Ecological Organization of Organisms

All organisms are interdependent and interrelated with one another and with their environment. This concept applies at all levels from a small pond to the world. Implicit in ecological organization is the idea that plants and animals do not occur randomly, but rather that particular kinds are especially adapted to a certain complex of environmental conditions and therefore coexist with others of similar requirements and tolerance in communities.

All individuals of a particular species constitute a population. A community, therefore, is an aggregation of populations. Maintenance of a community is dependent upon flow of energy through functional strata of populations. One stratum is com posed of producers, the plant species which, through photosynthesis, convert solar energy to chemical energy contained in plant tissues. the second stratum consists of consumers, the animals which ingest plants or other animals that have fed upon plants. the third stratum is the de-composers, mainly bacteria and fungi but also including many kinds of small animals which decompose dead organisms and organic debris to release basic chemical substances to the environment to be taken up by living plants. These strata, their activities, and energy transfer through the community constitute an ecosystem. Ultimately, the total ecological organization is recognized as the world ecosystem, or ecosphere (also called biosphere).

In the context of ecological organization and the ecosystem are embodied a number of basic ideas which give meaning to the inter relatedness of life. One of the most important of these is environment, and although the term has been used freely up to this point, it bears defining. Environment comprises the sum of all the external factors, processes, and conditions that affect a living system. These may be other living systems (the biotic environment) or nonliving factors (the abiotic environment). Thus inside an animal a single nerve cell may be embedded in a biotic environment of muscle cells and other nerve cells and subjected to abiotic states such as oxygen and salt concentration in the tissue The biotic environment of a hickory tree in a deciduous forest commonly includes other hickory trees, along with beech, maple, poplar, and birch, a rich understory of shrubs, and animals such as deer, squirrels, tree-nesting birds, numerous insects, and many others. Abiotic conditions and processes, including rainfall, ice, wind, evaporation, light, temperature, and soil type, together with biotic constituents, all affect the hickory tree.

Of greatest significance in ecological organization is the concept of dynamism in ecosystems. Organisms do not simply live side by side in the abiotic environment. Rather, there are constant, often complex, action systems in which all living systems exert some effect on one another and on the nonliving surroundings, which in turn influence the living mechanisms of the organisms present. Furthermore, there is great variation among ecosystems from tropical to polar regions, from sea level to oceanic depths and mountain tops, through geological time, and through changing climates and land-water distribution, through seasons, and night and day. Abiotic factors, such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and water, are constantly being cycled in various ways throughout the world community. Water, for example, covers 70 percent of the earth’s surface, and is the primary environment in which life exists since every living cell must be moist. Distribution of this important liquid is de pendent upon a world hydro-logical cycle.

Solar energy must be transformed into chemical energy and passed to all organisms for maintenance of their life and growth. Autotrophic organisms serve as the basis or core of ecosystem food webs that are actually energy-transfer systems. Unlike chemical nutrients that are cycled, energy must be supplied constantly, for it is used and transformed to heat. Thus through photosynthesis and eating and being eaten, organisms are intensely interdependent and interrelated. They are further bound through requirements and contributions relative to breeding sites, cover, shading, predation, competition, and numerous other aspects of living.

How cool is to be a meme addict…

Memes, the trending way to show yourself cool. If life makes you cry, make a meme on it, if something’s going wrong, make a meme.

Nowadays, the memes are also becoming the symbol of rebellion,of opposition. Some political parties & companies are hiring memers too. Well, it sounds cool, isn’t it?

But, do you really think that meme addiction is ok? Is it really ok to laugh on every unusual event ? Are memes really making you a well mannered & a risk taking human being..? Just think over it.

Well..I don’t think that meme addiction is cool. I’m not talking about facts, but about the personal experience. And obviously, no addiction is really cool.

So, let me tell you by a personal experience that how meme addiction can turn you into a negatively approached & inexorable person.

