MAJOR LEARNING LESSON FROM THE BOOK- TALK LIKE TED

1. The speaker must love and should be genuinely passionate about his topic, if the speaker himself is not inspired by what he is speaking then it cant inspire others. So always choose the topic which you would love to speak about.

2. No one wants to hear the same boring and old stuff. People want something new, thus reveal information that’s completely new to your audience, and they will be your devoted listener.

3. Deliver jaw dropping moment in your presentation. Share something by which your audience will get surprised because that moment makes your presentation remarkable.

4. Don’t try to make your talk too long or too short that the audience cant even get what you have to say. According to the author, the ideal length of a talk should be 18 minutes. Because it forces you to say only what is important.

5. The best way to teach the heart and soul of your audience is to tell them stories, especially your own stories. Because they will only listen to what you are saying only if they feel familiar and connected to what you have to say.

Review: The Big Bang Theory

The Big Bang Theory, an American sitcom was a hit. It has achieved 8.1/10 on IMDb and 81% on Rotten Tomatoes. Its first episode aired in 2007 and had successfully completed 12 seasons.
The story is based on two physicists who work at the lab in Caltech, Pasadena. Sheldon Cooper who is a theoretical physicist, is one in a generation type of genius. He is a germophobe, introvert ,quirky and wierd person. He is a double PhD and wishes to win a nobel prize one day.
Leonard Hoffstader who is a colleague, bestfriend and roommate of Sheldon, fits in the ‘good guy’ stereotype. He is also a PhD but has emotional issues as his mother didn’t shower love to him in his childhood. He is also wierd but sensible. Until Penny moves in the apartment across the hall and leonard instantly thinks about how their childern will be both goodlooking and intelligent.
Penny moves from Omaha to become an actress and works at the cheesecake factory for a living.
Sheldon and Leonard are also friends with their colleagues Howard Wolowits and Raj Koothrapali.
Howard is an engineer from MIT and lives with his mom. Whereas Raj has moved from India and is an astrophysicist. He is very rich but can’t talk to women unless under the influence of alcohol.
These four friends always do various activities together like play online video games, play dungeons and dragons, visit the comic book store and also go for paintball fight.
Leonard and penny date each other but their relationship has many ups and downs throughout the seasons, until they are happily married.
Penny sets up Howard with her friend Bernadette who is small, beautiful girl with a high pitched voice.
Also, one day Howard and Raj makes an online dating profile of Sheldon to piss him off but instead he meets Amy Farrah Fowler, an introvert, intelligent and wierd neuro scientist who blows off Sheldon’s mind.
Sheldon who always puts labels on everything including the lable maker, does not let anyone sit in his spot, who thinks he’s the only genius person, follows a very particular routine for everything including a particular place they are supposed to eat, and just pisses everyone off with his behavior, which is the starlight of the show.
The show was sometimes shot with live audience and all the scientific things said or written on the show were absolutely correct. The show also got attention because of so many celebrity cameos, including that of Stephan Hawking, Elon Musk, Leonard Nimoy, Will Wheaton, Stan Lee, Bob Newhart and James Earl Jones.
The sitcom shows the ‘Nerd Culture’. Showcasing what introverts go through. Also it has some very powerful positive concepts, where penny and Bernadette earn more than their husbands who are much more educated and still this thing doesn’t bother the male ego. And no matter how much Sheldon get on the nerves of everyone, they know he isn’t hurting them intentionally and so they understand him and love him with all his flaws, just how good friends should do. A good group of friends makes life much more tolerable.
Lastly the Scientific theories, use of technology, games, are very informative. Besides watching the sitcom, its beneficial for our personal growth and knowledge.

LEARNING LESSONS FROM THE BOOK- GO GIVER

1. Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them.

2. The only winning proposition is one hundred percent. Forget win-win , focus on the other persons win. Because your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other peoples interest first.

3. As long as you are trying to be someone else or putting on some act or behaviour someone else taught you, you have no possibility of truly reaching people. The most valuable thing you have to give people is yourself.

4. All the giving in the world wont bring success, unless you also make yourself willing and able to receive in like measure. Thus, the key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving.

5. Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

LEARNING LESSONS FROM THE BOOK ‘REWORK’

1. BE A CURATOR

What makes a great product is not the things or features in it but the things which are removed, yes its true! Because people like it simple and easy to use so don’t make it complex, be like a good curator always look for removing things.

2. UNDERGO YOUR COMPETITION

In business most people focus on becoming better than competition than making a better product . But the best way is to do less than your competitor to beat them.

Solve the simple problem and leave the hairy, difficult, nasty problems to the competition. Instead of one upping, try one-downing .

3.WELCOME OBSCURITY

If you are unknown, you company is unknown then its just fine because this is the real time when you have full freedom to make a lot of mistake and no one will blame you because no one knows you, but once you get bigger you become too conservative and you don’t take risk, so enjoy this beauty.

4. PLANNING IS GUESSING

Your plans are not plans they are just guesses so if certain plan doesn’t got executed well, then don’t take it seriously, because they are just mere guesses and every time guessing cant be right. So stop worrying about it.

The Complete Memoirs’ Review: Neruda in Full

is impossible not to feel a thrill of expectation upon opening “The Complete Memoirs” by Pablo Neruda. But once a reader discovers what’s actually on its pages, the title’s claim of completeness—with its promise of juicy restorations and the accretion of long-lost chapters written by the great Chilean poet—seems no better than a gimmick to sell afresh a book that was first published in English translation 44 years ago.

An “editorial note” at the book’s end lists all the additions to Neruda’s original memoirs—while unhelpfully omitting the page numbers that would transport a reader straight to the new material. There are 19 texts added in all, ranging in length from a half-dozen pages of previously unpublished words to the wispiest fragments. Here’s an example of the latter, as vaunted by the editors: “We now publish, for the first time, the only known version in writing of this phrase: ‘What is my poetry? I don’t know. It would be easier to ask my poetry who am I.’ ” Readers who know their Neruda will contend that only one textual addition—which deals plainspokenly with the homosexuality of the Spanish poet Federico García Lorca—truly adds value.

Which is fine, of course, because the original version—let us not call it “incomplete”—is a deliciously self-serving and unabashed narrative account of the poet’s life, loves, grudges, contempt and ideology. It is stunningly vain in places yet always beautiful, and reading it today—in our age of much-curbed masculinity—raises taxing moral questions. What should we think of a man so casually priapic, who never hesitated to use his power—as poet or diplomat—to drive women (who were often vulnerable) to his bed?

Neruda chose to call his book “I Confess I Have lived”—“Confieso Que He Vivido” in the original Spanish. It was published posthumously in 1974, a year after he succumbed to cancer and—some like to think—heartbreak, brought on by the suicide of Chile’s President Salvador Allende only days before Neruda’s own death. Allende was a dear friend and leftist fellow traveler, and Neruda had abandoned his own presidential ambitions—he was the Communist Party’s candidate for Chile’s highest office—so as to throw in his lot with the socialist Allende. The latter appointed Neruda Chile’s ambassador to Paris in 1971—the year in which the poet won the Nobel Prize for literature.

Thappad And The Volume It Speaks

Thappad: Bas Itni si Baat? Is a Hindi Movie directed by Anubhav Sinha, starring Taapsee Pannu as the main lead, Amrita. Some other cast of the movie include Pavil Gulati as Vikram Sabharwal, Amrita’s husband, Tanvi Azmi as Sulekha Sbharwal: Amrita’s mother-in-law, Kumud Mishra and Ratna Pathak Shah as Amrita’s Father and Mother and many other artists.

The movie’s main plot revolves around the orthodox Indian belief that woman should bear the responsibility of protecting her marriage and for that sake bearing any form of injustice or violence that she is faced upon with, in a silent and obedient manner. Thappad movie subtly touches the hearts and minds of the audience as it conveys a strong moral message that is highly needed in today’s world. This makes the movie stand out from the regularly entertainment-based movies that are preferred by the present generation in great demands.

