FUSION FUNDAS – INDO-WESTERN FUSION WEAR

FUSION FUNDAS

“SLAY IN INDO-WESTERN AS YOU HAVE NEVER BEFORE”

fashion
Fashion is the only thing that doesn’t go out of fashion. We witness the evolution of fashion every day. Fashion can speak volumes about someone’s personality simply by the clothes they wear and carry off.
Where traditional meets modern, the concept behind Indo-Western fashion is actually pretty simple. Interestingly in the last decade, a beautiful amalgamation of Indian and Western clothing has become popular, which has come to be known as ‘Indo-Western fusion’ garments. Indo-Western fusion garments are usually a combination of Western-style patterns and Indian designs. And the best part is that Indo-Western fashion can literally be anything you like. You are the inventor of your own Indo-Western style and can be experimented with in multiple ways.

I know one of my friends who had a great sense of fashion, and I still remember that where ever she goes, she takes a different and bold personality which ultimate is because of the great taste she has for fashion which makes her confident with her work.

The Indian market for fusion wear:

A recent survey about women’s wear states that Indian women, particularly the working class prefer trousers over saris due to their comfort. This trend is also a preferred choice for Indian youth. Retailers are fast adapting to this change, and are stacking their stores with new apparels.
Coming to the reasons as to why Indo-Western fusion fashion has become so popular in India, several can be cited. Indo-Western garments have an elegant and trendy appearance, without losing the touch of Indian culture, making them suitable for wearing on all kinds of occasions. They are the perfect blend of elements from both Indian and Western cultures, balancing both, i.e. neither too Americanised nor too ethnically Indian. It is, thus, suitable for wear by almost all age groups, and is all the rage among the youngsters in India today. The market for fusion wear is highly price-sensitive, and hence retailers price their merchandise to go with the customer expectations, and also focus on enhancing their portfolio. They are cashing in on the trend by aligning their merchandise as per customer preference and feeding their aspirations. Apparels with Zardozi, Gotta-pati, and embroidery work are seeing an increase in demand. Big brands such as W, BIBA, and Chhabra 555 offer a good mix of Indian and Western wear. Woven fabrics with definitive embellishments have a good market.

Indo-Western Styles:

When fashion goes fusion, kurta becomes a tunic, dupatta becomes a stole, and salwar becomes a pair of trousers. Indian outfits can be given a western touch with creativity in waistlines, cuts in fabric, necklines, and other decorations. Womenswear is the area of primary focus as they facilitate much exploration. A simple-looking kurta gets a ravishing look with straps or halter neckline instead of sleeves. A flowing crepe skirt can be paired with a halter neck top, or spaghetti-strapped top, giving an attractive appearance to the wearer. Regular churidar can be worn with straight pants setting a new trend. Patiala Salwars are teamed with short shirts or designer tops.

How to style Indo-Western attire for women:

Well, there are so many styling tips for indo-western outfits. Style Tips: A Pair of heels and bold earrings, Sharara with a blazer for formal events, saree with jeans, wear a denim jacket over lehenga choli for wedding, printed saree with a shirt, denim jacket over Kurti, saree with short long Kurti, lehenga with shirt style, Wear a bold Neckpiece and a waist belt for a stylish look.

So these were some of the fashion trends which you can definitely start adapting and make your beauty to make everyone say WOW.

The Loneliest Man in History – Michael Collins

Michael Collins is declared to have suffered the heftiest loneliness ever in history. When the famous Apollo 11, descending from Colombia touched down on the lunar surface, on July 20, 1969, colonel Michael Collins remained in the Command Module and orbited several times above the lunar surface. His colleagues Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were lucky enough to make the first lunar landing in history. Michael Collins withstood loneliness in the next 22 hours while Armstrong and Aldrin spent their time on the moon. Collins had also lost contact with his crewmates and with NASA, his line of communication blocked as he flew over the moon’s far side. He suffered complete loneliness at that point. No one in the world might have ever suffered that. “I am alone now, truly alone, and absolutely isolated from any known life” he wrote in his 1974 memoir, “Carrying the fire”.

Collins was inquisitive in writing. He had a gift for writing about space and his remarkable yet unique experiences. Apart from “Carrying the Fire”, he was an author of ” Liftoff: The Story of America’s Adventure”(1988) and “Mission to Mars”(1990). Collins also admired the wonder and beauty of space. Even though he orbited above the elegant moon, he was mesmerised and fascinated by Mars.