Let me share two incidents of my own related to this meme addiction ~

There, I was a meme addict, following a lot of meme pages two years ago. Of course, there were lot of memes which I never liked, but okk, I was still laughing on those too. And then at a point of time, I just realized that I was actually turning into a person full of hatred towards every shit thing/people. When, I analyzed the situation, I realized, it was the hate coming from the meme pages. I just unfollowed every single meme page. And yeh, this problem got solve.

So, after the first incident, I wasn’t really into memes. I used to see only the memes shared by my friends to me. But now, just coming to the present time, when I realized that memes are again causing negativity around me & has converted me into a person who just laughs on her problem. Ohh..Yes, laughing on your life problems isn’t always good.

Memes, like the above one, give us excuses actually. Excuses to avoid the problem.

Okk, I am going through a trough in my life, then I see a meme which is justifying my condition by helding someone/something responsible & now I am actually happy seeing this, just forgot that I need to work hard to get out of this trough.

Ok, scientific studies show that laughing is the best therapy & some motivator type people quote that ~ “laugh at all your problems”. But, you just need to think over it, not everything is for laughing.

Sometimes all these laughing situations give us excuses & we start avoiding the problem. “Problems are to fight not to avoid.”

I’m not saying that every single meme is turning every single being into negative. But, I’m saying that just look around you & see if it’s because of memes that you’re turning into a negative being.

And, finally just avoid, every kind of addiction, be it’s meme addiction or some other addiction. Addictions can charge a positive being to the negative.

🕊️ May the peace prevail on our Earth. May the hope abide in our Hearts…🕊️

An unexamined life is not worth living

Well said by
Socrates.

An
unexamined human life is deprived of the meaning and purpose of existence. The
ability to introspect removes the individualistic absurdity by invoking a
commitment to moral integrity and social solidarity.

 Just like a seed
needs soil, sunlight and water for its germination, human life needs
introspection and examination for its growth. A greater understanding of the
experiences gained in the life at any particular time, enriches one’s
engagement with self and the universe.

Mahatma Gandhi’s
examination of self through his autobiography, “My experiments with
truth”, highlights the significance of reflection on life. Mahatma Gandhi
was not only able to map his weaknesses and vulnerabilities through the
examination, but was also able to question his prejudices and understand his
strength as a human being.

 This very ability
to reflect on life adds more depth to the character of Arjun in Mahabharat than
most of the other characters. Instead of following the norms and fighting with
his clan, Arjun questions the meaninglessness of the war and the purpose of his
life.

 The fast-changing
societies and consumerist culture in the contemporary world leave less time for
human beings to examine and think about the changes. Adaptation to changes have
become automatic and unquestionable.

 The quotation has
strong relevance in the present times where human beings are burdened with the
histories of war, colonisation, nationalisation, erosion of morality in the
scientific and technological advancements and the sense of spiritual
uprootedness.

It is in these
times that one needs to dwell deeper into the conscience to find the purpose of
existence and engage in a more meaningful manner with the society.

BIOMIMICRY

Kira hunt is a landscape technologist working in Canada and specializing in park design, structural detailing, and heritage interpretation. Now, she works on biomimicry and learning strategies from nature that can improve our cities and bring us closer to the natural world.

WHAT IS BIOMIMICRY?

Biomimicry means to imitate life, i.e., design inspired by nature. This is a kind of approach that can be used in various forms of fields such as anthropology, architecture, etc.

The creation of Velcro

  • Velcro was inspired by the burrs of the Burdock plant. In 1941 a Swiss engineer named George de Mestral was hunting in the Jura mountains in Switzerland when he noticed small burrs from what was later identified as the Burdock plant stuck to his pant legs and covering his dog’s fur. Hence the hooks of the burr were replicated into the Velcro and hence a reusable fastener was created.
  • But this isn’t considered a biomimicry success as Velcro is harmful to nature because of its plastic content, so it could be better as it harms the environment. She calls it a shallow example of biomimicry.

