusable patterns of code thus curtailing redundancy in development projects.

Competitive Programming

“I think everybody in this country should learn how to program a computer, should learn a computer language, because it teaches you how to think.”Steve Jobs

If you are a programmer, you may understand the deep meaning of these words quoted by Steve Jobs, and you may also have this experience even if you turn off the computer, you continue to think about the programming or code you use in it. The project has been written. In programming, you just don’t learn programming, you also learn the “art of thinking“, the method is to break the code into smaller parts, and then use creative, logic-based thinking to solve problems from different angles. Programming is very interesting and it is like brain training. Programming is an intellectual sport. When this sport is practiced by sports programmers on the Internet, it is called competitive programming.

Coding contests or competitions usually require the host to have a series of logical or mathematical questions for the contestants, also called puzzles (ranging from ten to one thousand) problems. Scoring is mainly based on the count of problems solved and the time required to write a successful solution, but other factors (quality of results obtained, execution time, program size, etc.) also do count.

The goal of competitive programming is to write source code for computer programs that can solve specific problems. Most of the problems encountered in the programming Olympics are essentially mathematical or logical problems. Typical problems fall into one of the following categories: combinatorics, number theory, graph theory, algorithm game theory, computational geometry, string analysis, and data structure. Challenges related to deadlines and artificial intelligence are also popular in certain competitions.

These coding contests provides young and talented coders with the opportunity to measure their skills and compare them with other programmers around the world. Some of them are listed as-

1) The ACM-ICPC International Collegiate Programming Contest

2) Google’s Coding Competitions

3) The ICFP Programming Contest

4) BME International 24-hours Programming Contest

5) Microsoft Imagine Cup

6) Facebook Hacker Cup

Guidelines to choose your career-for final year and pre-final year students

” I have no problem with starting from scratch” – Leif Garrett

The age 20-25 is quite confusing age of our lives. Everyone will have an inner voice which is constantly interrogating us a set of questions like , ” What are my interests?” , “Which is the field I can excel on?” , “How can I bring the best out of myself?”. Never be terrified by these questions. These are questions which will make you streamline your career path.

During the pre-final year and final times , we all will start to have a fear of future and will begin to recognize the practical aspects of life. The pressure could be due to college placements, peer discussions and expectations of our families. Never make any of these external factors influence your career choice.

The first step in order to identify the career path which best suits you is to know about your interests and skillsets. Write down three important interests of yours which may or may not relate to the stream of your study. Figure out what are the skill sets you have in those interests which could fetch you a job. In case if you have no skillsets in those fields refer to the career sites and find out what are the skill expectations for those roles.

The second step is to understand the industry. In the initial days of our college, we all would have had fun unaware of a world outside which is developing at a rapid phase . Start learning about what’s happening around you. Recognize the fields which are blooming and categorize those which attract you. List down the skills which are anticipated in those fields.

The third and most important step is to write down all the fields , interests and skillsets you have figured out in steps one and two. Write down your short term and long term goals which align with your interests. Narrow down to 2 fields which allure you and make you move forward towards your long term goals.

“We cannot become what we want to be , by remaining what we are” – Max DePree

Kick start your learning phase by acquiring skills and mastering them which attribute to revamp your profile. Make sure you update your profile regularly on career sites like LinkedIn which provides you the opportunity of networking. Never be petrified by the fear of perfection during the learning phases because,

“Continuous Improvement is better than Delayed Perfection” – Mark Twain.