Collins began flying in 1952, and has orbited the Earth 43 times in the Gemini 10 Capsule. It was Michael Collins who operated the most critical mission of Apollo 11. He was responsible for the safety and protection of his colleagues, Armstrong and Aldrin. Collins was the smartest of them all for he knew to fly the Apollo 11 Capsule, alone. Collins went on with orbiting the moon until July 21, when Armstrong and Aldrin joined him. They safely landed in the Pacific Ocean on July 24. Collin, Armstrong and Aldrin were awarded the Presidential medal of freedom by Richard Nixon.

While Michael Collins stayed behind, Aldrin and Armstrong made their historic first steps and became the first humans to walk on the moon. Because of which Collins is often called the “Forgotten Astronaut”. While everyone praised Neil Armstrong for making his first step on the lunar surface, Collins was the actual Guardian Angel because of which the historic incident successfully occurred. “He might not have received equal glory as others, but he was an equal partner, reminding our nation about the importance of collaboration in service of great goals. He reminded us of the fragility of our own planet and told us to care for it like the treasure it is” said, President Biden.

After retiring from NASA in 1970, he served in the US State Department. After a year, he became the director of the National Air and Space Museum. Later he stepped down and became the secretary of Smithsonian Institution. Even after that, he proceeded with active beneficial works.

Michael Collins passed away on April 28, 2021at the age of ninety. It is said that he died from cancer in Naples, Florida. Thereupon Collin’s death, NASA Administrator Steve Jurczyk said “NASA mourns the loss of this accomplished pilot and astronaut, a friend of all who seeks to push the envelope of human potential”. Michael Collins is a remarkable soul to be remembered forever. His spirit will go with us. And the legacy he left behind will be learned.

Depression

Many people will walk around and talk about being depressed. Truly in every way, this is the most prominent topic to talk about.

What is depression?

Depression is not a disease in a person well it is a general emotion that comes when you have a lot of suffering inside. Not gaining what you always wanted to have, or put all the effort and unable to accept the failure, maybe because a group of people made you feel that this work isn’t made for you or you are not capable of the same. These are just some examples but other than this there is a lot more to talk about on its topic. There are probably 100s of reasons favoring the cause of Depression.

Death note

Personally taking my view into consideration. I find that keeping something that had happened maybe a failure or lost someone very close to you, makes you depressed.

But pals there exist no way in which you hide things and keep that up to you and be fine the next day.

NO!! If you are feeling bad about something, it can be about anything. Remember to talk to people, share your issue whatever is bothering you from inside, or anything making you stop from doing anything.

There are many medical prescriptions and necessary treatments for this but till the time you don’t talk about the issue depression phase can’t be recovered. Answer in each way is a big NO. Just share your issue with anyone who is close to you or someone who really understands and is a good listener. Just speak out other than keeping it.

Maybe the issue would be really scary or something personal (taking into consideration). It may be about being tortured or Someone continuously blaming you for any past event that occurred.

TIPS TO CURE DEPRESSION:

  1. Consult a counselor
  2. Talk to your close friends
  3. Read a book
  4. Go on a trip
  5. Avoid being alone
  6. Avoid taking sleeping pills or overdosage any medicine

It is totally admitted that being very honest in the 21st century isn’t fortunate for you. There exist an infinite number of people who will betray you, disobey you, bully you, torture you to do something against your will.

Forcing someone without knowing his/her will is terribly insane thought an individual can have. It is like living in a society when the nation didn’t get its freedom. It’s a very cruel thought.  Each one has got all rights to decide what he/she wants to do. And forcing them without their will is truly unsupportive by society. Maybe society may judge you, but you need not stop okay!!

Whatever is blowing your head talk about it. If you still do not find anyone to talk with there are many counselors who will help you to get rid of the trouble. The quality of a counselor is that they are good listeners and will totally understand what you really want and will give all possible ways you can solve it. You can easily find counselors on different web portals on Google.

It is highly recommended that stay away from the people who make you feel that level bad and just make a distance. Stay surrounded by people who are really positive and understand you and who don’t put you in trouble.

Just be happy every problem has a solution there exists nothing which can’t be understood. Think about it twice. Do not take any bad decision of ruining a life, giving up, or anything. Everyone has got the potential to defeat every failure. Stand up and prove to those assholes that you can do everything.

Stay Alert! Stay confident! and Never stop Good luck!!