The principle of circularity

Most Biomimicry practitioners follow life’s principle of circularity. They compound the resources and energy of nature. It is believed that energy is never exactly used up by a single product, only stored for a period of time. So recycling products can help the division of that energy and eventually lead it back to its source.

Similarly, if we protect the earth, care for the living systems, and green the society, the favor would be returned. We would get fresh and clean air, water, diverse food, and healthy places for people to live in. If we harm nature, by the principle of circularity we are harming ourselves. n life do to keep the earth life-sustainable?

To prevent this, what should humans do?

Mass manufacturing of short-termed usage products causes an increase in landfills. The circular economy works on this sector of designing products that have minimal to no wastage or pollution. Reusing the products will lead to healthy natural systems.

A good design always follows THE THREE Rs:

  • Reduce: Reduce purchasing and creating products that contain chemicals and particles that are harmful to the environment.
  • Reuse: try to reuse a product in multiple ways. Reusing natural resources leads to lesser consumption and a more sustainable way of living.

Recycle. Recycle a product to continue with existing materials.

How does life support life on earth?

The chemicals and combinations used by nature are friendly. The simplest elements are used the most. The human industry uses double the number of elements that are more toxic. Nature’s elements are biodegradable.

For example, the manufacturing industry uses plastic, foil, and paper and glues them together because of their different contributions for a cup. Individually, these components can be recycled, but when bonded together, they are impossible to be recycled. Whereas, a crab shell- retains moisture, is sturdy, and protects the crab. The only difference between the two products is that the crab shell is biodegradable and a single unit.

Do we really need to import products and resources from the other side of the world when we could make do with recycling waste materials itself?

We are at a unique point in time where we have the tools necessary to find the strategy of nature and to emulate the structures of the living world. Finding new materials to use would be a big sustainability win.

  • Using products that can be made using biomass. This can help support regenerative and circulative economies. Using biomass for 3d printing can help us focus on different regions that can have their own niches. Coastal cities can take advantage of seafood waste, etc.

Conclusion

Kira Hunt advises engineers and designers to look for organisms that are solving problems that they want to solve and learn from them. We can bring in new ideas and reimagine the human activity with the living system that supports us!

Come, Join me!!

Photo by JAMES WESTMAN on Pexels.com

Come, join me on the path of this river as it begins its journey from the mountain top, travels through the various stages and merges with the sea meeting its end, or is it the beginning of its new life in a new form? Well, it is debatable and a lot about perspective but what stands true is the fact that it goes through various stages, experiences several changes- in itself, in its surroundings and is itself the cause of soo many.

So, come let us join the river in its life course.

The river originates from the mountain top, from the glaciers. This river then travels down the slope, young and full of energy, erosion being its prime activity(vertical corrasion). It, thus, cuts deep through the valley forming gorges and canyons. It is young and naive and arrogant, believes it can do anything. On the way, it meets some hard rocks. They are strong and experienced and do not budge. But the river is adamant and so travels above them, forming rapids and cataracts. It, now, reaches the end of the mountain and has to plunge through a great height. The height could have been the result of the relatives of the above hard rock, who were persistent even when everything else surrounding them was destroyed or it could have been due to the cracks formed between the two plates of the earth, who had seen a lot together but knew it was time to let go or it might have very well been the end of the plateau the river was traversing: maybe, it was time for a new beginning. The river, hence, formed a waterfall, diving towards its new life.

The river has now reached the middle course. It has now lost a lot of its energy, but fairly traded it for wisdom. It again meets the same hard rocks. But now the river knows engaging with them is aa wastage of its energy. And so, it changes its path, curving every time it encounters one. Here, it forms a meander. During the formation of a meander, according to its requirements, it erodes the mud of the outer bank to make space for the water, forming a steep river cliff. It also ends up depositing the mud in its inner bank and mid stream when its needs for space are met. Though, on its path it meets several one of its relatives and some new additions to its family(the tributaries) and has to make space for them(horizontal corrasion). The life here is good. But the river cannot go on this way forever. It has entered the plains and its energy is draining. It has to meet the ocean.

