Apple sells millions of iPhones every year. In the year 2018, the tech giant reported selling close to 47 million units worldwide. But not all markets are created equal. India has been one of the hardest countries to crack for the Cupertino giant. Although it’s been over a decade since Apple began selling iPhones in India, the company can’t seem to get a big bite of the world’s second-largest smartphone market. India is a very price-sensitive market, which means that people pay a lot of attention to what value they are getting out of the price that they are paying for a particular product.

In the case of Apple, there’s a lot of premium being paid for the brand itself, and that’s where the price-conscious Indian consumer thinks about that if they are getting the same kind of features or specs from another phone that they can get a lower price, that makes it tougher to sell something at a much higher premium. Apple is definitely feeling the pressure. Samsung and Xiaomi accounted for the majority of smartphone sales in India in quarter three of 2018, garnering 22 percent and 27 percent respectively of the smartphone market. In contrast, Apple made up only about 1 percent of India’s smartphone market share, trailing behind Chinese phone makers Vivo and Oppo. It’s also worth noting that the premium smartphone market in which Apple operates still makes up less than 5 percent of the overall smartphone market in India.

Most of the smartphones in India that sell, they are below $200 and Apple does not have any play in that segment. This environment is one that competitors like Samsung have begun to adapt to. The South Korean powerhouse is launching its Galaxy M series budget smartphones to appeal to the Indian market. In contrast, Apple doesn’t seem too keen on changing up its India strategy. I think iPhones have a specific disadvantage in the India market because of the local regulation. There is a very high import duty on the phones that are not manufactured locally in India. So for most of the big players in the India market, they are manufacturing locally so they do not have to pay that high import duty. Samsung has been manufacturing phones in India since 2007 and just last year opened the world’s largest mobile phone factory on the outskirts of New Delhi. Chinese phone makers Xiaomi and Oppo have also invested millions of dollars to build manufacturing plants in the country. That’s not to say Apple has completely ignored India.

The tech giant already manufactures its lower-cost iPhone SE and iPhone 6s models locally, through a partnership with Taiwanese manufacturer Wistron. This year, Apple is also expected to move its production of the iPhone X series into Foxconn’s plant in southern India. If you look at how we’ve done over the years, we’ve gone from a $100-$200 million business to last year we had we exceeded $2 billion. That $2 billion was flat year over year after a rapid rapid growth. And so we have more work to do. We’d like to put stores there. We would like some of the duties and so forth that are put on the products to go away. But even with its local hardware production push, Apple still fails to provide Indians with a robust software experience.

Apple has introduced turn-by-turn navigation for the India market. Before that, that significant part was missing. And beyond that, there’s not a lot of customization that Apple has done for the India market. There are not a lot of apps that specifically cater to the India market. Past complaints for Apple Maps also included missing major landmarks and having very sparse data of cities and towns. But again, Apple is working on a solution. The company has hired thousands of engineers at its mapping facility in Hyderabad to improve its services. Apple Pay is also not an option in India, though similar payment services from Samsung and Google have already been rolled out. Finally, unlike in most other markets, Apple can’t rely so much on its brand recognition to sell devices in India. The other challenge for Apple in India is that it cannot have its own retail stores or own Apple stores because of some regulatory issues, which means it has to have partners on the retail side, whether it’s the Apple premium resellers, which you see in many other countries as well, or with the third-party resellers. In order to have a larger presence in the market.

Apple has to have partnerships with thousands of these resellers, which in a country as big as India, can be challenging. Apple is still a premium status symbol for many Indians, but one that is out of reach for the majority of the population. With phones from Chinese brands like OnePlus, which was India’s best selling premium smartphone brand for the second quarter in a row, offering similar features at a fraction of the cost, Apple may have a very tough time getting a bigger slice of the India market.

As lymph nodes are the perfect medium for them to replicate these nodes then becomes tense and inflamed and as these inflamed lymph nodes becomes sore and would eventually after some time become filled with Pus.