Stay positive even if it feels like your life is falling apart

Teachings from the Life of Guru Teg Bahadur

Guru Teg Bahadur, the 9th guru or apostle of the Sikh religion, is renowned for the extreme valor with which he advocated for the masses’ right to profess their religion of choice. Even in the face of the enemy’s prowess, he staunchly refused to be coerced into conversion ultimately leading to his own execution. He pioneered community wells and langars which provided food to people of all stations. It served to demolish in one simple act of dining together the oppressive caste system prevalent in India. His hymns were appended in the Guru Granth Sahib and provide humbling insight into human life.

Being a man of faith, one recurring theme in his teachings is devotion to God. The transient nature of oneself in contrast to the Almighty is especially highlighted. A human existence ends in the blink of an eye; snuffed out of the spring of life. The one true reality is God who persists even when all else has been destroyed. According to Guru, this revelation is an indispensable one to have. The feeling and eventual understanding of God’s eternal omnipresence in the bones will surely lead to liberation from the cycle of life and attainment of salvation.

Humans spend the entirety of their lifetimes in the pursuit of happiness. Whilst some search for the elusive serotonin in wealth and fame, others immerse themselves amongst people. This frantic hunt for external contentment, nevertheless, results in dead ends all too often. Guru Teg Bahadur claimed that this dissatisfaction is caused due to unbridled attachment to material possessions. Impartiality to adulation as well as critiques is of immense importance for the stability of the mind. Blessed is the one who can adopt true fearlessness stemming from non-attachment. The conquest of fear allows for people to live true to their principles in dire situations.

Apropos of the way of living, he left us a cornucopia of adages to be the voice of reason for when a dilemma presents itself. People tend to dismiss humility with the steady accretion of socio-economic status. It is then that these aphorisms serve as a reminder to rid ourselves of arrogance and the never-ending lust for more. He stated that indulging in ostentatious acts of fidelity to God amount to nothing. Construction of resplendent shrines or ceremonial baths equates to naught in the long run. A religion is redundant if the mind of the devotee is given free reigns to languish as it pleases.

Throughout the course of his life, Guru Teg Bahadur spread the message of Sikhism with the common denominator being leading an austere and chaste life devoted to God. He considered spirituality as a path of freedom from the physical shackles of the human body and eventual salvation. Assuming the role of a mentor, he aided in guiding aimless vagrants to self-actualization and transcendence. Special emphasis was put on a life free from malice, apathy, rancor and focused on self-reflection. Most importantly, Guru Teg Bahadur told us to look into ourselves for God rather than some long-forgotten woods.

Amazon too had launched its first home delivery by using AI, so it is obvious that people now require employees who can make machines into existence and function them. Talking about the medical field, making medicines, packing of goods to be transferred, mixing of products, everywhere technology and online mode is making a big space that will continue for years.

In the end, it is highly recommended

It is really a skill change, as opposed to the removal of the job.

Book Review: HOW TO WIN FRIENDS & INFLUENCE PEOPLE by Dale Carnegie

How to win friends & Influence people is a beautiful book about building a human relationship which was first published in 1937 with 500+ copies.

How was Book written:

used to conduct the educational course for business and professional men and women in New York on public speaking and later on wrote the book.

Before Dale wrote this book, he made thousands of research and practice of what was being told in the book. Research, investigations, and experiments on public relations were held in Carnegie foundation for the advancement of teaching.

Also, Researches were held at the Carnegie Institute of technology which revealed that

“Even in such technical lines as engineering, about 15% of one’s financial success is due to one’s technical knowledge and about 85% is due to skill in human engineering- the personality and ability to lead people”.

A person who has technical knowledge plus the ability to express ideas is the person headed with higher earning power.

In preparation for this book, Dale Carnegie read from every resource possible which included reading biographies of successful people, research papers, reading magazines, news reports, psychologists, and also engaged multiple employees for research work for years to get themselves involve in libraries reading about success and dealing with people. He also shared that he went through multiple biographies of the same person, again and again, to extract exactly what was required.

The book was definitely not written out of word but was written out of experiences of thousands of adults.

After 15 years of research and proper revised studies came to this book which within time turned to be the best seller and around 18 million books have already been sold.

How will this book change your life:

This book will be a total failure for those who are reading and not practicing the actions described in the book, Dale calls this book an Action Book. Knowledge is never known if action is not made with it. Once you start reading the book you will get to know that it is divided into segments in the form of chapters and the author described that if you complete 3 chapters and find there is no change that occurred in you then this book will be a total failure for you.

Remember: This Book is an action book.

Nine Suggestions on How to get the most out of the book:

  1. A deep desire to learn: If you have vigorous determination to increase your ability to deal with people keep reminding yourself that how these principles will lead to getting a richer and happier life.

