23 June – World Olympics Day – History…

On the 23rd of June 1894 the International Olympic Committee was founded at the Sorbonne in Paris. Prior to the IOC establishment by Pierre de Coubertin the British physician Dr. William penny Brookes had set up the Wenlock Olympian games in the English market town of Much Wenlock although he always maintained that he had the idea of reviving the ancient Olympic Games for amateur athletes himself, Coubertin entered correspondence with Brooks and benefited from his connections with the Greek government Coubertin was the Secretary General of the Union of French sports associations.

A Brief Look At The Olympics History

Coubertin first proposed establishing a modern Olympic Games at his meeting on the 25th of November 1892 although his enthusiasm was met with little more than general polite applause Coubertin wasn’t deterred and commenced to get the groundwork for what was to become the primary Olympic Congress at the Sorbonne in Paris in 1894. Initially invited participants to a gathering entitled reflections on and propagation of the principles of amateurism Coubertin later changed the name to a congress on the revival of the Olympic Games seventy-nine delegates from nine countries subsequently met at the Sorbonne though Coubertin himself recognized that there was still little enthusiasm for reviving the games. Despite this a vote was held at the last word meeting of the Congress on the 23rd of June that established the International Olympic Committee Coubertin was elected to the role of general secretary with the Greek businessman and writer Demetrius Vikelas because the first president it had been further agreed that the primary modern Olympic Games would happen in Athens in 1896. The second in Paris four years later the IOC has remained liable for the Olympic Games ever since.

World Picnic Day…

We celebrate world picnic day on 18 June, and It’s often claimed that life is no picnic but today it is! International Picnic Day is a chance to eat out in the open air with friends or family. The word “picnic” comes from the French language, and it’s believed this type of informal outdoor meal became a popular pastime in France after the Revolution. As fans of Jane Austen’s novels will know, 19th-century picnics were elaborate social occasions, with menus featuring a wide range of cold meats and pies that took days to prepare. International Picnic Day is celebrated in many countries, though its origins are uncertain. Charity events, school picnics, and all kinds of other group meals are organized to mark the occasion. You could also bike, walk or hike to a nearby beauty spot, or just take your sandwiches and cold hard-boiled eggs into the garden and enjoy an al fresco lunch.

International Picnic Day is observed on June 18, every year. It is a day to encourage people to go outdoors and enjoy a hearty meal in nature, with other people’s company. In the early days, people used to go on a picnic as an escape from their daily lives. The true origin of International Picnic day remains unknown, but it can be traced back to the end of the French Revolution and the Victorian Era. This day is also marked by various charity events and school picnics. People all around the world meet their friends and family and go on picnics. They generally used to carry food, outdoor games, soft drinks, juices, and other essentials to share it with their travel partners. According to the Guinness Book of World records, the largest Picnic took place in  Portugal. In Australia’s Northern Territory, the International picnic day is celebrated in August on the first Monday of each year. It is a popular concept in that area and the general public gets a day off on this day. Schools and Colleges are also shut on this day.

Asian people do not give any importance to the picnic day, and this day always celebrated in Australia and the U.S., Australian celebrate Picnic Day events since the late 1800s in Northern Territory. The Harts Range Races in Central Australia are held each Picnic Day long weekend. The races began in 1946 when three brothers Bennett, Quinton, and Kil Webb from Mount Riddock Station raced stockman Jack Schaber and the regional policeman Senior Constable Bob Darken over a distance of about a mile to the Ulgarna Yards to determine who had the fastest horse.

Moreover, in the U.S., Picnic Day is organized by a board of directors consisting of 18–20 students, ranging from different backgrounds and talents. Directors are full-time students and active participants of other extra-curricular activities and events at UC Davis. Every year, the board of directors selects a theme that will reflect the mission and vision of that year’s Picnic Day, and they also organized a different kind of themes and parade marshals each and every year since 1942 the themes started and in 1962 the parade marshal was started.