Any disease can be identified if we know the symptoms. Though the symptoms of this plague is not much different from other normal diseases but there are some symptoms which would indicate that its this disease. The protrusion of lymph nodes which can be as big as chicken eggs, this protrusion can be in different parts of the body like groin, or under the armpits, this is the major symptom. There are also chances that one may have fever, chills, pain in the head, tiredness, some body pains which can be a symptom of this disease.

This disease is curable, as the medicine for this disease is developed. The time between exposure and the first symptom to appear is twenty four hours. If checked in time it can be treated as the recovery rate is very high. This plague can take a serious turn if it reaches the lungs, when this happens it is called the pneumonic plague but it only happens to some people, because of this the mortality rate of this plague is increased by thirty percent if the pneumonic plague is not treated in time.

The transmission of this disease is just by the infected fleas, rodents , mice .Human to human transmission is rare but yes if a person develops Pneumonic plague then the transfer can happen by the the droplets of the sneeze or exchanging body fluids. WHO has put guidelines about the plague in the website, which says that from 2010 to 2014 there has been three thousand two hundred and forty eight cases where five hundred and twenty eight people died. So people should take strict prevention measures so as to stop the spread of this plague.

How India’s massive Election System works?

The world’s biggest democracy just had an election. The world’s biggest democratic election It’s a marathon election A mammoth undertaking It’s the world’s biggest exercise in democracy In India, voters picked its central government for the next five years. An eighth of the world’s population was eligible to vote in this election. In the year, 2019, there are 900 million eligible voters in India making this the largest Democratic exercise in the history of humanity.

In one of the largest and most populous countries in the world, that isn’t an easy task. India has to reach voters in coastal cities in the south, in the rural regions of the west, and jungles to the east and everywhere in between. And what’s more, they want every Indian citizen to be within 2 km of a voting station. That’s only about 25 city blocks no matter where you are in the country. It’s an incredibly ambitious goal and yet, somehow they’re able to do it. This is the biggest election in the world and I wanted to know how does it work. Every election a team of state officials and security forces, get on a ship within the east of India to require off towards this island. They travel about 100 km to get here, all to securely deliver these Electronic Voting Machines or EVMS, the instrument that logs India’s votes, the heart of this elaborate election process.

India has 2.3 million voting machines for its 900 million voters. So, getting these machines on the brink of every voter may be a big logistical undertaking. That’s why India doesn’t have one polling day , instead, it’s closer to an election month with multiple phases that last weeks. This process takes more than 11 million election officials and security forces, who move from polling station to polling station to polling station from densely populated cities to the rural areas where the majority of Indians live. Once on the island with the EVMs, officials pile on to bike carts and head towards the polling station. Once they arrive, they start setting everything up for the vote.

On Election Day, voters line up, cast their vote, and get their fingers inked to prevent double voting. This is where the process ends for the voters, but for the election officials this is just the beginning. Driving a boat out to a remote island is just one of many ways that officials reach every voter. India’s vast and diverse terrain requires transportation methods of all kinds, like in the jungles of this northern state where elephants transport voting machines to reach a remote town or in the Himalayas where officials hike for hours to bring EVMS for election day. Helicopters, trains, they even use camels. But what makes India’s elections so impressive is not just how they reach everyone in such an enormous country, that’s just half the battle. It’s also the ways they try to include voters of all backgrounds into the process, a challenge that has been a part of India’s elections since the very beginning. India has 22 official languages and hundreds of dialects and when India became an independent nation, less than a quarter of the population could read and write.

The newly formed Election Commission of India created a range of symbols to correspond to each political party, like an elephant, a lotus, a hand or even an alarm clock so that from the beginning all people regardless of literacy level and language could vote with confidence. Since 1947, the literacy rate has increased significantly, but it’s still only 75 percent, so these symbols are still useful to many when casting a vote. But this is a massive sprawling operation and over the years it’s run into some pretty serious problems like allegations of election rigging and problems with a practice called booth capture, where gangs actually take over polling stations and tamper with the elections. It’s partly because of these problems that the Commission introduced these voting machines in the 1990s.

