Pure Love : A Single Word with Deep Meanings ………..///
Love, a word which can’t be expressed in words. Is there any perfect definition of love? I don’t think so because the persons who are in love make its own definition. Some says Love is my life so some says my life is there just because of my love and there can be infinite of definitions like this as love never die it is immortal, as love never ends it last forever in the book of history. We hear so many definitions of love but what exactly the love is? Is it name to get it or the name to give it? There are many people around the world who treats love as the worst thing as it is not good but I don’t agree with it.
My question is to them are they have never loved anyone? And if the answer is no I think they are not the humans as it’s a human tendency as they spread love everywhere and even our sculptures say that if you do love your work you will definitely get success in it. Just note one thing that a love is not just the love between a girl and a boy, love can be with anything with your parents, brother, sister or with your goal, your dream, your work and that’s why I asked the above question as the person who are treating the love as a wrong thing he/she itself loves the person whom he/she is stopping to do the love.

Love is not the bad thing; just the way to do the love or to achieve it may be wrong. There are lots and lots of examples of love and we even follow them and praise them. Let’s talk about what the love really is and we can understand the true meaning of love with its symbol, with the epitome of love, with lord Radhakrishna and i think everybody knows about it. There love was synonym of purity, dedication and understanding. They explain us the real meaning of love. They told us that the love is the name to give it not to get it as the more love you give the more you get. A love is a thing which gets multiplies on sharing and divided on snatching it’s upon you what you have to choose.
As the time has changed the definitions love is also changed. Olden times love used to be from bottom of the heart and now it’s the matter of just time pass, a thing like use and throw changing the partners seems to be very easy as every now and then we get the news that they have done the breakup or he/she have ditched her or now he/she have another partner its seems to be so easy like having a breakfast in one plastic disposal and then throw it and then use the another disposal for the lunch and now it’s a trend of having GF and BF as it is treating as a sign of advancement but remember one thing that the this is not the actual love.
The actual love is the love which is there in your heart even if your heart stops beating. If you really love anyone you can’t leave her as there is no space of word like breakup in real love and many of them still do the real love.

The meaning of real love can be explained by the soldier who can even sacrifice its life for its love i.e. for her country as standing in the borders day and nights and always keeping your every sense open is not a easy task. It’s not easy to be away from your loved ones. It’s not easy to be in duty when the whole country is celebrating the festival and you are standing in the border with those heavy guns in hands.
It’s not easy but the thing that makes this difficult task easy is their infinite real love towards their country. Where I am ready to give my life but I will not let my tricolour down, it’s their love towards our nation flag that we are sitting here safely writing and reading the article, celebrating our life with our family. The soldiers are the real and live example of real love where you can give everything but will not let your Country (a symbol of love) down.
There is even more example but the love never survives on inspiration and examples it survives in our inner heart as we you can be the example. Love doesn’t depend on trends it depends on your heart. Love is not a word it’s a feeling and you can feel it for anything that love and last but not the least love is not wrong but the way to do the love and the path chosen in love can be wrong.