Here are some advantages and benefits of a picnic:

  1. Spending time outdoors, basking in nature, breathing fresh air, and enjoying a great view. The pure air invigorates you and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
  2. Spending time with family is always a great bonding experience. In the fast-paced, urbane lifestyle of today, there is often limited time for maintaining relationships with some of the most important people in your life.
  3. Since picnics often take place in warm environments, the tendency to participate in relaxing small talk is high.
  4. While picnics offer many social benefits, you don’t have to spend the entire time chatting up a storm.
  5. Meals prepared and eaten at home are usually more nutritious and healthy than eating out and particularly so when you bring food for a picnic.
  6. Eating lunch outdoors is a natural mood booster. You can be amazed at how much the lack of sun in your body can affect your mood.
  7. Picnics are a great stress buster as it helps reduce the stress and anxiety related to work and home.

Please, spend time with family at outdoor and spread awareness regarding it.

“An animal’s eyes have the power to speak a great language.”

It has been a long time since there is a debate, whether animals have been exploited for humans’ needs. However, More than 200 million animals are killed for food around the world every day – just on land. Including wild-caught and farmed fishes, we get a total closer to 3 billion animals killed daily. That comes out to 72 billion land animals and over 1.2 trillion aquatic animals killed for food around the world every year. In the United States alone, around 9 billion chickens hatch every year for the sole purpose of growing to an edible size and dying for human consumption. Animal suffering is the most direct consequence of consuming meat, but there are unintended consequences of eating animals, too.

All-around the globe, animals are used in a different way by humans to fulfill their need, they use it as food, making shoes, jewelry, irrigation, medical research, end experiments. Is it justified to use animals to human’s personals needs? not all animals grass-eaters, they also have to kill or hunt to fill their stomach, Video from the first large-scale investigation of intensive fish farming in Europe shows fish thoughtlessly scooped out of nets and thrown into plastic containers, where they slowly asphyxiated, Some of them miss the bin and flap to death on the floor. This video was disturbing, Some fish survive out of water for hours on their way to the slaughterhouse. If they’re still breathing when they get there, they die by a blow to the head. Nearly 300 wild sea animals are killed every year to feed one American, but that doesn’t include the fishing industry’s bycatch.

Considering the number of Americans that claim they only eat humane meat, it’s worth a quick math lesson. If 99% of farm animals in the U.S. are raised on factory farms, compared to about 90% globally, and 75% of Americans think they consume humane meat, the survey says that most of them don’t. Animals raised for food die by the millions in slaughterhouses around the world, and they do not think before eat. but the main thing is that animals also take revenge by spreading life threating viruses like swine flu and plague, even though human-made vaccines of these viruses, it had taken lots of human life.

If I talk about India, each and every day many animals have been killed by humans, even though the majority of the population is Hindu, and the coastal area also famous for fishing and fish farming, many famous franchises like K.F.C, Mc.donald, Subway, and Burger King provide chickens, beef, meats, poke, and many other animals eatable product. furthermore, in the fashion industry like L.V., Gucci, Prada, Zaara, and more,  provide clothes and fashion accessories like a leather purse, belts, leather shoes, and jackets that are obtained from animal’s flesh.

On the other hand, if we talk about science and research, in that process animals always be preyed by the scientist, and in recent news, they narrated that “Tests of other fast-tracked vaccines show that they have prevented infections in the lungs of monkeys.” they are so mean to not test on human or own self, they also not have an idea that there are lots of difference between the skin and immune system. there are many alternatives to reduce the suffering causes of animals.

Additionally, in India, there are many N.G.O.s, which always stands for animals rights, People for Animals India does a great job by saving street dogs in COVID-19 situation by serving food, shelter, and medicines. however, not only N.G.O.s but all people around the world stand for mutated animals, and if you wont to do great help, join the nearby N.G.O.s and save animals.