The movie starts off by showing the dedicated house-wife Amrita who puts forth the needs of her husband and his family before her own wishes. Her husband Vikram, who is a workaholic is seen to prioritize himself and his needs before Amrita’s and expects Amrita to do the same. The story takes a major turn when Vikram slaps Amrita in the party organized at home, in anger and frustration due to some promotional issues in his company.
After this, the movie rolls forward with the decision of Amrita to take some time off from Vikram and his family in order to sort out her overwhelming feelings that occur after the slap incident. Thereby Amrtita deciding to return to her own home.

This whole plot raises not only a question of ethics and moral rights but also gender inequality.
The female characters in the movie are trodden and looked down upon by their own husbands and in-laws, just for the reason that they are females, thereby highlighting the thinking of Indians towards female.

The movie shows how even when a woman faces inequality in her marriage, the society and her own family expects and teaches her to bear the inequality and domestic violence all for the sake of protecting her marriage. We see the mother-in-law making comments like, “log Kya kahenge” and “Aaurto ko thoda sehna siklhna chaqhiye.” Throughout the story when Amrita suffers from the dilemma after the slap, no one comes for her comfort and neither does anyone blame or tell Vikram that he is at fault. Again, highlighting the concept of Man to be always right no matter what he does in his marriage.

Amrita’s fight doesn’t start because of a single slap, but the story perfectly weaves the injustice that she has been bearing up and moving on all along. It’s just that it takes that one slap for Amrita to realise how she has been living all along in her marriage. How she had to kill her only wish in life, which was to have respect and be happy. She realises how after her marriage all she did was become a submissive housewife. Though Vikram plays the negative role, who even after slapping his wife thinks that it was just an act due to heat of the moment and does not feel sorry for his action, is still empathised towards the end as he finally realises his mistake. This portrays how parents play a major role in the upbringing of children, as they are the first teachers from whom they learn the right and wrong in life.
Another gruesome scene that wrecks the heart of the audience is when the female lawyer is being raped by her own husband. One who does not know the definition of rape might not consider this as rape, however the definition of Rape is having sex with another person forcefully and without the consent of the other person. This applies even in relationships and to married couples. The female lawyer clearly denies the husband’s approach to have sex with him, however she finally gives up her struggle to resist when her husband forces himself upon her. The outline drawn from here is how women are expected to please and be sex objects for their men. A disgusting conventional ideology that still pertains in India is how husbands have the right to do whatever they like with their wives even when the wives do not agree to it.

The movie satisfies to a great extent and conveys a very important message that how women should stand for their own happiness and respect even if it means going against the odds. It also talks about how the preaching’s of the society are not always right. Although I liked the movie on a whole, but I was a bit disappointed by the ending of the movie. According to me, it ended on a positive note, with Vikram realising his mistakes. This may make the audience lose faith in the concept of fighting for their rights because it’s not always going to be this easy for your significant other to realise his fault. Also, the ending in a way hints the possibility of Amrita and Vikram getting back together ion future which may not always happen in every case. Apart from this, I feel the movie was great and is a really nice movie to watch and teach the present generation.

NEW DIMENSIONS TO DEATH- GRAY,BROWNING AND DICKINSON

If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind?
-Percy Bysshe Shelley (Ode to the West Wind)

Such spirited start, isn’t it? Poets literally can change our thoughts with mere lines. So are the poems that deal with Death.

“Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard”, “Prospice” and “Because I could not stop for Death” are on top of the list when it comes to overcome the fear of death. In the three years of my graduation I read these poems in the respective order and I must say there was an orderly development in my thought which I would like to share with you. Some of you might even connect with it.

Our generation is dealing with Death more closely than any other. With the help of advanced technology and advanced mutants of novel corona virus, the world is ‘connecting’ rapidly! It’s a time where no one is untouched by the feeling of anxiety or depression. Therefore it is crucial to keep the mind afresh. Why not to give a kick start to brain by reading through the lines of poetry instead of covid news every morning.

Gray and his Elegy

The boast of heraldry, the pomp of pow’r,
And all that beauty, all that wealth e’er gave,
Awaits alike th’ inevitable hour.
The paths of glory lead but to the grave.