And so , the river now enters its lower course. It, in the beginning, leaves behind the most accommodating waters (forming the ox-bow lake). After all, the world, today, is not a place for the easily bending ones. The river now bears the burden accumulated throughout its life, it sediments. It cannot travel any further carrying the burden. Thus, the river, starts renouncing the burden on its final path. The more silt it deposits, the lighter it feels an the easier it gets to travel. The friends and companions it had accumulated throughout its life, all one-by-one leave it. They will meet again in the sea, but for now each of them has their own journey to make (here, they form a delta).

And this marks the end of life of the river. But, its water is now part of the sea. There, it experiences new challenges in a new place and in a new form.

SUPERSTITIONS IN INDIA…

Superstitions lead people towards a kind of darkness, it takes people to wrong intensions. In the list of Indian evils, this superstitions is also a part. Superstitions were actually created and introduced by humans, especially some group of humans created these for  their daily survival and livelihood. Superstitions include many things. Luckily in our Indian constitution, some of them were abolished or removed like Untouchability. Here I am going to discuss some of them which I know and I’m going to relate them with some examples that I heard and I experienced. So, let’s start.

SUPERSTIONS AND EXAMPLES:

1. Firstly, I want to discuss about Amavasya. It is said that during Amavasya we should not start any new program or work. Now I’m going to relate with an example of My personal experience, It was said not to take me from my grandma’s home along with my mom when I was a child as it was Amavasya, as women spent some days after giving birth to child I and My mom were there for some days. But My father is against to all these things and he wantedly brought me and my mom from there. And the same thing he did was he has joined me in school for the first time on the day of Amavasya itself, but you know what, till now nothing bad happened to me and my family and I am in the protection of My God. So, it is proven wrong.

2.Let me share another one, When girls are on periods they are not allowed to pray God and go near God, that too in some communities and religions. Now an example relating to it, A girl went to a temple of Goddess Kali I suppose, and that statue is having blood in her mouth, and this girl asked her mother, mother it is said that girls who are on periods, they should not go to Temple and God, but why this Goddess is having blood in her mouth, she asked her mother and the mother was shocked and had no answer to it. Do you have answer for this? even I was surprised when I heard about this.

3.This one is also the same thing, but a little different angle,  it is also said that girls at the time of their menses they are not supposed to touch anything or anyone in the house and in some aspects they are kept out of the house. To hear itself, it is so wired and disgusting, right? I don’t say that everyone will follow this, because, for example me and my family, we just don’t follow all this rubbish but most of the Indians especially some group of people belonging to a particular community and religion follow this. And coming to the example, recently I came to know about this in news, a old women who is in her menses was put out of the house as they don’t her, it was a forest kind of area, and at night while everyone was asleep, a snake entered her tent and bit her , then she was taken to hospital on their hands, I don’t understand why don’t you allow her inside instead of taking her to hospital after something bad has happen, at least then you have to touch her, right?. I felt very bad when I have seen this.

Yeah I have many more but I don’t have the examples to make things clear. To name some, a black cat should not come before us when we are going to start or do something, and some construct house according to some directions, do not sweep after sunset, do not cut nails at night, Wearing gemstones brings good fortune, Not To Sleep Facing The North, Broken Mirrors, Adding One Rupee To A Gift Sum, Twitching Eyes and many more like this. But I don’t say that all these are rubbish but some of these have scientific reasons, but making or implementing them very heavily in life may make us stupid’s

So, I say that some of these are really stupid and foolish. So, I don’t support and encourage those foolish things. And what’s your opinion. Feel free to comment and express.

Harness the Power of Optimism.

In the given situation, the provided topic could seem a little absurd like how can we search for positivity in the present scenario. But once you start finding happiness in day to day life, you will end up counting thousands of blessings that will develop a sense of gratitude. The more you look deep into your life, the more satisfied you feel.

Not everyone’s life is the same and ups and downs are parts and parcel of life. Life isn’t a fairytale that we assume as a kid. It’s pretty much living in practicality with low or no expectations. To top it all, the pandemic is here to create havoc and causing distress, which is challenging and quite difficult to cope with.