Correcting bad posture
First and foremost, let’s take a moment to define posture and what it means for your health
Keeping a solid alignment means that our muscles are used correctly. It decreases wear-and-tear on the joints which could result in some crappy conditions (like arthritis).
Posture impacts the bones and muscles in our upper bodies.
It minimizes the strain on ligaments holding up your spine, but it also lets muscles work efficiently and use up less energy.
A bad alignment can not only screw up your physical health but your mental health too.
We’ll be addressing it in three main areas: the neck, the shoulders, and the thoracic spine.
- Fix Your Office Chair
The first step in fixing bad posture in men is addressing the workplace. Many guys work from offices with computers and chairs.
The best way to take on this endeavor is by aligning your tools in order to engage in a way that best supports your body.
Prioritize lumbar support for the chair, and adjust its height so you can use the keyboard with your forearms parallel to the floor.
Keep your feet flat on the floor. If the chair is too high, see about finding a footrest. Ensure that your screen is at eye-level.
Place the mouse as on the brink of you as possible. A mat with a wrist cushion is a great help in preventing any unnecessary bending.
It’s a series of simple fixes that go a long way. - Go Swimming
Swimming is a godsend when it comes to solid exercise because it engages your entire core, working it out evenly.Swimming stretches the muscles in your torso to better resemble ideal posture. Doing so repeatedly strengthens your torso.
It helps your shoulders too. Since you need to pull your shoulder blades back for the right motion, it encourages a great habit for off the pool as well.
- At The Gym? Try These Exercises
Here are two which can do just that:
The lat hang loosens tight muscles in your chest and upper back. To do this, look for your nearest assisted pull-up bar. Rest your knees on the platform and grip the bar with both hands. It looks like a pull-up starting position, only you let your torso hang. If you feel it on your chest and armpits, you’re on the right track.
Seated low rows loosen up your traps. Grip the handles on a seated rowing machine, pull the cable, and keep your shoulder blades as tight as you can!
- Looking Down At Your Phone
We got science to back this one up from a 2016 study out of the Journal of Physical Therapy Science.
Their goal was to determine a relationship between posture and respiratory function. They assessed several participants and their breathing ratios while looking down at their phones.
I won’t spend too much time on specifics, but they discovered that prolonged smartphone use could negatively affect BOTH your posture and breathing.
- Fix Your Forward Head Posture
Forward Head Posture (FHP) is also known by a number of creative epithets like nerd neck and scholar’s neck.
Essentially, it happens when your head leans forward and your neck ends up being crooked. It’s prevalent for those of us who spend a lot of time on the computer.
Letting it go unchecked can lead to potentially serious conditions like Osteoporosis, Cervical Spine Arthritis, and continuous shoulder blade pain.
FHP also weakens most of your neck muscles, and even strain those on your upper and mid-back.
If you lean up against a wall and your head doesn’t naturally touch it, you might have FHP.
So, what are some steps you can take to improve it?
Try massaging your SCM (Sternocleidomastoid) muscle, which are the tight bands that extend in a “V” from your collar bone. Just press two fingers to them and begin the massage.
Start some neck flexion to stretch the back of your back neck muscles. Tuck your chin in with one hand and use the other to slowly pull your head to your chest.
- Take Care Of Rounded Shoulders
When it comes to correcting bad posture in men, rounded “mom” shoulders are all-too-common. It describes a resting shoulder position which is abnormally forward from the body’s true alignment.
hunched shoulder posture
Out of the types I’ve listed, this condition more immediately affects first impressions. Fortunately, you can remedy that.
The handclasp stretch is done by standing up straight, reaching for the sky, and clasping your hands together to establish the stretch. Gently push your shoulders back while keeping your neck straight.
Use the door frame to stretch your chest and shoulders. Place both hands on opposite sides of the doorway just above your head height. Gently lunge forward.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together while standing up straight, holding for ten seconds at a time.
- Fixing Spine Curvature – Kyphosis
Kyphosis is a common issue that often affects adolescents and adults. It has to do with the abnormal development of spinal muscles, which bad posture can accelerate.
Preventing Kyphosis is a matter of a few simple exercises.
Knee rolls are done by laying on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Move your knees slowly to one side until you feel it in your back.
With the same starting position, arch your back while keeping the upper back and butt on the floor.
Finally, bring your knees to your chest. Repeat this five times with both legs.
- Fix Your Diet
It seems obvious when you think about it: Excess body fat adds to the weight your bones need to bear. This can, in turn, cause a lot of lower back pain.
You should also prioritize foods which strengthen your bones – your posture will be improved in turn. Vitamin D and calcium are great to start with.
Too much alcohol and caffeine intake are actually detrimental to bone health.
Hit to WhatsApp: No Activity Status, Bug Hid to Privacy