AGRICULTURE IS AN PROFESSION

AGRICULTURE IS AN PROFESSION
Introduction : Hello! hear I’m Keerthana Balraj from Tirupur writing an article on, Is Agriculture is a Profession? Every one know that agriculture is very important to each and every human in the world but no one have awareness on agriculture now a days. First of all agriculture is the science or practice of farming , including cultivation of soil for the growing of crops and the rearing of animals to provide food, wool, and other products . Yeah! I hope every have got an idea on what is agriculture. Now let’s see an importance , how can bring up agriculture and lot’s of information on agriculture.Own story of a Farmer : As I’m writing an article about agriculture I have contacted an farmer who well experienced in agriculture and his name is Mr.Alagapaswamy. I asked him about his experience as a farmer , he replied that he has 35 years of farming and knows when would the climate changes and he is the only farmer who plans for his whole village when to sow and when to harvest etc… he said that he learned this from his grandfather who have 65 years of experienced in farming . He also shared his few tips for farming and he also called as the harvesting king in his village . He also motivates his village youngsters to do farming and teaching them the correct way of farming . IMPORTANCE OF AGRICULTURE: Importance , the word importance says how the agriculture is very necessary to every human . Without food no one in the world even plants and animals also can’t live· It agriculture increases national income of an country also increases.· It also gives employment opportunity to youngsters .· It helps to be healthy ,when we work in field and to eat healthy food .I have no words really to explain the necessity of agriculture in each and every living organism . For example , ants also save foods for future ,but as a human we have no awareness on agriculture . Now a days farmers children are going to study outside their village , then who will feed us ? can any on answer for this question? From now owards every human need to take care of our agriculture because it is the god’s gift for human as well as to every organism in this earth . Lets join us now to save farmers ,save nature and save world.FATHER OF AGRICULTURE : Do any one know who is father of agriculture ? He is Mr. Norman Ernest Borlaug (25 March 1914 – 12 September 2009) was an American agricultural scientist, and humanitarian. He is considered by some to be the “father of modern agriculture” and the father of the green revolution. He won the 1970 Nobel Peace Prize for his life works.I have gone through his many quotes that I loved the most is “You can’t build a peaceful world on empty stomachs and human miserys “I loved it because he have understand about human can’t be alive without food so, agriculture is very important .PROBLEMS OF AGRICULTURE:· UNPREDICTABLE CLIMATE· LACK OF AWARENESS· LACK OF SUPPORTMEASURES TO IMPROVE AGRICULTURE :· GIVING SUPPORT FINANCIALLY· MUST ON ALLOW MIDDLEMEN WHILE SELLING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT .AUTHORS AND THEIR QUOTES ON AGRICULTURE :· “The ultimate goal of farming is not the growing of crops, but the cultivation and perfection of human beings.”― Masanobu Fukuoka, The One-Straw Revolution· “The real cause of hunger is the powerlessness of the poor to gain access to the resources they need to feed themselves.”― Frances Moore Lappe· “A farmer is a magician who produces money from the mud.”― Amit Kalantri, Wealth of WordsMY OPINION ON AGRICULTURE : My opinion is each and every youngsters must learn agriculture . If an farmer is financially strong , he will be a richest man than any type of business man. Agriculture is a precious gift given by god and also by nature , now a day’s no one is willing to do agriculture I don’t know why? I have started an instagram account which supports farmer (@support_farmers_06) . In that I seeks support for farmers and helping them directly like buying them seeds , natural fertilizers etc… and also posting about governmental and private organisations which is freely helping farmers . It is not necessary that one should need field to do agriculture . We can to organic gardening in our home and use it for our personal use and also we can share it with our neighbour.CONCLUTION: I going to conclude this topic , I hope everyone who reads this article have understand about importance and necessity of agriculture to once life . When hungry is the best demand and agriculture is the best occupation . Everyone in the world are working hard to remove our family’s hunger why don’t everyone become a farmer and feed your family and sell this to poor at lowest price . I hope my point is correct for this generation because increase in technology can’t satisfy hunger only farmers can do it . Support farmers and support lives of human. Thus, I conclude that , AGRICULTURE IS A PROFESSION AS A MOTHER WHO FEEDS HER CHILD

IS UNEMPLOYMENT GOING FROM BAD TO WORSE?