How to open a Franchise without money- US…

let’s talk about to open a franchise with no money so the first thing you can do, if you want to open a franchise with no money down is go to your friends and family look. I understand that that’s something that you may not want to do sometimes that’s a toughest conversation asking friends and family for money but I would assume if you’re willing to open a franchise and you have some skill sets you have a certain level of intelligence and a certain level of ambition so assuming that you have a good reputation and a good rapport with your friends and family then that’s the first place that you can go to get money to fund your franchise.

hamburger and fries photo
Photo by Jonathan Borba on Pexels.com

Now when you’re approaching them for the money it’s important to be tactical and strategic about it and you don’t just say hey! can I borrow ten thousand dollars can I borrow twenty thousand dollars can I have fifty thousand dollars you have to go into it strategically so go into it with a business plan this is the franchise that I want to buy this is the amount of money that I need to get started this is a lot the amount of money that I think I will make with the franchise this is the time period which I can pay the money back to you and get on that loan repayment plan, another way to approach getting money from feds and friends and family to fund your franchise is to ask them to be a partner with you so although they may not want to work in the franchise themselves maybe they’re more willing to give you money or lend you money for the franchise if they are an owner or an investor with you so maybe you’re the one that runs the franchise and you handle the day-to-day operations the sales managing the staff managing the overall business and they get a percentage of the profits as a way of paying them back.

close up photography of starbucks disposable cup
Photo by Adrianna Calvo on Pexels.com

The next way that you can fund a franchise is to get a loan and before you read about that real quick with the franchise so now in getting a loan to open a franchise business it’s important to note that one you’re going to need to have good credit and two you’re going to need to have an income that can support paying back. The loan and three the likelihood is you are still going to need money for the down payment on that loan if you get us an SBA loan which is Small Business Administration they require a minimum of 10% down from you in order to fund that business so what does that mean if you need $100,000 for your franchise business then that means you need to come up with $10,000 in order to here that loan so the question is how will you come up with that $10,000 and there’s a number of options that we’ll go over in a second of how you can do that one way you can do that is what we already talked about which is getting money from friends or family it’s so even with the Small Business Administration having a ten percent minimum requirement that you have to put towards the loan in order to open a business.

white and blue come on in we ere open signage
Photo by Tim Mossholder on Pexels.com

Most lenders that issue SBA loans are going to require anywhere from 20% to 30% in order for you to secure that loan so again in that example if you’re looking to open up a business that’s a total of $100,000 you’re going to have to figure out a way to come up with twenty to thirty thousand dollars in order to secure that loan and so in a second I’m going to tell you about a strategy of exactly how you can do that without having to ask your friends or family for money another way that you can fund a franchise without having any money so to say is seeing if you have any 401k or retirement plans now as someone who has managed over a hundred million dollars over the course of career as a financial advisor typically. I would not recommend for someone to take money out of their 401k and that’s not what I’m recommending to you. So, I want to make sure that you get that clear because there are severe penalties and tax consequences that you should consult the tax advisor about but there are ways that you can leverage your 401k so if you’re still working with your employer you can take out a loan against your 401k in order to fund a business and when you take out a loan there’s one thing that you have to be very careful about the thing that you have to be careful about is that if you leave that employer and you have an outstanding loan they are going to make you repay that loan within a certain period of time usually it’s 60 days if that is the case if you don’t come up with the money and repay the loan for the 401k they count it as an early distribution you’re going to have to pay taxes on that money depending upon if it’s a pre-tax 401k and you may have to pay some penalties. 2 guys opened up first location they were going to need 300 just over $300,000 in order to get first location open so they had a significant equity in their home at that time and want to went ahead and apply for a home equity loan they secured a three hundred and ten thousand dollar home equity loan use that home equity loan to fund the business and to pay for the business about a year or so later they actually wind up moving they sold their house the home equity loan was paid for paid off and now they own the franchise in the business completely outright don’t have any loans on the business and then the last way that you can potentially buy or open a franchise with absolutely no money is to talk to the franchiser again it’s not about the resources it’s about your resourcefulness so it never hurts to ask them and to make a pitch if you’re truly excited and confident about the opportunity.

Animal Cruelty Needs To Stop!

Every year, millions of animals are killed in India either to feed the non-vegetarian population or in laboratories for medical experiments. Cruelty against animals is a cognizable offence under Section 428 and Section 429 of the Indian penal code. There is an urgent need to implement effectively the laws made for the protection of animals. The first step towards which is educating children to have respect for animals and treat with them kindly. Food and shelter should be provided to street dogs by government shelters, and registered firms and NGOs to assure their safety. There is also a need to have stricter laws for protection of animals.