In his poem Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard(1757), Thomas Gray talks about inevitability of death. While the traditional elegy form memorializes an individual’s death, but Gray expands the form to encompass death as a phenomenon that all of humankind inevitably experiences. He talks of big ambitious people who look with contempt at the poor people, they all are lying buried in the ground. Thus giving the message that death is blind to mankind’s social constructs such as class distinction. Death is the ultimate leveler.

Reading this poem makes one realise how futile is living; living by boasting of all the achievements, all the wealth; because one day when the end comes one will have to leave all these behind. Here come the reality check.

Browning’s Prospice

Written after his wife’s death whom he loved dearly, Robert Browning describes his idea of combating Death in his 1861 poem Prospice.

I was ever a fighter, so—one fight more,
The best and the last!
I would hate that death bandaged my eyes and forbore,
And bade me creep past.
No! let me taste the whole of it, fare like my peers..”

Browning treats Death as his enemy. The poet is not at all afraid of the physical troubles that come at the time of death. The symptoms of death does not deter him. Browning says that even the heroes of antiquity had to face death and fight it bravely. Common man should derive inspiration from them and be prepared to meet death bravely and cheerfully like them. If we do so, we can overcome it in one minute. Death is scary only when we are afraid of it. As a matter of fact, even the worst moment of death becomes enjoyable and appears to be the best for those who have got courage in them. After all, through death, we pass into another life and pass into Heaven if we are brave.

This verse is an absolute necessity. It radiates optimism- the need of the hour. And also the power to fight the fear.

Because I could not stop for Death by Emily Dickinson

Because I could not stop for Death —

He kindly stopped for me —

The Carriage held but just Ourselves —

And Immortality.

Emily Dickinson is one of the giants of American literature. She was little known during her life time but became immensely popular after the posthumous publication of her works. Dickinson’s poems reflect her “early and lifelong fascination” with illness, dying and death. The poem contains a gentlemanly appearance of personified Death. The use of words such as ‘kindly’, ‘civility’ create a positive image of usually feared Death in our mind. There are many guesses over the poem’s actual meaning. Some interpret it as the Christian belief in the afterlife. According to the Christian faith, that first life stops and following death we encounter immortality through our existence in the after life.

My personal interpretation was related to the thought “We are born to die”; such that since the birth Death waits for us and in the whole journey of life Death is the only constant companion. Nevertheless, the whole poem gave a soothing feel and therefore evolved my perspective about death.

book review :IKIGAI- The Japanese secret to a long happy life.

” Life is not a problem to be solved. Just remember to have something that keeps you busy doing what you love while being surrounded by the people who love you”- Ikigai by Hector Garcia and Francesca Miralles

IKIGAI is a Japanese concept referring to have direction or purpose in life, providing a sense of happiness and fulfillment and towards which the person may take action, giving them satisfaction and a sense of meaning.

This book touches on various elements of life that certainly we all are aware of, but always fail to implement in our daily life by giving ourselves unnecessary excuses. This book talks about how every person in this world has the ikigai ( a reason for being ), and by asking a few simple questions to yourselves, you can discover yours and live a prosperous and happy life. The authors of the book have beautifully put down all the ideas and facts which will persuade you to live your life to the fullest. The authors in the book bring the Japanese secret for the readers from the wise people of OKINAWA Island in Japan on how to live a happy and long life.

The best part of this book is, unlike many other self-help books, this does not go on and on. There are very few chapters. The idea or the message which the authors try to convey is straightforward. Read the book carefully, and it will surely teach you how you can bring meaning and joy to every day by following your IKIGAI .

Overall, a wonderful book to read if you feel stuck in your life or just want to make some changes in your life.

HAPPY READING ; )

Pride & Prejudice: Movie Review

Pride and Prejudice is a classic novel written by Jane Austen in 1813. The movie based on this book, Pride & Prejudice, was released in 2005 starring Keira Knightly, one of the brightest stars of this time, as Elizabeth Bennett and Matthew Macfadyen, a dashing English actor, as Mr. Darcy.

Movies can have a huge impact on our mind. This particular movie shows us the difference that existed between men and women in society in the 1800s  and how some women had the courage to battle any and all kinds of oppression that was seen as normal by others. This difference still exists today and women are still fighting oppression. Now, let’s get to the storyline of this amazing movie.