“An unemployed existence is the worst existence of life than the death itself”

Unemployment is a very serious issue not only in India but in the whole world. Many people do not have employment. The problems of unemployment are severe in India due to population growth. It is not a problem to be neglected but a problem to which a solution is a must. If this problem is neglected, it turns down to be the doom of the nation.

In a population of 1.32 billion, it is really hard to make everyone employed. From a survey of unemployment-employment based on expenditure which was carried out in July 2011-June 2012, the employment rate was 2.7%. But a survey based on educational levels for July 2017-June 2018 reported the rate as 6.1%. This reveals a crisis of quality jobs among the educated youth. The unemployment rate among people of 15-29 stood at 27.2% for women, 18.7% for men in urban areas, and 13.6% for women, 17.4% for men in rural areas in 2017-2018. This shows a genuine increase in the unemployment rate. As the education levels are rising, the aspirations are also rising. The categorization is that one with a job is considered employed and the one without a job and trying to find a job is considered unemployed.

THE PROBLEM

Unemployment emerges as a major problem because we are more concerned about our status in society than grabbing the opportunities. If everyone tries to opt for a white-collar job, that particular field will be crowded and the remaining left empty. Unemployment is first and foremost an economic and social problem as it brings about money for the unemployed as well as for the nation. It can be sorted out by entrepreneurship and by focusing on agriculture. There are many causes for unemployment but a few among them share a larger part. The caste discriminations fail to treat every individual equally. As a result, low caste people remain unemployed on a large scale than the high caste people. Another cause is our education system. The education should be technical and practical but we are guided theory-oriented. The education we gain must be job-oriented to overcome unemployment. The rising population creates unemployment and this, in turn, will create a serious impact. Awareness about the increasing population alone cannot help, implementation could only help.

As unemployment touches its peak, poverty also starts to touch its peak. This unemployed condition paves the way for an individual to choose the illegal way to get money. They tend to take alcohol, drugs or at last commit suicide out of stress. Unemployment increases crimes and also it affects physical and mental health.

THE SOLUTION

These problems could be solved by improving the education system as said earlier. Developing the rural areas could stop the migration of people to urban areas thereby reducing the population in urban areas. Government should encourage and develop agriculture-based industries in rural areas. More opportunities can be created if we allow foreign companies to start their unit in India. On the whole, we must follow the saying, “United we live divided we fall” to bring all these into action.

Race: today’s generation!

As I’m going to start this blog I would love to say everyone is perfect in their own personality, in their own perspective, in their own decisions. So it’s been a long time I had passed my school and now persuing my passion (not a course) ‘my passion’ so let me tell what is the main topic I’m talking about but firstly I’ll tell you a story which is real, so I was studying in 10th and one of my closest friend I can’t revel his name but his intrest was in painting and then he was confused that ‘bro what should I take as a stream in 11th’ so I told him what you love or in which you have your interest, but he said my father is telling me to take PCM (science, math) and he wants to take humanity but he was confused because his dad said if you’ll took humanity then there’s no future! And his dad told him take science-maths and then you cout prepare for IIT and he took science-math and just because he want to become a engineer and want to earn money! And he wasn’t happy as he wasn’t able to paint because of his studies and he wasn’t that good in studies so he was trying very hard but I said why I mean if you love to paint and you wanted to take humanity as your stream then did you took science and math just for the sake of money and even you don’t have intrest in science maths then why and he said because of my father. And this is my experience ladies and gentlemen he took science and maths he studied very hard and gave the exam for jee and he failed because he wasn’t having that intrest in PCM. And on the other hand he haven’t painted for more than a year and when he gave his exam and came back home he took his brush and painted and I’ll that art was one of the best of my friend as he hasn’t painted for a while which is more than a year but,

As i said ‘IF YOU HAVE INTREST IN A PARTICULAR FIELD, YOU’LL DEFINITELY WIN’ but if you don’t have intrest in that particular field you’ll definitely lose doesn’t matter who much you work upon it ‘HAVING INTREST IS THE TOP FACTOR’

For example, if you don’t love to cook and your mom said son just cook tonight’s dinner and you know how to cook but you hate it than Tonight’s dinner would be for the dustbin. I’m damn sure! I don’t love to paint and if you’ll say please make my sketch. Then I don’t know what I’ll make but after making that Sketch you’ll disown me I know.