An outage found in using WhatsApp on Friday in India. Millions of users were finding issues in sharing stickers, GIF, audio, and so on. But the problem doesn’t stop here, some of the users also reported that their privacy settings have been changed. Their last seen status has been switched to nobody without any intervention of themselves. They also found that WhatsApp has stopped showing online and typing tags with the contacts. Reporting of the outage issue was started on Twitter. Many of the users were found tweeting for the same.
According to Downdectetor.com, the issue started in the evening around 4 PM. Not only India, many countries like the UK, the US, Europe, Brazil, and Southeast Asia were affected by the same. As per its report, 64 percent of the users have reported their problems with last seen privacy change in their iOS or Android smartphones, 26 percent of the user population complained about connection issues and 8 percent of users got problems to log in to the app. According to the report by India TV, BeetelBite had reported about the issue first. Near about 8,246 reports registered to Twitter about the issue till now.
Downdectector.com is a website that keeps giving tracks about other services. Whenever outages found in any internet service or website service or application services like Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, the tracking graph gets a spike and it gets red. As per the website outage map, the issue is faced by Mexico, India, Singapore, and other regions also. Following the same map, the information comes up that in April, WhatsApp faced some issues.
As per the previous records,
Facebook and Instagram went down in the UK for both mobile and PC in the first week of April.
The same problem raised in North and South America along with Europe on April 2, here also millions of users were unable to access Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
Various parts of the world dealt with the outage problem of Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. On Instagram, users were not able to send direct messages, on June 16.
There are different kinds of interpretations coming in by the users about the error. Such outages happen when some issues remain on the server-side. One reason popularly coming in that maybe the activity tracker system of WhatsApp got crashed due to overload. Some users thought it as bug hid to their phone but it has now become a worldwide problem. Firstly the users thought the issue to be a new update of WhatsApp which has stopped showing last seen. But later on, they identify it when it fails to change the settings. WhatsApp calculates the last seen relying on online status. As per the suspicion, the activity tracker system got crashed. So this might be the cause behind not showing the last seen.
WhatsApp and Instagram all are owned by Facebook. Though till now no response has come from the company nor have replied to any tweets or any other posts. A WhatsApp tracking fan website, WABetainfo.com said WhatsApp is restoring the service, the issue will be fixed soon. It is expected that this technical glitch will be resolved in 2-3 days as the report says the company has started working on the restoring.
INTERNET AND THE CHILDREN: An Outlook

The internet is so far one of the greatest inventions of our time. It has made it possible for us to do many things. Through Skype and Facebook, we can communicate, interact and share ideas with people who are away from us and living in geographically segmented countries. We can watch videos on YouTube and use blogs to make money.
We all know that there is an age for everything. When a child under 13-years of age ventures the world of internet, he is exposed to far more matured content then what he is prepared for. The fascination on the internet that contributes to addiction are largely overlooked. Just because kids seem tech-savvy at increasingly younger ages, does not necessarily mean that their brains are developing at the same rate as their digital acumen. Children are easily influenced by it. They do not know how to say ‘no’ to something which they must stay away from.
There have been instances where the bullying took place on social networking sites which led to depression in children; even suicides in some cases. Social media sites also suggest the minimum age to open an account be 13 years. Unfortunately, many ignore the age restrictions as they choose a false birth date to explore the enticing world of social networking. Parent’s knowledge and consent must be essential for a child. Many parents do provide it but are not paying required attention to their child’s digital activities. Proper supervision and monitoring have their merits, and parents at times fail to acknowledge these. Children are not mature; they do not have the intelligence to make smart decisions online. They are also not ethically capable thinkers.
Children are not aware of their digital footprints and do not know how permanent they become. A simple photo, a comment can grow a base for people to take advantage of someone, and so their personal information is at risk. When they are exploited, they become too frightened to speak up.
Access to internet spoils class lessons as it can be challenging to concentrate on studies. A child may still be stuck in the digital world while being physically present in the school or on the sports ground. Parents also observe that even ‘child-friendly’ websites have inappropriate advertisements or pop-ups. They come while children are playing games or watching videos. These often lead to exposure to content which is not advised for child viewing and may cause the development of bad habits in some too. It is understood that children are tempted to go online, and this becomes a significant problem.
The internet is swamped with information about anything and everything, but children do not know what to see and where to stop. So, it is a collective responsibility of parents and guardians to let a child enjoy the ‘real-life’ and be prevented from hazards of ‘digital life’.
The Impact of Sushant Singh Rajput’s Demise.