  1. Read each chapter thoroughly :

Read each chapter and practice what is been written considering it as an action book. If you are merely reading just for fun then you will not get the best out of the book.

  1. Stop frequently reading:

Don’t read in hasty, you will not get anything like this. Just think about how can you practically implement each suggestion.

  1. Mark what is important:

Keep your crayon, pen, pencil, highlighter, or sticky note and mark what you feel is important giving it a 4-star rating (****)

  1. Review and apply:

Reading something thoroughly will not provide results, keep the book on your desk and keep revising it every month. Consider this book as your handbook. Keep constantly impressing yourself by applying this everywhere.

  1. Learn by Doing:

If you desire to master building human relationships apply these rules.

  1. Charge yourself penalty

Ask your near once that after violating any rule. They ask you a specific amount. Make this a mastery game.

  1. Maintain an engagement book:

Keep a record of all the appointments, meetings, call to be handled. Along with writing down your task for the week and do follow them, if you miss any at the end of the day notice why did you fail to do that and if you succeed doing any compare with the failed one and again try, this way you will surely improve.

  1. At the end of the book, there are several blank pages provided to write down if you applied any suggestions and it worked the way described in the book. Also put the date, where it was applied. Keeping such records will inspire you to do more and better.

So these are the rules which are to be followed while reading this book.

Dale guaranteed 100% success if followed the rules in the same manner written.

How to win friends is divided into 4 parts:

  1. Fundamental technique in handling people.
  2. 6 ways to make people like you.
  3. How to win people your way of thinking.
  4. Be a leader: How to change people without giving offers or arousing resentments.

Dale Carnegie excellently explained all these parts by 100’s of examples of great leaders like Abraham Lincon, Benjamin franklin, and many.

This book will help you achieve that how you can deal with people effectively, achieving your target to get your work done. I won’t mention everything about the book but yes once you start reading I promise this will be a life-changing handbook. When I first started reading, I went through the rules of how to get the most out of the book and followed all 9 rules mentioned above.

Some of the fundamental techniques in handling people

     PART 1

  1. Don’t criticize condemn or complain.

If you complain to anyone maybe your friends, family members, siblings, or anyone else then that is the biggest mistake you are attempting. Rather if we start appreciating about small things they do, that will generally make them more to do. If you find mistakes and criticize people, eventually will end up person stop doing work with the same enthusiasm.

  1. Give honest and sincere appreciation

This principle is key to success making people turn to your side which can be achieved by appreciating fellow members and your teammates. Wonder you do some work for any organization and your boss appreciates you honestly saying “You did an incredible job, and we need a client like you”. What would you do after listening to this?

Yes, obviously we would want to work more with more potential to be appreciated in the same manner and get that feeling of importance.

  1. Arouse in the other person an eager want

This can be achieved only in one way and that one way arises by giving what person need. If you attempt to make a person agree with your point which ultimately has your benefit how would you do that? We can do so by also keeping the other persons’ need and offer them to make your work done.

PART 2

  1. Become genuinely interested in other people

We generally fail not thinking other’s points of view. If you want other people to put your point can be only done if you are a good listener and becomes equally and genuinely interested in the other person’s point.

  1. Smile

Trust me this works magic. Smile is a trick to make another person like you and follow your way. A smile doesn’t need to be a great task for you right?

Just giving a pleasant positive smile can easily make your work easy. Just try!

  1. Remember that the person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language

This is what we all can relate to. Anyone calling us by our name with the best tone is so encouraging making an urge to respect the person who called. This also makes other people get that feeling of importance by loudly addressing him/her name.

  1. Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves

We all like to tell our point and that gives us relief but what if we don’t listen to the other person’s point. Yes, it’s important to equally give importance to other people and hear their views. This will result in a good friendship-making bond stronger and will maintain a healthy understanding with your client, friend, or anyone you are dealing with.

  1. Talk in terms of the other person’s interest

This is how to interest people. Roosevelt said, “All leaders know, that the royal road to a person’s heart is to talk about the things he or she treasures the most”.

  1. Make the other person feel important—and do it sincerely

This is about How to make people like you instantly.

William James said, “The deepest principle in human nature is the craving to be appreciated.”

PART 3

  1. The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it

Opera tenor Jan Peerce said “When one yells, the other should listen—

because when 2 people yell. There is no communication, just noise, and

bad vibrations.”

