Falling Apart

Our life is never about the destination. Life is a beautiful journey with a lot of stops along the way. We feel if we know what to expect in our future, we will be ready for it. This imagery has become so much a part of our language that we don’t even stop to think about what it actually means for us.

When things don’t go our way, it feels like everything is falling apart. Despite having our bouts of feeling depressed we try to remain in a continual state of happiness. However, this is possible only if we accept the fact that everything is as good or bad as one’s opinion makes it.

Everyone is in a constant state of falling apart. How you deal with it is dictated by your outlook on life. You could, after all, try these few things.

  1. Never hide your emotions

Some people like to cry when they are overwhelmed. Tears are, in fact, a way for your body to get rid of those excess emotions, and if you hold these emotions too long they may corrode your insides. Talk to people – your loved ones, your friends. You will find that every one of them has something difficult going on in their lives.

  1. Be honest

Be true to yourself. If you cannot admit your problem to yourself, you can never openly talk about it which means you will never be able to take the first step towards solving that problem. So much pain mostly comes from not telling the truth. Lying is mostly the reason for things falling apart. After admitting the truth to yourself, make sure you always tell the truth to those around you. It may hurt for a second but eventually, things will fall back into place.

  1. Ask for help

The society inherently and subconsciously teaches us that asking for help is pathetic and a sign of weakness. This makes a person feel trapped and alone, inevitably hurting him and those around him. Accept the fact that everyone struggles at some point in the journey of their life. Instead of acting like it is not universal, start hailing vulnerability for what it actually is – a sign of strength, openness, and hope. Do not be afraid to ask for help.

  1. Have your cheat moments

Just like people have their cheat days from diets, have your cheat moments from the problems you are facing. Do not let your pain entirely rule every aspect of your life. Enjoy some trivial and jovial moments of life guilt-free.

  1. There will be days when you are not okay, and that is okay

The journey of life is a bumpy one. There will be days where the pain and reality of your situation will consume you. Allow yourself to feel helpful on such days. But never forget that tomorrow is a good day and the sun will eventually shine brightly again. When it seems like life is falling apart, it may actually be falling into a place better than expected.

Today’s world is full of influencers. What you eat, what you wear, where you go on holiday, and even what you speak is heavily influenced by social media. Although people today are smart enough to realize that it is not okay to compare yourself to other people, social media still provides you numerous opportunities to do just that.

Recall that heavy feeling in your heart when you see your friends and celebrities posting photos doing exciting things like going on long drives, attending glamorous parties, and visiting rare places. This sinking feeling is known as Instagram Envy.

Instagram is all about unadulterated voyeurism. You will not find Facebook’s messiness or Twitter’s relatable content in the posts here. Instagram is almost a photo site with built-in vintage filters idealizing your every moment. It encourages its users to create these perfect layouts of their lives, almost as if everyone is living their fairy tale.

Why Instagram Envy Happens

There is an unspoken rule adopted by the users worldwide to avoid populating the feeds with any mediocre or unedited pictures. Now you might feel that it is all about showing off to your followers, but that is not the case here. It is trying to level with everyone else posting one amazing picture after another; it is trying to feel good about yourself that you are in no way less than any of your friends. Owing to this rule, people often end up spending hours in hopes of composing an image of food as simple as a glass of coke over a dish of pizza worthy enough for their Instagram feed.

The followers, on the other hand, are expected to indulge in the ethics of impress rather than confess, all the while being swept away from the sumptuous photos and chipping in with beautiful comments. Even the likes are shaped like little hearts, reinforcing in the minds of the viewers, the idea that each shot is a performance worthy of applause. Every last image is an advertisement for the self.

In a society focused on physical appearance, this is perhaps no surprise that there is an element of narcissism to Insta-bragging. People with a higher level of narcissism post more self-presented photos and update their profile picture often.

Dealing with Instagram Envy

One approach to counteract Instagram envy is to showcase love, not luxury. People who generate Instagram envy can also use the same platform to demonstrate that they understand and embrace the value of citizens of all social and economic strata by posting about them. They will gain more followers than foes by showcasing love.

Another aspect you need to understand is that living through the lens is not all bad. Social media has made us all social, without a doubt. You catch up with long lost friends in no time because you already have an idea of what is going on in their lives. But you need to accept social media for what it is – it is social and it is, after all, media. You really shouldn’t blindly believe everything you see. You learn through experience that it is better to know how to post than to boast.

The blood donation happens when a person voluntarily ready to transform their blood into communities without any charges, however, Donation may be of whole blood, or of specific components directly. Blood banks often participate in the collection process as well as the procedures that follow it.

Ex. in many countries the doner have to wait for two to three weeks to rebuild their blood counts and proper growth of their blood portion. A typical donation is 450 milliliters of whole blood, though 500-milliliter donations are also common. Historically, blood donors in India would donate only 250 or 350 milliliters.

There are two main methods of obtaining blood from a donor. The most frequent is to simply take the blood from a vein as whole blood. This blood is typically separated into parts, usually red blood cells and plasma since most recipients need only a specific component for transfusions. The other method is to draw blood from the donor, separate it using a centrifuge or a filter, store the desired part, and return the rest to the donor. This process is called apheresis, and it is often done with a machine specifically designed for this purpose.