Compassion and kindness are true-blue Indian values. Even the Constitution of India reflects these values in its Fundamental Duties [51 A (g)]. Show your kindness and stand up for the animals.

In the early twentieth century, when the colonial state’s emphasis shifted from the ‘preservation of game’ to the ‘protection of wildlife’ in keeping with the emergence of a global conservationist discourse, the “natives” were now deemed incapable of appreciating the aesthetic value of ‘Nature’ because of their inherently “utilitarian” philosophy of life. Contemporary critiques of the “cruelty” of those people who live in intimate proximity with wild animals, ‘cruelty’ that is believed to be rooted in an inability to appreciate Nature at best and in natural depravity at worst, echo these racialised colonial discourses in disturbing ways. Indeed, the demand that “problem” animals be “humanely” killed with a clean shot instead of explosives (as if shooting does not often lead to debilitating injury for wild animals) is eerily, even if unintentionally, reminiscent of colonial distinctions between “good” and “bad” hunting.

On May 30 2020, Mohan Krishnan, a Forest Officer in Kerala, posted images of an elephant standing chest-deep in a pool of clear green water to his Facebook page. The text accompanying the image described how the elephant, who was pregnant, had eaten some fruit that concealed an explosive. She stayed in the water, presumably to find relief for her injuries, until she eventually passed away. This isn’t the first instance of cruelty that burst into headlines. In 2016, a police horse Shaktiman, died following the merciless thrashing it reportedly received from a BJP MLA during a party rally in Uttarakhand and the ensuing political battle over who deserves blame raises the more important moral battle around our treatment of animals in India. Such incidents have become all too common (just a few days after this tragic incident, a young man was charged with stabbing stray dogs on the streets of Delhi). This pattern of animal abuse across India reveals enduring weaknesses in our country’s laws against cruelty to animals.

While the elephant’s death was an unhappy event, the categories of “cruelty” and “innocence” that were deployed to narrate it are not simply descriptive. Instead, they are the legacy of complex histories and politics. For instance, the supposedly intrinsic “cruelty” of the “natives”, a racist caricature, was a favorite theme in the shikar memoirs of many colonial officials. Colonial hunters condemned most “native” shikaris, who belonged largely to Dalit, Bahujan, and Adivasi communities, for the lack of “sportsmanship” they exhibited in the method they chose when killing animals, whether it was poisoning carcasses or setting snares and traps for animals.

These practices were criminalised as “poaching” under game-protection laws passed by the colonial state in the late nineteenth century. Ironically, these laws were passed to arrest a steep decline in wildlife numbers that was caused not by “native” hunters, but by what could be described as an orgy of hunting by colonial officials bent on eradicating “vermin” animals (which included tigers,  lions, leopards, bears, and wolves among others).

Glimmer of Hope

The onus is only partially on lawmakers – and yes, we have made some progress in the last few years. In 2014, the Ministry for Health and Family Welfare published a draft notification to amend The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, to ban the import of cosmetics tested on animals, as I had proposed. Humane Society International estimates that approximately 100,000 to 200,000 mice, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, dogs, and monkeys suffer and die for the sake of cosmetics — an alarming number, which may be an undercount since many countries do not have reliable statistics or data.

Narratives that emphasise the intrinsic innocence of animals are also problematic in the ways that they construct the object of activism. As the anthropologist Miriam Ticktin notes, figures of innocence – whether the child or the animal – play a key role in driving modern humanitarian projects because they promise a space of purity in an impure world. Much animal-welfare activism, for example, relies heavily on the claim that it is morally good to protect innocent animals, who cannot protect themselves, from human depravity. However, as Ticktin argues, innocence always implies its opposite: non-innocence. Establishing the innocence of the pregnant elephant thus relied on highlighting the ‘conscious, criminal cruelty’ of those who killed her. The danger of these categories, then, is that they create a purity that makes it difficult to understand the complex history of human-animal relationships in everyday contexts where humans are as much at risk from wild animals as the other way around.

As its righlty said, ‘Be the change you want to see in the world’. So, we need to stop animal cruelty at home by not attacking stray dogs. So maybe we should all take a minute to step back and think, before freaking out the moment we see a stray dog on the street? After all, what harm can it really do to us? It has no reason at all to attack us, and there is, therefore, no reason to fear an attack from it. Further, if stray dogs can dauntlessly strut around humans, in light of the torture we inflict upon them, we should also have the courage to not be afraid of them.