The demise of Sushant Singh Rajput has left the world in a state of major shock as the actor was found dead in his Mumbai apartment according to the reports. While there has been no such evidence or proof as why the actor took such a huge step to end his life. On the contrary of the nation being sad over the loss of such great talent there has been some other shocking incidents which took place after the actor passed away. Four minor children from across the country have committed suicide who were evidently upset over Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise.
If he can do it why can’t I?
It has been reported that a Xth class student from Uttar Pradesh has commited suicide after coming to know about the tragic news of the Bollywood actor. According to the reports the boy wrote “If he can do it why can’t I”.
10 Year old Commits Suicide.
Another such incident came from Lodipur village where a 10 year old boy committed suicide. It has come to our knowledge that the boy watched the actor’s movie “Ms Dhoni the untold story” the night before he was going to end his life. He used to ask his parents curiously if one can die by hanging but the parents neglected the situation.
17 Year old Commits Suicide.
After 2 days of the tragic death of the Bollywood actor another 17 year old girl ended her life in the Bihar’s capital Patna. It is said that she was already battling with depression and over that the actor’s demise left her stun. As per the reports the girl was upset because she could not perform well in her Xth standard. She continuously went across the news of Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise before taking her own life.
15 Year old Commits Suicide.
Another such incident was recorded in Andaman and Nicobar Islands on June 17. A 15 year old girl committed suicide by hanging herself. It is said that she went into depression after the tragic death of the Bollywood actor. On the contrary the Director General of Police of Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Dependra Pathak) spoke up and said “I would like to urge all the youngsters to look forward in life to achieve their goals in nation building rather than taking such extreme steps.I would also like to urge all the parents to speak to their children,if they notice any symptoms of depression on them”.
Instead of learning to fight and not commit suicide in any situation, the youth of India has taken a different direction and has a different look and aspect towards the death of the bollywood actor. The Bollywood actor unknowingly has left an example of what should not be done and this could be very dangerous for the growing youth of India.
WIN OR LOSE: A Perspective

Our desire to win has been with us since the beginning of human life. Nobody likes to lose when competing with someone in a crocket or basketball match or exams. The biggest competition that we face is the competition of life, and it is not about winning. It is about the living experience to become a better person. The world is not always good for us. Many times it is very mean, and no matter how competent, how tough, we are, it will still beat us to our knees and will keep us there permanently if we let it. No competition will hit us as hard as life will. The true essence and spirit of this competition of life are about how hard we can take a hit, fall, get up and keep moving forward. That is how we should compete in our life. We create many imaginary obstacles in our daily lives. We keep blaming life, circumstances and people and use them as an excuse not to take any action at all. We must not turn everything into a contest but a learning experience. Why do we give winning so much of importance? Perhaps we do it to gain recognition, after all, nobody likes a loser, and everybody loves a winner. However, the people who genuinely love us and care about us will love us the same even when we lose and will be there to keep our morale high when we need them.
Competition stands for a platform to get inspiration from people who are performing better than us so that we push our limits and become better performers. As we keep playing better, we develop self-confidence. We must keep in mind that we must never acquire a ‘win at all cost’ attitude. That will not be good to us and the people around. Any victory is achieved by unfair means does not count as a victory. We must develop an attitude of ‘keep trying’. In the movie ‘3-idiots’, a student kept on progressing with ‘rote-learning’ strategy while the central character was focused on achieving excellence. Short cuts to win never take us far while working on excellence does.
Our parents and friends often lead us to victory. Some children seek approval of their, elders, and if we see their mistakes more than their excellence, we are not a motivator. A single word or sentence of appreciation can change someone’s life. At the same time, it can go in someone’ head so we must be careful. However, in any competition, we must focus all our energies into giving our best and not think about winning. If we do that, we enjoy every bit of competition and winning or losing does not matter to us. Winning is temporary, while the experience stays with us forever.
Whichever competition we take part in, be it in school, in the neighbourhood, it should be a healthy competition. Our focus must not be to defeat an opponent but to try harder to give our best. A child participating in a 100-meter race and 400-meter race cannot apply the same strategy to win in both races. In the former, he must learn how to give his best performance and learn how to win that race. Once learnt, he must apply that knowledge in the other race and create a different strategy for it. Learning of one competition can be used in another that can happen after a long time. Therefore, the impact of competition stays for the long run. Competition is not about winning. It is about living the moment and making progress. We learn to succeed in competition but more that we learn that winners don’t always do different things, they do things differently. Champions are not supernatural; they fight one more second when everyone else quits. Sometimes, one more second of effort gives us victory.[1]