It also increased security around the elections. These efforts to include all voters and protect elections seem to be working. In 2019, India saw the highest voter turnout yet and for the firsttime women voted just as much as men. India’s elections are only getting bigger and more complicated. India has one among the fastest growing populations within the world. and in 2020, young people will make up more than a third of the country. This is the most important election within the world that takes many officials fanning out across a huge country to assist many millions vote.

MHA allows colleges to hold final year exams.

MHA order says the final exams are to be compulsorily conducted according to UGC guidelines. UGC said it is upto colleges to decide how they want to conduct the exams.

New Delhi: Students in universities and colleges across India will have to now “compulsorily” take their final-year exams this year.

In a press statement issued late Monday evening, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said: “Ministry of Home Affairs, in a letter to the Union Higher Education Secretary, today permitted conduct of examinations by universities and institutions.”

The MHA statement, however, didn’t clarify the mode — online or offline — in which the exams would be conducted.

“The final term examinations are to be compulsorily conducted as per the UGC guidelines on examinations and academic calendar and as per the standard operating procedure approved by the MoHFW (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare),” it added.

UGC also in favour of holding final exams
Following the statement, senior officials in the University Grants Commission (UGC) confirmed to ThePrint the UGC is also in favour of holding final exams, and will ask all states and central universities to conduct the final exams.

The UGC will allow institutes to conduct exams in the mode most feasible to them, officials added.

“There was a meeting of the commission members today and there is a decision in favour of conducting exams. The MHA and MoHFW have also given the due permission now and the universities will be allowed to conduct exams keeping all the social distancing protocols put in place by the government,” a senior UGC official told ThePrint.

“In the interest of the students and academic credibility, exams cannot be bypassed and institutions must have final exams. How they want to do it and when they can conduct the exams is up to them, but they will have to conduct exams,” the official added.

According to the minutes of UGC meeting, accessed by ThePrint, the commission will give universities time until September to finish their final-year exams either in offline or online mode.

“The commission approved the recommendations of the expert committee regarding conduct of final-year examinations to be completed by the end of September 2020 in offline/online/blended mode,” according to the minutes.

States, which cancelled exams, have to reconsider
According to a resolution passed during the UGC meeting, states that have cancelled exams will have to reconsider their decision and they cannot opt for internal assessment.

Many states, including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala, have decided to cancel the final exams for university students, while Gujarat, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh have been waiting for UGC directions.

The UGC had in May released an academic calendar based on suggestions from an expert committee headed by Haryana University Vice-Chancellor R.C. Kuhad.

The calendar had taken into account the pandemic situation during that time, and suggested that pen and paper exams can be conducted in July if local conditions are favourable.

In June, however, looking at the rising number of Covid-19 cases across the country, Minister of Human Resource Development Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank had asked the UGC to re-visit the guidelines.

New bubonic plague case suspected after covid-19 in China; Alert sounded.

In this hard times of corona virus pandemic , chine has reported another deadly bubonic plague case in the northern China’s inner Mongolia. The detection of the suspected case of bubonic plague has come to light in statement issued by a local health commission on its website.

As per a media report, a third-level warning alert was issued on Sunday. The warning period has been extended to the end of the year. On July 1, state-run Xinhua news agency said that two suspected cases of bubonic plague reported in Khovd province in western Mongolia have been confirmed by lab test results. The confirmed cases are a 27-year-old resident and his 17-year-old brother. The brothers ate marmot meat, the health official said.

The Yersinia pestis bacteria can be transmitted to humans from infected rats via fleas. Though the highly-contagious plague is rare in China and can be treated, at least five people have died from it since 2014, according to China’s National Health Commission.

Bubonic plague symptoms and precautions:

The health commission urged the people in city to take precautions to avoid infection. It is a bacterial disease spread by fleas living on wild rodents such as marmots.

According to World Health Organisation(WHO), the plague can kill an adult in less than 24 hours if not treated in time. Bubonic plague symptoms include headaches, fever and vomiting. Swollen and painful lymph nodes occur in the area close to where bacteria entered skin.