2. Show respect for the other person’s opinions. Never say, ‘You’re wrong’

Don’t argue with your customer or your spouse or your adversary. Don’t

tell them they are wrong, don’t hem stirred up. Use a little diplomacy.

Palestine and Israel – World’s most Intractable conflict

Israel, officially known as the state of Israel is a country located at the crossroads of Europe, Asia and Africa. It shares its border with Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, the Palestinian territories of the west bank and the Gaza Strip to the east and west. The country with its capital Jerusalem also known as ‘Holy Land’ is the birthplace of two major religions namely Judaism and Christianity.

Israel has been a commonplace of savage and brutal violence due to disagreement between the two religious communities. The world’s ‘most Intractable conflict’ has created a situation of havoc and distress amid coronavirus pandemic. Recently, previous year Israeli court legislated that Palestinian families living in East Jerusalem neighbourhood – Sheikh Jarrah were to be evicted by May 2021 with their land ownership being transferred to Jewish Families. These families filed an appeal in court and elicited protests demanding an end to forced displacement of Palestinians from their homes in Jerusalem. In April 2021 Palestinians started street protests, Israeli police deployed forces against demonstrators after the court ruled in favor of evictors. On 7 May, there was a violent upsurge at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem by Israel police, which left hundreds of Palestinians wounded. The reason cited for this violence was extreme emotional reaction against the rumor of an Al-Aqsa siege. Attack by police forces on Mosque created a situation of panic in east Jerusalem. Gaza’s militant group Hamas and other Palestinian militants counterattacked Israel by launching numerous rockets into its territory. It fired more than 3000 rockets towards Israeli cities and towns killing at least 12 people. The Israel in return fired Gaza strip and destroyed at most 132 buildings, killed several citizens and has stated that it will continue to do so till it destroys Hamas’s ability to make missiles and underground tunnels.

Historical Background-   Abraham is considered as the father of Judaism and Christianity both. He is spiritual progenitor of all believers Jewish or Gentile (Non- Jewish). Around 2000 B.C.E – 1700 B.C.E Abraham settled in Canaan. The region of Canaan covered parts of Israel, the Gaza strip and the west bank majorly. In 6th century Greeks named this region Palestine which became home to many sites considered sacred by Jews, Muslims and Christians alike. Jerusalem has places of religious importance for all the three communities. ‘Dome of the rock’ and ‘AL-Aqsa Mosque’ considered sacred for Arab Palestinians and the remaining wall of the Jewish temple considered vital to Jews. Christians consider Jerusalem as the place where Christ was crucified. Jews who considered Israel as their holy land were victims of oppression in  due course of history. Over the time period they were evicted out of their lands. In early 19th century they started ‘The Zionist Movement’ and started returning back to their homeland in Palestine which was ruled by Ottoman empire at that time. In 1897 this movement turned into political insurgence aiming at establishing a nation state for Jews where they would have their rights of self-determination. The world Zionist organization and the Jewish National Fund encouraged immigration of Jews and funded their purchase of land. This led to increase in Jewish population to 75000 Jews. After the Great Britain took control of Palestine Jewish settlement continued to grow but this time by non- lethal means that is by replacing Arab Palestinians. Arabs opposed this immigration when Jews refused to lease or sell their land to them or hire them for work. In 1920, the grand Mufti of Jerusalem Mohammed Amin al-Husayni accused Jewish community of modifying and rebuilding the Dome of the rock and Al-Aqsa Mosque, the religiously important places of Muslims. This led to the beginning of riots between the two communities. The 1921 Jaffa riots and 1929 Palestine riots escalated the already grieved relations between these communities over land. Supreme Muslim council leader Amin al-Husayni instigated revolt which lasted till 1939.

One State Solution-

In its policy paper released in May 1939 British Government established restrictions on entry of Jewish Immigrants and their right to buy land in Palestine. In 1939, 6 million Jews were murdered in , but when they tried to escape from Europe to Palestine illegally it aggravated the situation even more. In 1947 after its independence from Britain, Arab militants attacked British Palestine states which led to civil war. On 29 November 1947 they adopted United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine which planned to divide Palestine into an Arab state, a Jewish state and the Special International Regime of Jerusalem. In 1956 following the nationalization of Suez Canal, Israel attacked Egypt on Britain and French order and occupied territories of Gaza strip and east Peninsula. In 1967 Arab and Israeli forces clashed for the third time which was termed as the followed by Yom Kippur war in 1973. Last two recent conflict between them were Lebanon wars of 1982 and 2006.