To deal with such situations we need to be prepared to strengthen up ourselves to tackle the grim situations. And for that matter, we need to harness positivity, that isn’t a walk in a park, I presume.

Looking for positivity is quite challenging because it’s not like you will just sit and think like what all things do I’ve to be grateful for rather you need to develop few disciplines that will make you feel grateful and help in sighting positivity in every aspect. Moving on to the disciplines, that I mentioned before, it could be waking up early in the morning, accomplishing your little morning devotions, working out, meditating or just going for a walk early in the morning.

The aforementioned methods might sound a little too dramatic like who does that for real, but trust me it is very effective and equally helpful that change your entire perspective and will offer an astounding viewpoint to relive your existence.

Your Humble Beginnings Matter

Even if your beginnings are humble, the end will be prosperous.

When was the last time you compared yourself to someone and felt utterly dejected about your own self? When was the last time you stopped rushing through tasks and took time to breathe in an air of relief?

For me, comparison is something that I do on a daily basis. Randomly, anytime, anywhere as if performing a sacred ritual meant to calm you. In my case, this ritual only leaves a turmoil behind. And to be honest I can’t help it.

For instance, one time I saw a girl riding a bike and going to work. She was dressed in “office-clothes” while I wasn’t. Looking at her beam confidence I started to compare myself to her and started feeling lower than her in some way. Another time, I heard some of my seniors bad-mouthing someone and I felt how much better I was than them because I wasn’t doing such a thing. But the truth was that I just wasn’t comfortable enough with them to join in the conversation. If it had been a good-friend of mine I bet I would have joined in the “judgy-gossip” right away. But the thing is, I really am clueless about how to do this away.

The regular sayings of “It’s okay”, “It happens. You’ll grow through it” doesn’t seem to take the shape of reality. Everyday goes on with me self-assessing almost every individual that piques my interest and trying to find ways just to put myself below or above them in the hierarchical status called being and life. I don’t think there are any successful ways out for people like me, for whom even trying feels like a hassle because all we’ve gotten back until now is nothing.

So the only thing that I’d like to tell people and to myself is, “Keep your beginnings humble”. What I mean to say is, take your baby steps, and take your sweet time to grow, even though life is short, it’s actually pretty long and no one knows what lies on the other side of life.

When your beginnings are humble, and your view is not clogged with ‘perfectionism’ or victory, you’d be more at ease. You’d move with your own conditions and would therefore care less about the tasks of others. Your humble beginnings will remind you to see things from your perspective and not from the object race-winning one. Your humble beginnings will show you that you don’t have to learn things fast and execute them perfectly as a machine. Some things can be taken slow. (I don’t mean the hobbies)

If you keep your beginnings humble you’ll be able to cut yourself some slack once in a while without any guilt and without the pressure of keeping up with others. You’ll understand that everyone’s pace is different and so is their direction. So whenever you’ll find yourself in a tough spot, you won’t hesitate to take a break.

Your humble beginnings, that doesn’t blow the bomb right out of the cannon, are okay too. It’s okay if your focus is on one thing and a little minor on the rest. These simple and humble beginnings will end up as prosperous and bring happiness for you someday.

HOW TO FACE CHALLENGES WITHOUT STRESS?

  RESILENCE

                      (IKIGAI REVIEW)

HOW TO FACE LIFE’S CHALLENGES WITHOUT LETTING STRESS AND WORRY YOUR AGE?

The thing Ikigai says is to pursue your passionhow hard the life goes with hurdles. No matter of giving up. Resilience is the concept which has become influential among psychologists. It is the ability to setback, things without urgency, to pick ourselves and giving meaning to our lives.

Some people know how to adapt, stay focused on certain objectives, concentrate on things they can’t control and they are called as the resilient people. At some point of life, we all need to face the hurdles, we can’t escape the situations, so proper training for mind and body is to be given. Resilience is essential to confront life’s ups and downs.