It is surprising how such incidents occur in a land that has worshipped animals for centuries. The very core values of Hinduism live in consonance with nature, as vividly demonstrated in the Mahabharata and Ramayana.

Gods have presented themselves as animals in their various avatars, formed partnerships with them and used them as sacred vehicles (vahanas) and companions – from the little mouse that  Ganesha rides, to Anantha or Sheshanaga, Vishnu’s snake bed and protector, or Hanuman, Rama’s vassal who plays an integral role in helping him defeat the ten-headed King Ravana. Animals have been celebrated in our lives and culture sice time immemorial. Hence, it is time we stop our inhumane behaviour and let animals live without pain.

“Unseen they suffer,

Unheard they cry,

In agony, they linger,

In loneliness, they die.”

What to do at the time of depression!!!

If you’re depressed to feel a little bit better and I want to make sure you understand what those are but first I want to start by helping you understand what the typical signs and symptoms are:

1- One of the most common signs of depression is a feeling of sadness or irritability that is really pervasive and doesn’t seem to go away no matter what you do if you’re with friends if you’re by yourself the sadness just sort of becomes your reality irritability can also be present and this is much more typical in teens that they will present with more irritability than sadness when they’re dealing with depression.

2- Feeling really hopeless and this can be hopeless about getting better it can be a sense of hopelessness about the future and the ability of sort of achieving your hopes and dreams and again it’s a very tough symptom to deal with because other people can tell you, know you have so much to look forward to or this great thing is happening in your life but if you’re really struggling with depression that hopeless this just kind of takes over and keeps you stuck.

3- You should be aware of is something called anhedonia. This is really a fancy way of saying a loss of interest in things that you previously used to enjoy so for example you might really be into gardening and all of the sudden you find that no matter how many times you garden or if you try to garden there’s just not the same joy that you’re getting out of it that you used to or maybe you used to really be really social and enjoy spending time with your friends and you find that you just can’t bring yourself to get out of the house and to go and interact with these friends and it’s really difficult to deal with because it’s very hard to motivate yourself. When the things that really used to be what got you out of bed and got you ready for the day no longer hold the same enjoyment and pleasure.

4- Either decreased concentration and/or indecision the difficulty with making decisions and this can be really difficult when you have to function either in the workplace or you have a lot of responsibilities at home because you’ll find that it’s harder to complete the tasks that you need to complete and if you do need to make decisions there’s almost like this decision paralysis where you find that you just can’t get yourself to the place of making choices.

5- You should be aware of our changes in sleep and this can be either that you find yourself sleeping a lot more than you used to and having like a really hard time getting out of bed maybe you’ve never been a Napper and all of the sudden you’re taking a nap every day on the other side of the spectrum many people who are struggling with depression find that they can’t sleep that they’re racked with insomnia for the first time in their life and they’re laying in bed and their thoughts just keep running around and they’re feeling sad and they’re feeling hopeless and so either too much or too little sleep is a really cardinal sign of depression that you should be aware.

6- You should be aware of our changes in appetite or weight and this can be either in the positive or the negative depression sometimes when people are depressed they find that they use food for comfort and end up eating a lot more than typical and gaining weight and sometimes when people are depressed they lose their appetite completely and don’t eat at all and find that they lose weight so if you’ve had any significant weight changes within the last couple months and you also have some of the other signs and symptoms we’re talking about it might be a good idea to consider that there’s some level of depression going on that you’re struggling with so another.

7- Lastly sign of depression that we’re going to talk about today is a sense of worthlessness so and really this is very difficult for people to handle because it’s a sense that no matter what they do they’re not enough their life is not enough and it won’t ever be enough and this is such a difficult thing to be dealing with and so I think my overall message as you’re learning about these signs of depression is that if you’re experiencing these please reach out and make an appointment with a licensed professional to talk about this because this is something that can get better and you don’t need to struggle with it on your own if you think that you or someone you love might be struggling with depression please reach out and make an appointment with a licensed professional for an evaluation there are many therapeutic techniques that can help you or someone you love feel better and so I strongly encourage you not to hesitate to get the help that you need.