What precautions have to take donor after blood donation, they have to lay down for 10 to 15 minutes at the bead, then take light refreshments, such as orange juice and cookies, or a lunch allowance to recover speedy, The needle site wound is covered with a bandage and the donor is directed to keep the bandage on for several hours. Some publishing companies, however, will only deal with artists direct. Many print publishers and gallery owners also act as licensing agents for their artists.

Why We Say Sorry? Is it ok to say in any situation?

Saying you’re sorry is called apologizing. When we apologize, we’re telling someone that we’re sorry for the hurt you caused, even if we didn’t do it on purpose. People who are apologizing might also say that they will try to do better. They might promise to fix or replace what was broken or take back a mean thing they said. The apology comes to English from the Greek roots of apo– (“away from, off”) and logia (from logos, meaning “speech”).

Nowadays, we use sorry more in our conversion while talking with office bosses, parents, relationship partners, and unknown people. However, When you say sorry, it is not because you are weak, you just show that you wont to calm down yourself and display self-ego is stronger than your ego. When we say sorry, it is not just for the mistakes which we have done, it is also for yourself to cultivate a healthier spirit, furthermore, when someone says sorry, it does not direct the mistake, which he/she did, but it may not mean that they have done wrong. You do it because, it is an important skill to learn in life, and you can only do so through deliberate practice.

Many famous and renowned people always told, Over-apologizing for things you have little control over can make people think less of you. A few examples of things you don’t need to apologize for include sneezing, standing in someone’s way, getting bumped into by someone else, being interrupted, and so on. whenever we say more sorry this thing happened with us lose respect for you, It lessens the impact of future apologies, and It can lower your self-esteem.

sometimes, by saying sorry does not fix everything like, a heartfelt “I’m sorry” fixes everything right away. Other times, it might take a while for someone to feel friendly after you apologize. You might need to give the other person some time. Even after you say you’re sorry, you might still feel bad about what you said or did, but you can feel good about apologizing and about making up your mind to do better.

Sometimes people don’t say sorry because,

  1. When you apologize, you admit that you may be wrong, which is a threat to our ego and our pride.
  2. Some people see an apology as a confirmation of guilt and, as a result, of responsibility for the conflict.
  3. The apology is viewed as a means to draw attention to the mistake.
  4. The person might see an apology as a way of dwelling on the past when they just want to move on.
  5. Some people assume that apologizing is a sign of weakness, but actually, it is a hallmark of strength.

By considering, all points which I narrated above we have to say sorry, whenever we need bet don’t be over-apologized.

The world is almost ruled by powerful countries like USA, China, Japan, Russia etc. and its none of the wonder that developed countries are helping as well as exploiting the developing countries. Developing countries like India, Pakistan, Srilanka and many more… are mostly dependent on the developed countries, but the biggest question arises will India be list of the superpower countries by 2050. The answer would be yes, but unfortunately due to pandemic situation that number will rise to 2055-2060 because India faced a major setback due to this and also India build a strong relation with other countries with help of our respected Prime Minister sir. Let us look out which factors are going to help to build a nation with superpowers:

1- Economic growth

Chinese economy is based on foreign investment, while India is growing based on a more local economic sector. So if we look in future i.e. after 30-40 India will overtake as it is very slow process. We know very well that many MNCs have begun to invest tremendously in India and has started to rely on Indian engineers for their next generation products. Companies like GM, Boeing, Motorola and many others have begun to build their Research and Development facilities and Asian headquarters in India. They see more potential on Indian market. If India is able to maintain this steady growth, it can definitely become 2nd largest economy by 2050.

3) Military power

India stands on 4th rank in terms of defense with the budget of 54 billion $ and 13L+ army man. India has a total of 2,102 aircrafts and a naval strength of 295 and is ready to tackle any military emergency. India is gaining new technology and ideas from world and also our DRDO is working very efficient like wise India adopted 5th generation fighter plane from Russia and Defense Drone technology from USA and other technology too from Israel. Therefore if India increases the defense budget in next 3-4 decades, specially in Air force and cyber and New technology than India definitely can handle any worse situation.

India’s Diplomacy is standing at a good potions no matter still there are many internal disputes but in the eyes of world India is at a better place. India is able to maintain relation with foreign countries in a stable and steady manner which will ultimately help the people of India. In the coming years India will be able to maintain permanent seat in UN Security Council which will be biggest achievement in diplomatic point of view.

Youth is the biggest asset of India and no other country has this much amount of youth in their population. In the coming years, some of the strong nations of the world will face problem of decrease in populations and this will lead to, a decline in workforce, India will face no such problem.

India’s education system need to be modified a bit and student instead of memorizing theories, they should be taught to learn and understand the concept. The subject related to entrepreneurship should be added at early age so that they get knowledge of business at early age which would help them and ultimately help the nation.