In India where 65% of Indian Men believe woman should tolerate violence in order to keep the family together, and women sometimes deserve to be beaten. You yourself can understand how serious the situation is.
There are many myths present in our society which have misguided people since generations. Myths like women deserve beating at the hands of husbands and wife battering is a private matter have silenced many victims for centuries.
Slapping is the most common act of physical violence by husbands. 34% of married women say their husband has slapped them; 15% say their husband has pulled their hair or twisted their arms, and 14% have been pushed, shaken or had something thrown at them.
One in six married women in India have experienced emotional violence by their husbands.
In scenarios like that Thappad isn’t just a movie it’s the mirror which reflects the hard reality of Indian Society.
A society which expects its women to compromise no matter how grave the situation is regardless of the suffering and pain imposed on her. She is expected to pay no attention to her self respect and to level with the so called hypocrite standards of the society.
Taapsee Pannu as the female lead has very strongly portrayed the character of female protagonist Amrita in the movie who didn’t think of sacrificing her self respect when her husband Vikram (portrayed by Pavail Gulati) slapped her during a office house party.
After all this Amrita discovers those things which she was ignoring for long. She realises that she lost herself in becoming a perfect wife for her husband.
She takes the wake up call and perceives that this isn’t the life for which she left everything her dreams, her career.
This movie has very outstandingly shown that how a women who has played a crucial role in the success of her husband is being treated. She isn’t allowed to take stand for her self respect. She is expected to behave normally no matter what the situation is.
She is told that women should tolerate all this because men will be men and they won’t be held liable for their actions, but Amrita in spite of all these things takes a stand for herself and very bravely files for a divorce with her husband.
The main problem with our society is that in all these things women is the victim of all such acts but she isn’t allowed to be a victim she is forced to be a forgiver all the time as if she is making records in forgiving .
Director Anubhav Sinha has perfectly shown that juxtaposing love and violence isn’t right at all.
Patriarchy is the main reasons behind the occurrence of violence against women. Stereotypes of gender roles have continued over the ages. The primary roles for women have been marriage and motherhood. Women must marry because unmarried, separated or divorced status is a stigma.
The men in our society are told since childhood that women aren’t equal to them. No matter how self sufficient they may be you have an authority over them. They aren’t the boss of their own lives you are the boss of their life.
As long as this mentality isn’t going to change we won’t make any progress .
A critical Review of There is no Justice in History (from Sapiens) by Yuval Noah Harari