Mumbai rain always brings out some difficulties with it, it clogs the drainage or sometimes even some bridges falls due this heavy rains. This year also the history was repeated. For three consecutive days it is been raining and the Indian meteoritical department has warned that the heavy rains will continue for next two days. There would be rain and thunder shower in places like Mumbai, Mumbai suburban, Palghar, Pune, Raigad and Thane. Also yellow alert has been declared in isolated places of these districts. Mumbai police has requested citizens to be away from the seashore and stay at home if possible.They have also urged the fisherman at Maharashtra to Goa coast to cancel their fishing venture for today.

The Brihan Mumbai Muncipal coorporation that is the BMC has said that a high tide of 4.67 metres is also expected at one thirty at the noon. High tide is the highest elevation of water, that means if you stand there the moon will be directly over you, jokes apart don’t go and stand there to experience it, a very dangerous adventure to take. The IMD has also said there there would be strong winds of fifty to sixty kilometre per metre.

As the after effects of this rain can be seen already, though because of this pandemic lockdown there is no effect to people’s life in the magnitude that would effect till last year.

Water logging has been reported in many places like Chembur, Vadala,Dharavi, Andheri, Hindmata junction, Khar subway, Milan subway and Dahisar subway. These are the main places of residential areas in Mumbai and every year there is this problem arising but there is no solution to these. These four symptoms are among the top five key indications of COVID-19 according to the final report of the initial outbreak conducted by the joint mission of China and WHO.

DAY 7 get more serious coughs and breathing difficulty. Fever can get higher up to 38° celsius. Patients may develop further headache and body pain or worsening diarrhea if there’s any. Many patients are admitted to the hospital at this stage.

DAY 8 to DAY 9 On the 8th day, the symptoms are likely to be worsened for the patient who has coexisting medical conditions. Severe shortness of breath becomes more frequent. Temperature reading goes well above 38°.

DAY 9 is that the average time when Sepsis starts to affect 40% of the patients.

DAY 10 to DAY 11 Doctors are ordering imaging tests like chest x-ray to capture the severity of respiratory distress in patients. Patients are having loss of appetite and should be facing abdominal pain. The condition also needs immediate treatment in ICU.

DAY 12 to DAY 14 For the survivors, the symptoms can be well-managed at this point. Fever tends to urge better and breathing difficulties may start to cease on day 13. But Some patients should be suffering from mild cough even after hospital discharge.

DAY 15 to DAY 16 Day 15 is the opposite condition for the rest of the minority patients. The fragile group must prepare for the possibility of acute cardiac injury or kidney injury.

DAY 17 to DAY 19 COVID-19 fatality cases happen at around day 18. Before the time, vulnerable patients may develop a secondary infection caused by a new pathogen in the lower respiratory tract. The severe condition may then lead to blood coagulation and ischemia.
DAY 20 to DAY 22 The surviving patients are recovered completely from the disease and are discharged from the hospital.

Betraying myself

I know, I can, if I do, but I don’t know why I don’t give a try to do it. I am escaping from trying and proudly expressing it. How shameful must I be to admit such a fact. Why do I even give a push to myself when I am capable of doing it. If I am not capable, atleast I should give a try to be capable enough. I am capable of doing it but incapable of trying it. Knowing that makes me feel insecure about me. I know about it and behave as though I am I never knew.

Atleast I should be true to myself. Betraying me and trying to hide myself from me is the worst thing that I can do to myself. I know it and I still do nothing. Telling lies to others is not that offensive but trying to be someone to yourself is not good. I know that I can but I push myself either by knowing it or by can’t doing it. Either way I dont do it.

Doing for doing is not at all a doing. Enjoy the doing and make it done else undo it and do some other thing that makes you do and will make you go through doing and make it happen as a done. Do it by enjoying else quit it by undoing. The only thing that we remember is the process of doing. We will forget the result of doing. Enjoy the doing till it’s done. Do with joy and enjoy the feeling of joy.