We as a responsible citizen of India, need to stop the master plan of China as in the near future it will harm us very very badly. Let us understand by an example, India is surrounded by countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri lanka, Nepal this all countries have taken huge amount of money from China like wise Pakistan took huge money from China to develop a road passing from the mountain, so now Pakistan is in debt to pay the money and in return China can do anything to gain the money back. Pakistan took more money from China than from IMF, and has to pay around 19 billion US$, which will be extremely hard for Pakistan. In the same way Sri lanka owes 1.4 billion US$ which is left over from from 99 years and now China will ask for payback or will capture the Sri lanka. Bangladesh debt for 64.9 billion US$. India is also in debt of paying to China, but China will not capture India first it will first capture our surrounding countries and than head towards India. So, we need to become very attentive towards each step of China and understand their activity, we also need to stop buying Chinese goods to save our country and instead go for Made In India goods. we should take steps against those people who pollute the mother nature and we stop them or complain in government departments regarding their work and actions, and the government also take down those industries which spread chemicals in the water.

we all know that food is important to live life, and it is also a basic need of the human cycle. from the last two years from around the world, people celebrate the world food safety day on 7th Jun, this day was declared by The United Nation Organisation’s Food and Agriculture Association introduce it on 16th October in 1945. the moto to create world food safety day is to create awareness about the existing problems of obesity and malnutrition due to hunger. at an early age, in these only 150 members they have to organized activities and events in an effort to end hunger and promote a healthy lifestyle. However, they not only provide food to poor people but also provide information regarding how to manufacture any product in factories, how Genetically modified foods works, Food additives, and many other services regarding food.

Food processing is the transformation of agricultural products into food, or of one form of food into other forms. Food processing includes many forms of processing foods, from grinding grain to make raw flour to home cooking to complex industrial methods used to make convenience foods. Primary food processing is necessary to make most foods edible, and secondary food processing turns the ingredients into familiar foods, such as bread. on many T.V. channels also telecasted many shows which are authorized by well-known food manufactories for farmers to grow healthy and good crops. from many times food processing has been criticized for promoting overnutrition and obesity, containing too much sugar and salt, too little fiber, and otherwise being unhealthful in the dietary needs of humans and farm animals. With the help of a food safety organization, the ration is going down slowly.

nowadays genetically modified food is also famous all around the world many countries scientist do research on how to grow genetically modified food and china get success in it and they made first-ever modified corn Indian-Cornand they also do research on food which provide high vitamins and other essential things for the body.

they also run classes where they teach us how to read the label, Know your produce, Know your seller/market, Clean your food, Store right, Cook properly, and Eat raw but eat right.

The United Nation Organisation also run a campaign regarding the obesity, which we can see in present world in small and adult children, more than 603 million adults and 107 million children out of a global population of around 7.5 billion are obese. spreading the right information regarding it is very important and help full for the future a single child, otherwise, a child has to face problem regarding asthma, heart disease.

The terminology of politics has its origin in the Greek term ‘polis’ which means city-state. A number of city-states like Athens, Sparta existed in ancient Greece where polity touched every aspect of social life is it education, occupation, organizations, culture, etc. Later on, as organized life became more complex, polity turned into a more specialized activity restricted to secular and civil affairs in western countries. Since that time, politics has begun and spread all over the world and people are caught up in the rat race of politics. in the past, there was only one political party congress, it started from 18 December 1885, and they lead the nation, and the first precedent if the congress was Womesh Chunder Bonnerjee and after that, all congresspeople make many discussion regarding the education, business, finance sector, and health sector which help people to live batter life after getting freedom from the British people.

congress lead India for 70 years and they did many frauds and scams, Several top Congress leaders have been accused of indulging in multi-crore scams with some of the corruption cases running into lakhs of crores. According to the ZEE news, congress allowed scams after scams during its rule which have resulted in the loss of a staggering amount of Rs 48,20,69,00,00,000 over the last 70 years. The jeep scandal of 1948 was one of the first major corruption case in independent India in which the Jawaharlal Nehru-led Congress government was the accused.

The speeding up of highway construction, the new Bharatmala and Sagarmala projects, the building or revival of regional airports and regional air connectivity, and much work on modernizing and expanding railways are all achievements that the Modi government can claim. furthermore, they also have done Flagship Programmes like Swachh Bharat, Make in India, Ujwala Millions of us gave up subsidised cylinders when Modi gave a call, Ayushman Bharat. however, if we considered the National Security the Narendra Modi never stape back he has introduced Pakistan Policy, Kashmir Policy. he has open all the scams cases like Rafale Deal and Mallya & two Modis. He also took revenge from Pakistan in the form of URI surgical strick, and give justice to the Indian soldier.

Nowadays, in the time of Coronavirus, congress never gives up to accuse the BJP party, they always see the negative side of BJP which is only 15-20% but they never update themself or support and give motivation to the citizens what to do in this kind of scenario or support BJP. whenever BJP politicians do something good, congress always ready to pull them down they never see good work done by the opposition party. in time of critical condition, all BJP candidates done a lot of good work but the congress party came out for a showing off. we also see many debates on the news channels regularly they fight like cats and dogs.