The movie starts with a scene of the Bennett house with five children, all daughters, of Mr. and Mrs. Bennett. Mrs. Bennett is concerned about nothing but marrying off her daughters to rich and well-connected families whereas Mr. Bennett is a sensible man who dearly cares for his daughters, especially Elizabeth, his second born. Elizabeth is headstrong, opinionated and sees the world in black and white, wrong and right. She cares more for her elder sister, Jane, than herself and sincerely wishes her happiness more than anything else. The house soon receives the news that two wealthy bachelors are in town, Mr. Bingley and Mr. Darcy. They attend a public ball during which Jane, the prettiest of the five offsprings, catch the eye of Mr. Bingley, making him fall in love. They dance through the night, and click instantly as both are sweet, innocent and generous. On the other hand, when Elizabeth or Lizzie (as called by her family and close friends) meets Mr. Darcy for the first time, their dislike towards one another is clearly evident. After getting off on the wrong foot, things do not get better for them. However, they find themselves in each other’s company several times which leads to Mr. Darcy’s realisation that Lizzie has all the qualities he has been looking for, she’s smart, opinionated, indifferent towards money, witty and much more. In Lizzie’s mind, the image of Mr. Darcy was already tainted and after finding out that he separated her sister and Mr. Bingley, she rejects his proposal. Mr. Darcy does everything he can and greatly helps Elizabeth’s family by saving their honour and bringing Jane and Mr. Bingley together. Elizabeth realises that she perceived him wrongly and love blooms as nothing could’ve won her heart faster than putting a smile to her family members’ faces. A great ending to the movie follows, Mr. Darcy and Lizzie confess their love for each other while the sun shines on them. Mr. Darcy’s lines as he expresses his love won my heart. “You have bewitched me body and soul, and I love, I love, I love you. And wish from this day forth never to be parted from you.” Afterwards, they get Mr. Bennett’s approval for their marriage which is a truly heartwarming scene. In the end, Mr. Darcy overcomes his pride and Elizabeth Bennett learns to not be prejudiced.

You will surely not regret spending 2 hours of your life watching this must-watch movie. It will definitely end up becoming one of your favourites. Let’s add this movie to our list and watch it this weekend.

Review of a research article

Article name:A Study of University Students’ Motivation and Its Relationship
with Their Academic Performance.

Student motivation is the element that leads students’ attitude towards learning process.God-gifted talents, best teachers and best schooling facilitate the academic performance and students’ motivation
is prerequisite for students’ accomplishment. This study attempts to identify the influence of students’
motivation on their academic performance. So come on research enthusiasts let’s look into the why,how and what of student motivation through this review!

Purpose and sample

This outstanding Research article by Ali and colleagues has been published in the International Journal of Business and Management. This study attempts to identify the influence of students’ motivation on their academic performance. The sample consisted of 342 university students of different programs in various universities of Islamabad and Lahore, Pakistan. The students were asked about how motivated they are about their university experience and what really motivated them to study.

METHODOLOGY

The questionnaire was distributed among both male and female students. There were 82% male and 18% female students in the survey with an average age of 20 years.“The University Student Motivation and Satisfaction Questionnaire version 2″ (TUSMSQ2) instrument was developed by Neill (2004) to measure student’s motivation. TUSMSQ2 instrument contains 30-items.

WHAT WAS TESTED?

The questions measure both Intrinsic and Extrinsic motivation of students. There were two intrinsic motivators; Self-exploration and Altruism and four extrinsic motivators;rejection of Alternative options, career and qualifications, Social enjoyment, and Social pressure in the questionnaire. The questions were based on five point Likert scale. For each item, students rated themselves on a scale of 1 to 5; 1 being “Very False”, towards, 5 being “Very True”

BASIS/THEORY OF THE STUDY

Motivation is state of mind that stimulates activities and human body actions.Student motivation is often separated into two types: Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.

Intrinsic motivation: A student is intrinsically motivated when he or she is motivated from within. Intrinsically motivated students keenly engage themselves in learning out of oddity, interest, or enjoyment, or in order to achieve their own scholarly and personal goals. Thus students with intrinsic motivation are more enthusiastic, self driven, challenging and feel pleasure in their studies.Intrinsically motivated students tend to prefer challenging tasks.