‘Not all men’ vicious – Pseudo Feminism

If you pick up a dictionary, the definition you’ll find for the word ‘feminism’. In simple terms, there shouldn’t be any injustice met out to either sex. They should be treated equally. But, off late, a new type of feminism is developing which is rightly called as pseudo feminism. Pseudo feminists hold a strong resolve to correct all the injustices done to women, mostly by lashing out at men and demeaning them. What they forget is the basic essence of feminism movement: equality. Another form of pseudo feminism, according to me, is the feminism of convenience. The biggest example being: men paying for dates. If we’re as equal as women proclaim to be, why can’t a restaurant bill be split between the two? The reason is simple-men are too egoistic to let a woman pay, and for a few women it miraculously becomes a man’s job to pay for the date. Where, I ask these feminists, does the feminism vanish then?

Feminism is now a muddied term. Difficult to say what it means today. We often don’t realise it, but pseudo feminism is all around us, hiding behind feminism in clandestine. We’re the women shouting for equal rights everywhere, but don’t waste a single minute asking a guy sitting on a Ladies Reserved seat to vacate it. Why do we need reservations in general coaches? Since we’re able bodied, strong, grown-up women of strength, can’t we stand in a general coach? Men doing 9-5 jobs, burning their hours toiling hard to earn, are as tired as we are. It is just a very preposterous notion. Like it’s correctly said, two wrongs don’t make a right.

Although they are in the minority, it’s a crystal clear truth there are men who too are subjected to sexual crimes. The numbers of cases reported to the police are on the lower side, because most of the men don’t report such crime for the fear of being ridiculed at, not being believed and instead facing the charges themselves. Men are mostly kidnapped and abducted for illegal sexual intercourse, forced marriages, prostitution, etc. The number of such victims is really low but it’s a fact we cannot ignore. When we are talking of rising violence against women, we shouldn’t neglect the fact that somewhere out there are men also being subjected to same brutalities.

Board results are a few months away, but a boy has passed with flying colors by refusing to be part of a plan to rape a girl, hatched by the girl herself, who was pretending to be a boy. The boy passed but, many say, feminism failed. They have been saying that for years now. They are not too off the mark though. While it may not have failed, it sure has taken a huge hit.

Fake accounts, false allegations and fraudulent charges have harmed men and their reputations. They are also building a case against women’s right to stay in the fight for justice.
Part of the problem is the fact that the odds are heavily stacked against women. But another part of the problem is the way women used social media to fight this battle.

Each true story helps build credibility. Each false story is turned into a weapon against the fight for gender justice. The girl, who faked herself as a boy, is not part of the Bois Locker Room chats, but the story is now all about this one girl who faked her identity.

So what should women do?

I will answer with what they should not.

One, do not shoot and scoot. Don’t get into it if you cannot stay in it. Weigh in before you jump in. This is for the long haul. There is a lot of mudslinging that happens. You can’t escape the splashes.

Two, do not use fake accounts to bring down men. It’s easy to prove. The consequences are for everyone – the man, the movement and also you. Take care of You. Take care of the fight that is for us to stand equal to men with no biases in workplaces, no casual sexism, no acid attacks, no rapes and no honor killings.

If true feminism was followed, then we would treat all the victims equally. Victims would cease to be women or men, but just victims of abuse. But sadly, that is not the case. Pseudo feminism shouts out loudly that men can’t be raped, men can’t be tormented, and men claiming to have been put under such atrocities are lying cheats. It’s most likely that I would be branded ‘anti-feminist’ by pseudo feminists all around, but I don’t mind. I don’t mind because I know how to stand up for my fellow sisters when they actually need it.

When a woman is put on fire, when she is raped, is brutalized, is stripped naked on the streets, forced to quit her studies to marry a man three times her senior in age, when she is blamed if she is raped, or teased, when a woman is beaten repeatedly for refusing to pressurize her parents into paying dowry, when she is considered inferior to her male counterparts, that is when I need to give voice to my anger and lash out at the people responsible for it. If I am a true feminist, I will do the same if it were a man being stoned on the streets, being raped, being accused of a fake rape, being doubted over just because he is a man. As Gloria Steinem rightly said, a feminist is anyone who recognizes the equality and full humanity of women and men.