But why you guys just want yurselves to put yur souls, your hard-work, your precious time and obviously money, in those things where you don’t have any Intrest in. My today’s generation just want to become a engineer, doctor, or a IAS.

Okay so, let’s take an assumption, if my friend was passed in that jee exam and he was selected in a college and becomes an engineer and was doing his job properly but what do you think he used to be happy and prosperous okay if you was at his place were you used to feel good and happy. Guys invest yourselves in those materials where you’re good at and where you’ll love your thing. Its not about that we should not listen to our parents but sometimes we should listen to ourselves too.

Why self-motivation is necessary for life

All of us need some motivation to do anything in our life, motivation is one of the most important keys that will unlock success in our life, but before that, we are also have some knowledge about motivation, you have any idea that when this word’ motivation ‘ will came in your life and become very important,

I am sure when you are in your school you have not any ideas about this word, and I am also sure at that time you were passed your school classes when you feel fear from something your teacher or your parents always said these types of a word like hey! Champ doesn’t afraid from these exams you will pass these exams, this is what if it is not motivation so motivation was always present behind every work in your life. but we become aware of that word by the social media, and also we become confused between the word inspiration and motivation.

When we learn from someone’s life situations it is an inspiration and when we do something from ourself it is motivation. The the following someone, or learn something from someone is very important in today’s life. This is one of the best things that we should learn in this life.

Learn from the great person is a very essential thing that we will do in our lives, for this we read great person biographies, see their interviews, meeting, learn their facts about life and also try to learn that how they see the problems of life and how they handle the problems of life. But this is an inspiration.

If you want to achieve something in your life, you have some purpose for that particular work, why behind the work, and you have to find out that way, if you want to be successful in your life.

In today’s world situation, when people see the interview of a successful person or his/her lifestyle on the social media and after that, they become so motivated they start the various project but after 1 or 2-week condition will be the same, disappointed, depressed and purposeless and in search of new motivation by the new person. and this process will continue.

So have you noticed that for doing something in your constantly you have required other thing instead of only motivation and that’s self-motivation which is inspired from someone life but have to work on your life purposes?

People say that they become distracted easily because they have to do something which they don’t like to do, if you are also having the same problem try one thing, do the work that you like most for 1 complete week, and after 1 week you will realize you also bored from this work. This is the nature of human beings that we will become bored after some time.

So the question is how we can work constantly, and for that difficult task self motivation is one most important thing, because whatever we are doing in our life we become bored from that work where self motivation will help us, there is always profit or loss, ups and downs takes place in the work, businesses or whatever we are doing for living, but with the help of self motivation, we will overcome these feeling and continue in our work.and one day will come that we will achieved what we dream in our life.

Try to find out motivation in your life and do hard work in order to uplift life from your present situation. if you are only trying to change the conditions day by day, one day you will definitely find out your true success.

So be happy in your life, and try to find out the real reason behind your work, when you have that particular reason, you will never distract from anything.

How often do we see a woman on top official post? Women judges at the country courts?Women leaders of their countries?Female leads in movies?

You answer may be 1,10 or may be 100.

This proves exemptions cannot be treated as generalist examples.

Sustainable Goal by UN (goal-5)focuses   to Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls..193 countries including India endorsed the goal.Still we witness a divide.

According to World Bank data (WB) women contributed 38.833% to the labor force in 2019.Less than 50%,not enough right? The same data shows that male labour force participation rate is 74.334%.

(As per ILO,Labour force participation rate is defined as the section of working population in the age group of 16-64 in the economy currently employed or seeking employment)

Where and why?