FALL SEVEN TIMES, RISE EIGHT.

EMOTIONAL RESILENCE THROUGH BUDDHISM AND STOICISM

The goal is to control our emotions, pleasures and desires. Though the both of the philosophies are different, both aims is to get rid of ego and control negative emotions. Our pleasures and desires are not the problem, we can enjoy and control them as they don’t take control of us. Controlling emotions have been always watchful who are trying to control themselves.

Imagining negative things and not worrying about them. As a result, you will come to the mindset of what the worst thing would happen?

MEDITATING FOR HEALTHIER EMOTIONS

Another central theme of Stoicism is Imagining and knowing what we can control and what we can’t? Through serenity prayer.

Most commonly used mantras in Buddhism for controlling negative emotions is OM MANI PADME HUM in which OM represents ego purification, MA purifies jealously, NI purifies passion and desire, PAD purifies bias, ME purifies greed and HUM is the wisdom that purifies hatred.

CONCLUSION

Both Buddhism and Stoicism convey the message that there is nothing about worrying, but we can control  our emotions. Go through and just appreciate things because it is just NOW. The temporary things which are the impermanent ones. Keep your mind the best one to see the flow.

Rules of Happiness

Be silent in the heat of Anger.

As we all do, In anger we never think twice before saying anything and this is the main reason behind the poor relationship. We cause harm to both others and us both.

Avoid caring what people think.

Before doing anything we always think to much about others think if I do that. And this leads to unhappiness and doubt on ourselves.

Don’t waste time in explanation.

There is no need to explain yourself always. Sometimes we have to believe on our own capabilities and prove others that what I did is right decision for me.Time reveals Everything.

Privacy is Everything.

Never tell everyone, everything. Everyone is not happy with your success. Don’t reveal your path to anyone before you achieve something.

Don’t screw your present, thinking of past.

Start working for your success now. Past has gone it never come back but why we waste our present and future by thinking of past. We design our future by make use of present. You are responsible for everything that you do. So start working for your future.

Stop overthinking, Sometimes it’s okay to not know answers.

We just ruin our life by overthinking. What we overthink is never going to happen. So just relax and enjoy your life without thinking anything.

It’s okay to not be okay.

Everyone’s mental state is not same. And sometimes It’s okay to feel low. It’s okay to be sad. We just have to believe on ourselves. And do what we want. Its okay, everything will be alright soon…

Don’t compare own life with others.

Everyone is different. And if we compare ourselves with other then we just ignore our own capabilities. So believe in yourself, your capabilities.

Don’t let others to disrupt your inner peace.

Sometimes, some people come in our life just to pull us down. But we have to focus on our goals. If we disrupt our inner peace then they will succeed in their intentions. We have to focus more whenever we meet any problems in between our goals.

We are always unattractive in the eyes of society.

No matter what we do, society will never going to appreciate us. So don’t worry about the society and do whatever you want. We always worry about “Chaar log” but no one ever saw them.

Take a charge of your own happiness, we are only responsible for ours not others.

Love or friendship

Love is an intense feeling towards someone but as a science student I call it just hormonal action.

Friendship is the purest love…

– osho

Friendship is the sweetest form of love. Try to find love and friendship both in same person.

It is an intense affection towards a person or thing. It maybe anything like if a person read the novel and their hobby is to read a novel. By doing this he or she is just forget everything what is happening in this whole world. They can do anything just to read the next part of the book. Their mood is depend on what is going on in that novel.

Like if a person attracted towards someone, then the person sacrifice their own happiness for them.

As parents sacrifice their happiness just for the sake of their child’s happiness. They do everything just to see a smile on our face. that

Mother’s and father’s love is very different as we see mother’s love everyday Like- how can she make good meals for us, she make us feel good when we at our worst.

If we need something we don’t directly go to the Dad, we just say that to the mom and as a postman mom deliver our messages to the Dad. And she convinces the dad for doing that.