Not all men do it, but all women suffer through it.

This is serious. Take it seriously.

“Blood Donation- Helping Hand to Humanity”.

Helping others irrespective of their background, caste, religion has been a part of our culture and traditions not only in India but around the world. Helping the one in need has been considered to be the reflection of humanity over everything. Man has achieved development with helping each other and by working hand in hand, establishing a feeling of brotherhood, togetherness and unity to fight out tough circumstances and win over tougher times. Help could be varied as per the conditions and differentiation. It could be monetary help, by helping the one in need of money, or by giving food, or any physical help and so on. People believe that one gets blessed with better opportunities and less struggles as he thinks of others and helps them by even going outta the way.

Blood donation is one such help which not only helps others in need, but also has many health benefits to the one giving it. It not only reduces the risk of cancer and blood clotting but reduces the risk of severe damage to other body organs like liver , pancreas and many others. But irrespective of this fact, the question which surely arises is “Why should any human donate his blood, what are its advantages, disadvantages”, and many other thoughts do come to the mind of individuals.

14th June is the day when World Blood Donor Day is celebrated across the globe with the main Idea to spread the “Awareness of blood donation, how it can help to save the life of any person in need , and how we still can save humanity by showing this small gesture of giving”. But why should any individual give such a precious thing which he is born with you any stranger. In today’s world, risk to life’shas increased as number of accidents, suicides attempt and various other things leading to threat have increase. Blood donation helps to provide those injured in such accidents to save their life. Since we know our heart pumps a lot of blood and the amount we give gets recovered soon. So why not we just donate to help others.

There are also benefits to the one giving as:

 1. It helps in better blood production and circulation around the body.

 2. Replenish the older blood cells and produce new one which surely have better health benefits.

 3. Helps maintain liver, heart and other body parts in better working conditions and reduces the risk of any part to fail. And many more advantages of the same.

But the disadvantages of blood donation may include:

1.Initial weakness in the body .

2. Pain.

3. Continue bleeding. And sometimes it can take time to stop.

4. Conditions of headache and dizziness

But the main thing to keep in mind before donating blood is that one needs to be at least 17 years old with at least a weight of 50kg. The individual must not be consuming drugs, doesn’t have a high blood pressure , must not have tattoos on their body and many others as per the guidelines of the “World Health Organization”.

So one should try out to donate blood every month or more as per the health conditions of the human, so as to keep him/ her healthy and also people around them safe by providing them what they need in difficult circumstances.

As helping others, would definitely turn out to help ourselves in future, as per the theory of Karma, “What goes around, comes around”.

“Child Labor – A Question To Humanity”?

Today’s era has become completely the opposite world which man ideally ever thought of. Clean environment, fresh water to drink and pure air to breath, with no discrimination and everyone considered equal under god’s eye and especially the Constitution. But man had changed and challenged various aspects as per his own greed and worked forward with them so for his own good. This isn’t limited to the innocent living beings also, the ones.Considering the fact and the greed to just let the work being done,he hasn’t let children out of these and rather indulge them at such an early stage of their life so as to get his work done.Life hasn’t been so easy for every individual as they stepped into the world. Nothing got them so easy going and rather had to sacrifice at an early stage of life. With a disbelief in such a act of child labor with around 152 million children around the world still in the act as per the survey till 2019. ..

Talking about child labor  which generally is banned in various countries, is still being practised around various parts of the world. These small children are let to do work by their parents so as to earn more money for their living. As per the reports of “International Labor Organization”,around 22000 of these innocent souls give their lives working around the globe each year. This is really a sad fact to hear, but is the hard truth, which these people who involve them at work don’t care. These children have been working in hazardous conditions, which is affecting their health and deteriorating day by day. It’s shocking that around 88 million of boys and 64 million of girls have been a part of this brutal act of child labor. Many of us believe that this shouldn’t be done and such kind of acts must be stopped, but still many of children every year are led to work at the age when they should study and enjoy life peacefully.