 Major concerns-

  • Gaza which is ruled by Palestinian militant group Hamas has fought Israel many times, due to which Israel has imposed restrictions to protect itself from Gaza.
  • The Palestinian families of East Jerusalem are been threatened of eviction.
  • Disagreements between these two groups over Jewish settlement in West Bank, creation of Palestine state and sharing of Jerusalem continue to dominate this crisis and ongoing conflict.

For more than 25 years there have been several attempts for peace but nothing has sorted out so far.

Room Decor

Room Decor

The room is a place where we spend our maximum time and get ourselves chilled and relaxed. We eat, sleep, watch movies or call our friends. The reason is that the room gives a homely vibe and what if it is simple and boring. No, a big no.

Remember when we move out for any trip, tour, or any place The beautiful rooms of the resort wins our eyes, but what if I say you can add the same vibe to your room and start feeling the same way how we feel in beautiful places we visit.

A room is an individual’s personal space that deserves to be treated with care and decorated with love.

As an Indian child, I myself always desired to get myself a personal room but never got one. So hey if you don’t really have your personal space, don’t panic either start decorating your home. It may be your living room, kitchen, garden, or balcony, and even bedroom. Timely you will get your own room too (in case you don’t belong to a joint family).

Starting from the very basic the first question that comes to our mind is that how do we start. It is simple and I promise to get and make things as easy as possible. Below mentioned are some of the points that you start with:-

Basics of Room Decor:

  1. Maintain cleanliness

This is a very basic and 1st step to get started. If you don’t even manage to clean your space, decorating it makes no sense. Clean your almirah, mirror, and wardrobe where you keep all of your things. Manage to arrange your books. Many times books take huge space. Sort things and only keep if it is necessary. All the unnecessary books and things should be either given to any needy or if possible sell them out.

  1. Get good paint done along with beautiful curtains

According to many professional graphic designers, the color of the walls with the correct combination is in itself a vibe.  I could make you illustrate this. Try to sit in a room full of red color, how would you feel? You will feel sharpness in your eyes. Now sit in a room of light blue or green color, you will feel calm, soothing, and relaxing. This is the power of colors. I don’t say don’t use red or any high-intensity color what I am trying to explain is coloring your space with your vibe that makes you comfortable.

Add beautiful and lightweight curtains. If you ask me I would suggest buying white curtains which match the whole vibe and suit any wall color shade.

  1. Use string lights

You may have seen many people decorate their Rooms using string lights and this genuinely makes the beauty of the room different way. Try this out. Lit the light when it’s night, string lights will work as a night bulb giving you beautiful looking too. You can also switch lights when you are partying with your friends.

  1. Diffuser

So If you don’t know what a diffuser is and how it works I will help you through it. A diffuser is a metallic object which works in the same way how incense sticks work in our homes providing a nice aroma. You can get your diffuser in any online store like Amazon at a very affordable price and you can get it for 200-500 rupees.

Hope these all basic points will help you to start decorating your room but yes I would still recommend keeping your room clean as it is the very first rule towards getting a beautiful looking room and then you can start decorating it.

Go ahead!

The secret to curing much faster from Corona

The secret to curing much faster from Corona

Corona disease has adversely affected the life of everyone in some or another way. The government, police, doctors are contributing to saving the lives of corona sufferers. It is rightly said that Doctors are the second God to give life and proudly we all can say and should find reasons to always uplift them with our appreciation. All of us care about just two things. The first is earning and the second is getting good health and secure life. And what if it is a matter of giving up your life, in no way we all would agree on giving life to someone you don’t know and either save their life. And doctors are one of them who are working all day curing several covid patients. It is almost more than a year since the pandemic and still, we are finding ways to defeat coronavirus.

Ways to cure yourself of corona disease:

  1. Drink warm water:

Avoid having cold water directly from the fridge, either prefer to drink warm water throughout the day and practice to have it on daily basis. Not only corona patients should drink warm water but also other members of your family too. The reason is that viruses can be easily killed by consuming warm water as it is proven to kill viruses and doesn’t allow viruses to enter the body.

  1. Kadha:

Let me tell you this is the best remedy which anyone can have and make using some easy steps.

Step 1: Boil water

Step 2: Add some cloves

Step 3: Add Black pepper

Step 4: Add a pinch of turmeric powder

Step 4:  Add Tulsi leaves

Step 5: Add a pinch of black salt

Boil all ingredients for about 5 minutes and serve them hot to the patient suffering from the disease.