“There is no justice in History” is an important chapter of the book “Sapiens” written by Yuval Noah Harari. This book is one of the most significant and important texts in the field of revolutionary studies that deals with a lot of controversial and problematic issues related to the development of mankind in the simplest way possible.
In the beginning of the chapter the author raises a very important question: how did humans organize in mass cooperation networks when they lacked the biological instincts since the very beginning.
He goes on discussing the different boundaries caused by several socio-psychological binaries that exist in our social system. For instance, when the Americans created the hierarchy in 1776, it mostly came up in a generalised form that seemed to decide and divide soci0-cutural norms and societal positions according to that. The upper section of the society enjoyed unlimited entitled privilege and power while the poor kept on suffering. According to them the rights of “men” had very little to do with the rights of Negroes. Similarly, the Hindus always believed and imposed the ideology that some supreme spiritual force made them placed at the top of the cast system. Hammurabi saw it as an order prescribed by God, similar to how Aristotle believed slaves tend to have a “slavish” nature while free people have a free nature.
These social distinctions, however, came to existence only from human imagination. Imagined make-believe hierarchies were believed and imposed upon everyone by those holding power since the beginning and those who dared to come up with questions against those imposed notions were simply thrown out of the system by the upper class.
He goes on with a parallel discussion describing how the Africans were transported to America as slaves by the Europeans and how the invasion of India by the Aryan conquerors took place in a very similar manner and he also mentioned how these major historical events eventually helped these social binaries to develop further. Many people think these make-believe imaginary distinctions might fade out with the passage of time, but nothing but the opposite happened. These binaries gradually became firmer and static in the system with the help of people for ages.
The violation against women’s rights rather basic human rights, has also been highlighted further by the author. In many societies women were treated simply as the man’s property due to which if she happens to get raped, it eventually reflects the insult toward the Man who “owns” her. The Bible decrees if a man rapes a woman, he has to marry her, and this, seemed like a reasonable and logical solution to the problem to many ancients Hebrews since the man who happens to insult another man by raping his “property”, ends up being the one who marries that violated i.e degraded woman which eventually lessens the burden and compensates for the insult to the “property owner”.
He moves on to discuss the cultural and social binaries between the two genders prescribed by the society. Scholars see “sex” as a biological and “gender” as a cultural category. Both these genders suffer prove their respective “masculinity” and “femininity” according to the prescribed societal standards. He also highlights the problems that each society faced since the agricultural revolutions due to their fragile patriarchal mind-sets. Men, in any form have been always placed higher than women. Very few women have had the opportunity and courage to break thorough what is already given i.e the preconceived societal conventions. Patriarchy has not limited itself into being a mere fragile mind-set, but it has gone to the extent of weathering several political upheavals, social revolutions and economic transformations. The fact that physical power has been considered to be one of the major factors in creating the sphere of discrimination between the genders , has also been highlighted further. Considering these aforementioned points I would like to recommend it to all the bibliophiles out there who have a passion for discovering a parallel universe with the help of reading books.

He was born in the family of royals of Gwalior, who are regarded as the most powerful political dynasties of independent India.
Reason behind quitting Congress.
The main reason behind his tussle was the Congress didn’t want him to serve and become the Chief Minister. The party offered the post to Kamal Nath. Scindia always wanted to become the Congress chief of Madhya Pradesh state but he was dissatisfied. His resignation, and that of 20 Scindia-loyalist MLAs, from the Congress, is probable to knock the Kamal Nath Madhya Pradesh government into a severe dilemma. He resigned after serving for almost 18 years from the Congress.“There are two most significant dates in my life. First, September 30, 2001, when I lost my father (Madhavrao Scindia). And then March 10, 2020, when on his 75th birth anniversary, I took a decision that will start a new phase of my life,” Scindia said while thanking BJP party president J.P. Nadda, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah greeted him in the BJP family.
He expanded that he had entered political life only to serve the people of India, and that “politics was only a vehicle to achieve that goal”.
“I am sad that a situation has come where I think that the Congress party is no more the same as it used to be. I can say with great faith that my goal to serve people was no more possible by remaining with that party,” he said. He also blamed the party for restricting actuality and not accepting new leadership. He also believed to achieve his aim of serving the needy he has to quit Congress.“When in 2018, a new government was elected in my state, we had all imagined building it into a model state. But after 18 months, all those goals have been completely scattered.” he added. Also, he pointed to Kamal Nath spitting stats of unemployment and waiving loans to farmers that were not achieved by the government as it was promised. He defined the prime minister as futuristic and a top-class supervisor. “He has raised the prestige of India at a global level. I believe India’s future is completely secure in his hands, ”
Scindia entering Rajya Sabha.

From BJP nominees Jyotiraditya Scindia and Sumer Singh Solanki, and senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh are all set to sweep through to the three Rajya Sabha seats in Madhya Pradesh which eventually means BJP has gripped two seats leading the party to be in comfortable positions. To the citizens of Gwalior and Guna, he is considered as the creator of the district.
He can be the upcoming Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh as he has the spark and the will to serve his people-his aspirants.