I know I should do what I should but I must do only the things which make me happy. Happiness is not measurement, it is a sudden process. Happiness is a temporary process which can bring people, the permanent happiness. The way we feel for the things tells us the way we love the process. Live tour work, if you can’t love it then leave it. The work must make you feel the feel that lasts till the work got completely completed.

Behave truly to yourself. You should not feel regret about yourself. The only thing that matters to you is you. Atleast be true and behave accordingly. The last suggestion about your decision you make is made by you either it’s regarding your death. Your life or death is both in your hands. The decision you take is the decision you make.

Attitude is a huge thing and small part of Attitude is EGO, Example if Attitude is a Continent then Ego is just a small country in it Attitude can be divided into two parts first Right attitude and Second is Wrong attitude people get confuse between ego and attitude because ego is the part of wrong attitude but the best part is that you can be a good attitude person without having an ego. Likewise, Every Indian is an Asian, but every Asian will be an Indian is not compulsory similarly,

“every Egoistic person will for sure have Attitude, but person who has Attitude doesn’t have Ego”.

Hence even you should be a person who has attitude you shouldn’t be a person who is egoistic or who has a bad attitude (wrong attitude) Now let’s talk about definition, Attitude shows what we think about other things How we feel and how we respond in any situation whereas Ego always allow us to think about our self-esteem and self-importance for example, person who has a Good Attitude will say No matter what happens I will win whereas an Egoistic person will say, that no matter what happens no one can beat me Good attitude person will live life as if he is the king of the world. Whereas bad attitude person lives a life as if everyone is their slave and everyone should always obey them.

Well this happens to many people and the reason for this is EGO Our Ego always makes us think what others are thinking about us therefore instead of taking maximum action for our goal completion. We started doing easy things to impress others such has we started talking more, we start uploading pictures on social media pages which in reality nor impress others not even allow us to complete our goals because in show off and talking same resources are required which is needed to complete our actual goals, which is our time, mental physical health /energy and our will power and mostly we use all these and finish it just by showing off and talking. Hence it will be best if you avoid wasting your energy on talking and in thinking about it all day, start using that same energy in taking action and in completing your goals.

2.Succeeding, at age 18 Howard Hughes took the biggest decision. He gave money to his relatives and bought 100 percent shares of his family business and became owner of that company. The first huge Success of Hughes made him believe the he is very talented and he can be successful in any business, hence he get into Aviation field, film making and in stock market, and in every field he faced a huge loss in fact a biographer has shown Hughes end life in his book like he was sitting in his favorite chair naked, without taking care of his health, without bathing he was fighting with lawyers with investigators, investors by hiding his every wrong doings. So, that he doesn’t lose his everything Hughes Ego was the reason for his embarrassing end even after getting success he failed miserably most of the time when people get success, then their ego shift them from humble and learning person to overconfident person about their capabilities therefore they failed to maintain their success and hence they lose everything in their lives.

3.Failing, after many scandals and 300 million loss, company gave two options to American Apparel Founder Dove Chaney, first option to resign as a CEO from the company and to work as Creative Consultant and for that he will get a good pay or salary, and second to resign and completely leave the company at that Time Dove rejected both options and chose the third and the worst option which was to FIGHT. He filed a case against his company, he sue his company, instead of searching a better CEO for a company. He made that company to reach to bankruptcy his ego didn’t allow him to think better for his company instead he destroyed his company as well as himself because after that case his life was so devastated that he used to sleep on his friend couch because he was bankrupt, had no money. Ego is something which never allow us to understand our own shortcomings and faults just like an alcoholic who feels the whole world is doing wrong with him. He himself does the worst for himself, without realising that he is the biggest enemy of himself. Similarly, when we fail to achieve something, at that time instead of taking responsibility our ego starts making excuses starts blaming world and others our ego blames and make excuses so that our respect doesn’t decrease hence we do everything but never realize our mistakes and shortcomings because of which we fail to overcome it and fail to get success and achievements in our lives.