Dad don’t show us that how much they love us, how much day care for us. But he do every single thing everyday just to give us some comfort.

I Remember one thing in when my mom was admitted to the hospital, my dad has a bicycle there was a little seat on its rod and where I used to sit and a seat is also on back of the bicycle where my brother was used to sit. Dad take us to the hospital by bicycle and we used to talk all over the way to the hospital and it is best my memory of life.

My Dad was dropping and picking me up after school is my best memories of school time.

Dad work all the day just for us. So that we spend time with mom. And that is another way of showing love.

Dad was always doing things for me we talked like friends. And also my mom behave like a friend to me. We always share our feelings, everything. Mom never judge me what I say. She always understands my intentions. She always wants me to do right. She motivates me.

Whenever I think of that time, Nostalgia hit me like a truck.

In today’s world everyone thought love is just only between two couples.

Love has no limitations. It may be started from a little child’s affection towards their toy to a various sacrifices of our parents.

Pure love has sacrifices, trust, affection, care, mutual understanding. There is no space for selfishness.

Friendship is very important in every single relationship.

If there is no friendship in between parent – student, teacher – student, 2 couples or every single relationship then that relationship has to end at last.

Like we observe the relationship between 2 best friends are unbroken. No matter what happens between them their bond always remains same.

So only love is not necessary for a relationship, friendship is more important.

In every relationship, love and friendship both is very important.

BEAUTY IS NOT WHAT'S ON THE OUTSIDE BUT WHAT'S ON THE INSIDE…

Beauty is not what’s on the outside but what’s on the inside.

The term ‘beauty’ may have very relative significance. Something can be beautiful for us, but ugly for other people. The external beauty of a person is often the first thing that we pay attention to. This is the result of the association of beauty with good and ugliness with evil. Through the outer appearance we make a general opinion about a given person. Such a way of thinking may be very misleading. In order to get to know the person we need to look to the inside – into the soul. This is the place where the real beauty and ugliness are hidden.

Looking beautiful is a desire of almost every individual living on this planet. Emphasis on the word ‘Looking’ in the previous statement. Looking beautiful depends on others and not on our own selves. To understand this, you will have to consider the concept of beauty. There is a famous quote which goes something like this,

Beauty Lies in the eyes of the Beholder’

What this quote is trying to say is that unless you are considered beautiful by the people/society looking at you, you will not be considered beautiful. This is because society has set certain standards of beauty that are followed by most of the population.

These standards are also responsible for creating a sort of frustration/personality complex among the people that fail to meet these standards. This is why inner beauty is important. But what is inner beauty, to be exact? A lot of people come up with excuses when they are approached with the concept of inner beauty. Either these people don’t have an idea of what inner beauty exactly is or they just don’t understand the importance of inner beauty for overall health. As a result, people often base their lives on the wrong notion of beauty.

Inner beauty can be classified into two main categories: Physical and Mental. Physical inner beauty involves the improvement of physical health from the inside. It involves improvements of the bodily systems that aren’t visible from the outside. Mental inner beauty involves the goodness and purity of the thoughts. We see others as we see ourselves. Therefore, to improve the perception of our world, we need to first take control of our own thoughts. Only then can an individual be truly beautiful. A good combination of the physical inner beauty and mental inner beauty can give better fulfillment and health.

According to the above points, I came to know that the inner beauty is very important.

Some people feel proud about their beauty but we should remember that it won’t last long. As we become old our beauty disappears.

Human beings are made up of wet clay of the land. So one day we’ll be going to get mixed up one day.

So, we should keep that in mind and never feel proud of your beauty and don’t not criticize the people whoa re not as beautiful as you are. Because God, the creator of the whole world doesn’t see your beauty outside but sees whether you are beautiful at heart.

Confliction of one's mind

We all are well aware of the different conflicts in our minds. They arrive like impatient thunderstorms,  one right after the other. The times when there’s isn’t any hope to hold onto, we may thrive by words that might explain our mental states. Although, we often fail to do so and start drowning ourselves into the darkest depths of nothingness.