  1. Exercise regularly:

Practice exercising regularly along with yogasana, pranayama, and meditation for at least 30 minutes a day. This would not only make the immune system stronger but along with will make you feel fresh and better together giving the inner positivity.

  1. Consume Hot food

Try to add hot ingredients in the food that can keep the body warm from the inside.

This can be done by adding spices like turmeric, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander are recommended in cooking

  1. Isolation:

This is not a much-needed point, but yes an alert to alert yourself and isolate as soon as possible after you find any symptoms or change in the body according to the guidelines provided for the detection of covid. Do not step out in any other room or outside your home.

Patients under home isolation will stand discharged and end isolation after at least 10 days have passed from the onset of symptoms (or from date of sampling for asymptomatic cases) and no fever for 3 days. There is no need for testing after the home isolation period is over.

  1. Maintain hygiene:
  • Take bath twice daily.
  • Ensure you brush your teeth, clean your tongue and clean the used brush and other things well enough to use on the next day.
  • Ensure you change your clothes strictly and wash them and allow them to dry in presence of sunlight to get viruses killed.
  • Separate your utensils with others and also wash them separately.
  • Also ensure that you keep on washing your toothbrush daily, as your mouth already has a virus inside. Therefore cleaning your toothbrush will make you riskless.
  • Always keep your mask on, if you go out of your room this will ensure that your family should stay away from the virus you are infected

Most importantly be happy, don’t stress out yourself. Read a book you like or invest your time in what you like doing much. Watch your favorite show and call people you like talking too and you will surely get better soon.

Book Review: One Indian Girl by Chetan Bhagat

Book Review: One Indian Girl by Chetan Bhagat

One Indian girl written by Chetan Bhagat is a well-known novel written in 2016. The best thing is that Book is written in an easy and understandable language of about 272 pages. Once you start reading and going through the book, you can end in just one to two sitting.

Coming to the review part of the novel:

One Indian girl is a story of an Indian Punjabi girl Radhika Mehta, who deals to balance much with career and her love life. She always ends up with different thoughts and confusion. Radhika is brilliant in her academics but remains unpopular in college and the main reason for this is her dull complexion. She was always been judged throughout her studies.

On the other hand, her elder sister Aditi is beautiful, fair, and popular in her college. This makes Radhika feel always confused with the thought of society in today’s world and she remains confused with the fact that why society prefers good looking than skills.

When I involved in getting myself into the book, I could feel Radhika dealing with problems that every Indian girl in one or the other way needs to go through all these problems.

On one end she works hard and manages to get admission to SRCC also known as Shri Ram College of Commerce and then continues with her higher studies for MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Later on, she gets placed with the earning of 48 lacs per annum in New York city. This makes her mom in trouble with the thought of how would she find a suitable groom for her. Radhika along with her work manages her love life and is happy with what she achieved regardless of what others wanted her to do. She is confident, ambitious, and hardworking. She knows in no way a man and woman need to be compared that who is earning more.

Radhika starts earning in New York and finds a guy named Debashish who is an advertising agency in New York. Later they turn to be good friends and he asks her for the date. They start living relation and at the same time Radhika’s hard work became no less and she kept on working more. She later broke up with him and they part ways. Later Radhika gets shifted to a new city and gets hired there and found Neel as his boss’s boss who was 20 years older than Radhika, and they both started dating. Later realizing Neel was already married, Radhika leaves him.

The family pressure on the other hand was no less in any way to get Radhika to marry, and in all way, her mother convinces her to get married. This way Radhika continues dealing with problems relates the story of many girls with dreams.

What this book felt like:

In my opinion, Chetan Bhagat did a fantastic job covering the journey of an Indian girl and how she deals with all the problems where on one hand girls are allowed to study and on the other hand she is preached not to gain more money than the man. The difference makes the girl uncomfortable to digest with the thought process of man and society and eventually she always ends up being sad and confused.

This Novel will be better if you are a beginner in reading and will make you realize what thoughts are built in the situation and how a woman deals with each of them. And mostly Indian women’s who deals with such tough situation where they come up with deep confusions which society decides for her. Radhika in every way is a perfect example representing the troubles of an Indian girl which is beautifully written by Chetan Bhaghat.

Hope it helps!

India badly failed to defeat Covid-19

Reasons India failed to defeat Covid

We all are aware of how covid-19 started and have now taken more than a year with just one change that is the more drastic cases in the number of active cases in the regions.