1.Judiciary

Since Independence there have been only 8 female judges in the Supreme Court of India. While ,no Female CJI yet. High courts witness the same fate with 82 females as judges. In federal court of America, about 73% judges are male.UAE had their first female judge in 2019.Kenya recently appointed its first female Chief Justice

2. Films

There is a huge gender pay gal witnessed in film industry be it hollywood, bollywood. Many actors like Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence,Emma watson have been vocal.National Award winner Priyanka Chopra said ,”Gender pay gap is a global problem”.

3. Private sector

Private sector particularly Service sector provides ample opportunity for women.Although they face problems as the employers want to avoid giving maternity benefits and leaves ,flexibility of night shifts ,transfers due to marriage etc.Women have proved their mettle by engaging in most challenging jobs in the modern times and broke the above myths.

4.Politics

A 33% reservation for women in and legislative assembly and legislative council bill is still pending before the legislature. According to UN women Women serve as Heads of State or Government in only 22 countries, and 119 countries have never had a woman leader .

5.Education

The literacy rate for females in India is 53.7% whereas in America it is 77%.No prizes for guessing, male literacy rate is higher in both the developing and developed country.

According to UIS data provided by UNESCO,only 30% women researchers in science.Still they have managed to fare well and won most noble prizes in physics, chemistry and medicine.

They are faced with societal, matrimonial, family pressure.Child marriage, trafficking undoubtedly illegal on paper but are still  practiced by villages.

Way forward:-

Dr.Ambedkar had once quoted,I measure the progress of any society by the condition of women in it.

Indeed ! Any country cannot flourish to it pinnacle by leaving the one gender behind.

Problems Of Jobs Pre-Post Pandemic In India.

Talking about jobs is always an important discussion in the developing and vast country like India. The need of the job can only  be understood when we see an unemployed person fighting to live during this period of pandemic without a job and also striking toward to get a job and not getting a single chance to get away through him to get a job. our government has also started various measures to develop the market as well as to help the needy like Make In India initiative, supporting startup programmes but it cannot do much to meet the need of the hour. This aspect of economy cannot be ignored if any of the country wants to develop  because if a country needs to develop the very first step is to strengthen the roots of the society that comes only when all people get jobs and only after that  there is some initial cash flow comes to the economy, which in turns help to boost the economy. The recent data according to CMIE shows that unemployment rate in DECEMBER 2020 rose to 9.1% which later in JANUARY reported to decrease to 6.5% positively which shows that there are signs of recovery, also according to Dr. Krishnamurti Subramanian our Chief Economic Advisor India’s economy shows the signs of V Shape recovery.

As we see employment and economy are the two sides of the same coin and economy of a country always suffer when the employment goes down in anyway. as this pandemic is turning out to be the greatest disaster of all times not only for India but for the world also . According to several reports  millions of people have lost their jobs in formal sector and informal (unorganized)sector does not have a count that is caused by novel corona-virus. However the pandemic could not be stated as the only reason for the ongoing job crisis. there are many aspects that can be responsible for the same. they are as follows:

  1. Overpopulation– the  ongoing and unstoppable exposure of population in India with no proper family planing leads to overpopulation and that ultimately results into the employment crisis which in turn relates to failure of government planning . for this the government had also introduced schemes to motivate citizens for the control of population with that the government has also started many educational programmes to educate parents to have not more than 2 children so that they can afford their family expenses and also would help in the upliftment of children .
  2. Dependence on agriculture – as major part of India lives in rural areas so the majority depends upon the agriculture for their livelihoods but agriculture being seasonal does not provide permanent employment to the vast population.for this the government should do some efforts for the development of the rural areas which would also help in control of migration of people from rural to urban areas.

Conclusion  as we know economy and unemployment are the two sides of the same coin they go hand in hand as the unemployment rate decreases economy will boost up and if unemployment rate would go up there will be a downfall in the economy. hence there comes the need for the proper planning and development for the growth of the economy and country as well