One thing that never gets old in such situations is writing down your rough thoughts somewhere away from the eyes of anyone, and reading it later at a better stage or when you start feeling yourself again.

WAYS TO CLEAR YOUR MIND

In a generation where social status depicts one’s nature and affects their state of mind, we often find ourselves getting lost in the world which we created for others to see us like. We should be capable of creating a difference between what’s imaginary and real, that not only helps us stay sane but provides a boundary to the inevitable confusions.

When we invariably replay a situation and can’t stop thinking about it, or think how we messed up; the more we delve into it the more that situation seems to tighten the blank spaces in our mind and start congesting it.

It’s normal to get stuck in the past and have a lot many things playing in your mind at the same time, our mind has a tendency to work funnily.

Instead of putting yourself in a self-inflicting pain, try performing the enlisted activities which will probably distract the course of your mind for the time being:

  • reconnect with an old friend
  • play and spend time with your pet
  • don’t force yourself to be productive
  • go easy on yourself and do some pampering
  • cook yourself an elaborate meal
  • watch youtube, movies and listen to an upbeat music
  • take a long drive to nowhere
  • take a walk in nature
  • go out with a friend and hangout
SELF VALIDATION

We are forced to put ourselves in a position where it’s tough to concentrate on peace of mind, by comparing ourselves to the person who is superior to us. But we need to understand the concept of self-satisfaction and being content in what we already have.
We should stop comparing ourselves to others because we are unaware of the life that they have behind the scenes, or away from the eyes of the world. It’s natural to get inferiority complexes but that shouldn’t mess with one’s mind.
The positive motivation or the rush and drag to push ourselves to a better position is healthy, but if it makes one sulk and questions their existence then it won’t take long into turning toxic and harmful for the mental peace.
You have had enough of the taunts and opinions that society has for you, you don’t have to necessarily add yours to it too. If not others, make yourself so focused and proud in what you do that even your conflictions think twice to reoccur in your mind.
“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.”

Poverty in India

Poverty one of the major problem in India. India is the second most populous country after China with 1.2 billion people and it is the seventh largest country in the world in terms of area.

Around ⅔rd of people in India live in poverty in which 68.9 % of Indian population lives on less than 2 dollar a day and over 30% even have less than 1.25 dollar per day. And thus they are considered extremely poor.

India subcontinent is one of the poorest country in the world.

The most poor section of our country is children and Womens. They are considered as the weakest member of Indian society and that’s why they suffer the most.

In India womens are not considered as the strongest member of the society because of a patriarchy.

Education and job for womens are not considered important in our society.

By preventing education for Childrens and womens leads to the poverty and poverty is also preventing children from getting an education

Poverty in India impacts children and families in a variety of different ways:-

  • High infant mortality
  • Child labour
  • Malnutrition
  • Lack of education
  • Child marriage

High infant mortality rate

Lack of Education

  • Most of childrens have no access to education in India.
  • Girls are excluded from the school in higher numbers with respect to boys.
  • We should have to treat them equally but it is believed to be inferior on lower caste.
  • Without education, chances of finding living from employment in India is impossible.
  • If educated peoples start teaching childrens at free of cost then it also be very useful in making a better world.
  • Like If 30 college students are studying in 1 course and they start teaching poor childrens only 1 day per month then the childrens study 1 month at free of costs.
  • We also have to put some efforts in making better world not for others, but for ourselves as well.

Child marriage

  • As we know Child marriage is crime according to Child marriage Restraint Act, 1929.
  • But it is still widespread in many regions of India.
  • Poverty is also the main reason behind this.

Overpopulation

  • Overpopulation leads to high competition in every aspects of life.
  • We see lack of job opportunities, education.
  • Food production is not as much to fulfill the need of this higher population.
  • Due to overpopulation, and not doing work after having such high population in India is main reason behind poverty.
  • If we utilise this overpopulation as the opportunity to increase country’s financial condition then it actually going to worth it.