Trying to be happy

The only thing that we can do to ourself is making us happy. Winning can make you get a job but Being happy can cost you a life. When the life you live is temporary, how can the problems be permanent.

The life you live must be the life you love. Earning till the end of life for the future where you no longer belong to make your next generation comfortable is so disgusting. Be o till you live. Earn for your life because you are not here to earn for them. Make them learn to earn. Living your life for the fullest is the great gift that you can give to yourself. Love to live the life you love. Try to be happy because that makes you happy.

Earn to live, don’t live to earn. What’s for that earning if you can’t spend. May be money matters but money isn’t the only thing that matters. It’s you, for whom you should answer. Self content is the only thing that makes you happy. Living isn’t that costly, but trying to live like others is cost you much. Become better version of yourself rather than becoming him/her. The sole person who cares about is you. Live to impress yourself. Don’t doubt yourself, believe you. Everyone are same but the work you do towards it fills that gap. Focus is the only thing that every one should develop. Focus on the unfocused to get focused.

Believing in your self confidence can make others believe you. If you can’t beleive you, how can you make others believe you. If you can’t, you will definitely can. Don’t try to escape, because life is giving opportunity to make you learn something. There are many something’s out there which are trying to complete you. Make yourself from it. Fail to learn. Learn to learn.

Love to learn and learn to love. Being you is the only thing that has to make you live. You are with whom you will be for the rest of the life. Remaining are temporary, you are permanent. Try to impress you and become the better version of you.

The Easiest is to be Happiest😃…How to be happy???

To live by is that one day you will be gone it may be in 50 years it may be in 50 weeks it may be next week or even today. I don’t know you don’t know nobody knows and rather than live in fear of this we should embrace the fact that this life is short and unpredictable knowing this we must live fully today it’s not a recipe for recklessness rather a recipe to offer your all today to offer your absolute best today in everything you do to give your greatest energy. To this day to your family to everyone you encounter today it’s a reminder for you to go away your best self in each moment what if they couldn’t speak to you tomorrow what if you were gone tomorrow what would they speak of you what are you able to do this will leave an enduring positive memory within the lives.

There is nothing you cannot be do or have if there has been someone even one person on this planet that has done it before that means you can – it doesn’t mean it will be easy but it does mean it is possible and as long as it is possible you can work towards it you can make a plan learn what must be finished you to measure your craziest most abundant life a life most would consider impossible.
Nothing is worth it if it doesn’t make you happy if it doesn’t a make you happy or B make you better don’t make time for it now before and if you jump on this let me clarify nothing is worth it if it doesn’t make you happy. It means if it doesn’t make you happy now while you’re doing it or it isn’t going to make you happy as a result of doing it most likely is not worthwhile almost everything worth fighting for goes to need a true fight to win an excellent prize. You will need to suffer and sacrifice for nearly anything worthwhile in life but you ought to ask yourself this question about everything you are doing in your life does this make me happy if the solution is not any ask yourself will this sacrifice i’m making cause more happiness within the future if not you ought to let it go.

When you come from an area of needing nothing of seeking nothing outside yourself to form you cheerful you open up space for more amazing things to enter your life and if things don’t come that’s fine you don’t need them real happiness is never found outside of us it is not found in possessions or wealth happiness is always and only found within us. It is a state of mind never forget this happiness is the highest level of excess do what feels good the rest will follow principle.

With energy killers is one of the worst things you can do if you want to live a happy fulfilled and successful life unfortunately not everyone including families and friends will share an equivalent positive energy you’ve got some will take a short time some might never get there allow them to run their own race, while you specialise in living your own happiness. Those who are truly aligned with you’ll never hold you back from living the life you would like to measure don’t ever dim your lights to suit in with others shine bright those that see your spark will shine with you remember you can’t live an excellent life a cheerful life if you surround yourself with toxic people.
Whatever you focus on you will find if you search for negativity in this world you will find plenty of it. If you look for hate anger violence and sadness you’ll find it but an equivalent is true on the flip side if your only intention is to look for the great you’ll find only the great whatever meaning you give your life becomes your life.