“Indian Constitution bans child labor under the fundamental rights which defines the right for and of children to be free and compulsory education. Under the age of 14 years. UNICEF has been working in the efforts to reduce and eliminate this acts of child labor through various laws and policies defining complete freedom for these innocents. But what really matters is the strong implementation of these rules, and to be followed around the world.”

We need to understand that every individual especially these innocent kids have the right to be and feel free and must not be forced to work even if they wish for before the age as per the law. They must be motivated to study and play which should help them grow both physically, emotionally and mentally. Every child must be treated equally irrespective of it’s background, caste and religion. Humanity is the biggest religion, which gives us the message to spread Peace, Harmony, Brotherhood and sense of Unity, and we must follow and respect it.

“We must not led our coming generation to be shown the darker path of life, struggles, hardships and pain are a part of life but at the right stage and age, don’t let them lose out their innocence in the greed of more money, let them live their freedom, with education and let them win the world with the rights they truly deserve”.

Why We Say Sorry? Is it ok to say in any situation?

Saying you’re sorry is called apologizing. When we apologize, we’re telling someone that we’re sorry for the hurt you caused, even if we didn’t do it on purpose. People who are apologizing might also say that they will try to do better. They might promise to fix or replace what was broken or take back a mean thing they said. The apology comes to English from the Greek roots of apo– (“away from, off”) and logia (from logos, meaning “speech”).

The earliest published use of apology we have evidence of comes from the title of a work by Sir Thomas More, the Catholic humanist and social philosopher of Henry VIII’s court. The word appears in his 1533 work Apologye of Syr Thomas More, Knyght. However, the first published use of a word is not necessarily the same thing as the first actual use of it, and there has recently been discovered earlier, hand-written evidence of apology in correspondence between members of the British court; a letter addressed to Cardinal Thomas Wolsey in 1526 contains the line “Here are apologies made for the defense of the French King.

700820218-H

Nowadays, we use sorry more in our conversion while talking with office bosses, parents, relationship partners, and unknown people. However, When you say sorry, it is not because you are weak, you just show that you wont to calm down yourself and display self-ego is stronger than your ego. When we say sorry, it is not just for the mistakes which we have done, it is also for yourself to cultivate a healthier spirit, furthermore, when someone says sorry, it does not direct the mistake, which he/she did, but it may not mean that they have done wrong. You do it because, it is an important skill to learn in life, and you can only do so through deliberate practice.

Here is research regarding apologies, According to a 2015 poll from research firm YouGov, there are approximately 15 British “sorries” for every 10 American ones (for situations like if they sneezed, stood in someone’s way or corrected someone who is wrong). The survey, which polled 1,600 British people and 1,000 Americans, showed a few similarities: 73% of British people would apologize for interrupting someone, compared to the 71% of Americans. And when doing a favor for someone but getting it wrong, 60% of British people said they’d apologize, compared to the 58% of Americans.

Many famous and renowned people always told, Over-apologizing for things you have little control over can make people think less of you. A few examples of things you don’t need to apologize for include sneezing, standing in someone’s way, getting bumped into by someone else, being interrupted, and so on. whenever we say more sorry this thing happened with us lose respect for you, It lessens the impact of future apologies, and It can lower your self-esteem.

sometimes, by saying sorry does not fix everything like, a heartfelt “I’m sorry” fixes everything right away. Other times, it might take a while for someone to feel friendly after you apologize. You might need to give the other person some time. Even after you say you’re sorry, you might still feel bad about what you said or did, but you can feel good about apologizing and about making up your mind to do better.

Sometimes people don’t say sorry because,

  1. When you apologize, you admit that you may be wrong, which is a threat to our ego and our pride.
  2. Some people see an apology as a confirmation of guilt and, as a result, of responsibility for the conflict.
  3. The apology is viewed as a means to draw attention to the mistake.
  4. The person might see an apology as a way of dwelling on the past when they just want to move on.
  5. Some people assume that apologizing is a sign of weakness, but actually, it is a hallmark of strength.

By considering, all points which I narrated above we have to say sorry, whenever we need bet don’t be over-apologized.

thank you to read this post.