Extrinsic motivation: It is commonly viewed that extrinsically motivated student engages in learning
purely for attaining a reward or for avoiding some punishment.Extrinsic motivation means
to obtain some reward or avoid some punishment external to the activity itself such as grades, stickers or teacher approval.Students with extrinsic motivation try to drag themselves with academic assignments, feel compelled to learn, and always put minimal efforts to achieve maximum appreciations.

Results

The results indicate that academic performance amplifies between the ranges of 23 percent and 34 percent due to extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation. Also the comparisons of variables on
individual bases indicates that those students who adapt self-exploratory variable and altruism variable, rejection of alternative options variable tend to perform better, whereas student who adapt career and qualifications variable, social enjoyment variable and social pressure variable tend to perform less then expected. Also the study found positive and mutually causal relationship between student’s motivation and student’s academic performance. This relationship is reciprocal, meaning students who are more motivated perform better and student who perform better become more motivated.

implications

Any research article would be a waste without implications. This study helps in identifying the factors that will help educational thinkers to know students’ attitudes towards learning, what facilitates learning and what hinders in learning. Thus it will lead to better teaching methods and facilities to suit the student’s need thereby increasing their job competence.

Institutionalization of 360-Degree Feedback

One of the most dreaded times of a financial year in an organization is the Performance Appraisal time. Traditional way of conducting performance appraisal is to hold it once, usually at the end of financial year with feedback coming in from the higher levels of management that is the team lead and the reporting manager. This method works well if one is at the lower levels of the hierarchy. But this traditional method of performance appraisal is now replaced by a more flexible method by integrating feedback throughout the year or in frequent intervals, without reserving it for the special occasion.

As an associate goes up the levels of hierarchy, his or her pay component also changes. That is, the base or the fixed component decreases and the variable pay which is linked to the performance of his or her team increases. And that is where the concept of 360-Degree Feedback kicks in. 360-Degree Feedback is the process by which surveys are used to gather and analyse feedback about the performance of a particular employee (usually at a higher-grade) from about 10 or 20 people which includes colleagues, managers, vendor, customers, suppliers, supervisor, peers and other stakeholders, who have an experience working with that employee either directly or indirectly. So to sum up, a higher grade associate is usually rated on the performance as depicted by the people he or she is interacting with.

10 Benefits Of 360 Degree Feedback - Edge Training Systems
360-Degree Feedback

The mail goal of 360-Degree Feedback is to convert the intangible qualities into the strengths and deficits, which can be used as a report, thus carving out a path with highlighted points which require definite action for improvement. 360-Degree Feedback has a lot of other advantages too, some of which are:

  1. Provides deeper insight into the mode of doing a particular job, in terms of collaboration, communication and promotion of innovation.
  2. Provides an interesting contrast in how the participants view themselves and how the others see them.
  3. Gives rich data for statistical analysis and provide ratings, based on actual data, thus eliminating subjectivity.

360-Degree feedback is highly valuable and is receiving a lot of positive responses due to its objective nature, is very much candid owing to the fact that the feedback from the peers will be anonymous and is highly compelling in nature. If one analyses the very purpose of such a feedback, benefits can be reaped from the administrative perspective as well as from the personal perspective too. From the administrative perspective, the results of the feedback is used for performance appraisal and thus for performance rating which ultimately affects the compensation. For executives at higher grade, a small increase in compensation without much analysis usually has a tumultuous effect on the bottom line of the company. And from the personal perspective, the feedback, which was provided anonymously can provide the strengths and the pain points, which can be used as reference by the associate for improvement.

360-Degree Feedback works very well for the executives at higher grades because in that way, their performance is very much linked to the performance of his or her peers and direct interacts. So in one way, it can be a great tool to improve or to remove someone if that associate is unable to perform the expected. But it has to be used with great care. Not only there is a distrust regarding the results of the 360-Degree Feedback, but also sometimes the outcomes generates more questions than answers. So this mode of feedback should be handled with utmost care and with proper control.