Delhi, the capital of India is in an extreme shortage of hospital bed and oxygen supply. Where govt. where government head and other officers said that the supply in hospital is continuously happening and on the other hand Chief minister Arwind Kejriwal tweets on 24th April 2021pleading health minister to look after the shortage of the oxygen supply in hospitals. Multiple death rate in India is due to shortage of breath among the patients of corona which can be only filled by the good supply of oxygen. In many cities shortage of drugs to treat people is also unavailable and people are dying badly before reaching the hospital and without getting a better checkup done.

The other and the most eye-catching case in India is the happening of the elections which include public Rallies by political leaders moving in several cities just to get their votes count and collecting crowds at many places. Did you remember about the Kumbh Mela of Haridwar gathering is a festival in which many Hindu devotees make a huge group and visit the Kumbh Mela and take bath in the river Ganga altogether. Isn’t it shameful calling religion above than life of several people and accusing the only answer left is the belief in God. In no way a person is allowed to break rules which may just not only affect them but also the whole country in the crisis.

The next reason for a sudden increase in the covid cases in India is the lack of awareness within people. After being informed by prime minister Narendra Modi, there were and are still many people roaming without masks, people continued partying and gathering which eventually turned to give triple the amount of patient than 2020.

In 2020 the cases in India started to arrive in all regions and meanwhile how can we forget the first 21-day lockdown addressed by PM Narendra Modi where police and govt. heads got strict with the lockdown. This lockdown successfully happened but later on after 21 days gradually people started gathering, attending weddings, moving to different cities,  neglecting the adverse effects for the future, and drastically the number of corona patients got increased. In the same way, this happened in 2021 and now we have a huge amount of active cases in India having around

26,263,164 coronavirus cases 295,047 deaths and Recovered 23,022,025

During this interval, we all keep checking newspapers and television news which is in itself proof of how other countries fought with this pandemic, which we have to learn. Other countries which really came out of this pandemic made several strategies to control by allotting the government employees and dividing them into teams to reach out people to in their homes and check patient’s health. Reaching almost every home generally resulted in a gradual decrease in covid-19 patients. In the same way, if strategies were made in India, the country won’t reach this worst.

Covid-19 in India is going bad to worse, which not just need police or government to be strict but also awareness within all of us cooperating rules and lockdown staying at home and avoiding unnecessary gatherings and meet-ups. Citizens should follow government rules and regulations to control the corona is the only way to treat this pandemic maintaining distance and accept the condition of working from home or finding other better ways to adjust in the scenario.

Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming it.

What is UX designing

UX also called user experience design, which is similar to product designing. But Rather in a neat and clear way UX is launching or making a product that is user-friendly, easy to use, and highly accessible. In no way UX need to be confused with the visual appearance of the product but rather UX focus to provide comfort and ease in the usage of the product in day to day necessity of life.

UX is not a new career option but has been around since the nineties coined by Donald Norman. UX designer focuses on the interaction between users with the product. An example may include making a website, an app for designing a Juicer, or a coffee machine.

How UI and UX are different:

UI and UX are confused with many people. UI and UX are completely 2 different terms and 2 different careers. UI is user interaction whereas UX is user experience.

UI is the features involved with the product may be a phone with multiple options which are arranged in a manner to bring easy accessibility to the user, this is user interaction whereas UX is getting to know the experience of the user with the products, which can be known talking to people about the product, ask them about feedback. Surely, the user expectation depends from customer to customer and the company needs to launch one product that fulfills all these demands like the applications required by a teenage girl/boy will be gaming-friendly, pro camera, high battery life, multiple applications, and good RAM but if we talk about an old age person the need is different which may include good speaker, easy accessibility, good battery, maybe a radio.

Now we can easily figure out that the need of the product expectation varies from age group, profession, etc and all these are included in user experience (UI)

What does a UX Designer do:

UX designer’s purpose is to create easy, accessible, and efficient products. The main task of a UX designer to focus on the user and improve the quality of the experience.

UX designer is not just about visuals but also focuses on overall activities to provide the best.

What skills required to become a UX designer:

  1. Knowledge about software (may include web and app development)
  2. Problem-solving
  3. Communication
  4. Coding

Other requirements to become a successful UX designer

  • A bachelors degree in tech fields
  • A lot of experience with some prior internships in the same field.

More understanding on UX designer

UX designing is definitely a good career to opt for

According to a compensation data company, Payscale.com, the average salary of a UX designer in India is 6,95,863.

UX designer keeps track of all your feelings and emotions at every level from buying, using and leaving, or changing the product. It keeps a record of what the user likes in the product and what the user does not like about the product. It keeps a record of all the age groups and then comes up with solutions.