But in one way, 360-Degree Feedback means – “Once I knew the problem, I could fix it and I had a game plan.”

Businesses that are majorly affected!!!

In the pandemic situation where the world seeks a miracle of vaccines, there are many business that came to halt or even they are going to be shut soon. Currently the major task of ours is to stop the spreading of corona virus. It is wisely said “If there is Health there is Wealth”. First we need to cope up with the pandemic situation and then business can be again built, if we stay alive.

CNBC Global CFO survey says that 40% of the business are facing the problem in transportation of the goods and it is expected that it would take more 5-6 months to start and run normally (25% of them said 6 months and other would take a long than that).

“Nobody knows. The economic issues are totally driven by public health issues. You tell me how long we will be at home and I will tell you how long it will take for the economy and supply chains to recover.”

-words of Yossi Sheffi, Professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the director of the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics. Yossi Sheffi further says, if we want to build our business again as soon as possible than there is only one way out to do this and that is to join the war again corona virus and defeat it as early as possible, this epic war is started by many of the companies with their different types of help they can provide, like wise:

  • Auto manufacturers like Tesla and GM motors are providing ventilators to the hospital.

Politics vs India

Will you imagine the world without politics?

The terminology of politics has its origin in the Greek term ‘polis’ which means city-state. A number of city-states like Athens, Sparta existed in ancient Greece where polity touched every aspect of social life is it education, occupation, organizations, culture, etc. Later on, as organized life became more complex, polity turned into a more specialized activity restricted to secular and civil affairs in western countries. Since that time, politics has begun and spread all over the world and people are caught up in the rat race of politics. in the past, there was only one political party congress, it started from 18 December 1885, and they lead the nation, and the first precedent if the congress was Womesh Chunder Bonnerjee and after that, all congresspeople make many discussion regarding the education, business, finance sector, and health sector which help people to live batter life after getting freedom from the British people.

congress lead India for 70 years and they did many frauds and scams, Several top Congress leaders have been accused of indulging in multi-crore scams with some of the corruption cases running into lakhs of crores. According to the ZEE news, congress allowed scams after scams during its rule which have resulted in the loss of a staggering amount of Rs 48,20,69,00,00,000 over the last 70 years. The jeep scandal of 1948 was one of the first major corruption case in independent India in which the Jawaharlal Nehru-led Congress government was the accused.

After that, the BJP party was announced on 6th April 1980 and the early year they try to breakdown the congress party but they could not when the Narendra Modi-led government came to power in 2014, India’s ranking on the global corruption index improved as the new regime cracked down on those accused in scams and graft cases. The country’s ranking had dipped to an all-time low of 94 during UPA reign in 2013.BJP leader Narendra Modi was done many appreciate work for the people like Goods and Service Tax The GST is the indirect tax that subsumed a variety of central and state levies and replaced a cascading and complicated tax system. infrastructure work This is the one bright spot in the government’s record. The speeding up of highway construction, the new Bharatmala and Sagarmala projects, the building or revival of regional airports and regional air connectivity, and much work on modernizing and expanding railways are all achievements that the Modi government can claim. furthermore, they also have done Flagship Programmes like Swachh Bharat, Make in India, Ujwala Millions of us gave up subsidised cylinders when Modi gave a call, Ayushman Bharat. however, if we considered the National Security the Narendra Modi never stape back he has introduced Pakistan Policy, Kashmir Policy. he has open all the scams cases like Rafale Deal and Mallya & two Modis. He also took revenge from Pakistan in the form of URI surgical strick, and give justice to the Indian soldier.

Nowadays, in the time of Coronavirus, congress never gives up to accuse the BJP party, they always see the negative side of BJP which is only 15-20% but they never update themself or support and give motivation to the citizens what to do in this kind of scenario or support BJP. whenever BJP politicians do something good, congress always ready to pull them down they never see good work done by the opposition party. in time of critical condition, all BJP candidates done a lot of good work but the congress party came out for a showing off. we also see many debates on the news channels regularly they fight like cats and dogs.

all people from India always pray that please put politics behind and do something to bring out the country in developed countries index.
