POSITIVE THINKING

Positive thinking is a mental attitude in which thoughts, words, and images that promote growth, expansion, and success are admitted into the mind. It’s a mindset that anticipates positive outcomes. Happiness, joy, health, and a favourable outcome of every event and deed are all predicted by a positive thinking. The mind discovers whatever it is looking for. Positive thinking isn’t universally accepted or believed. Some dismiss the topic as gibberish, while others mock those who believe it. Few people accept it, and even fewer know how to put it to good use. Nonetheless, as indicated by the numerous books, talks, and courses available on the subject, it appears that many people are getting interested in it.

When someone is feeling depressed and anxious, it is typical to hear someone advice, “Think optimistic.” The majority of people don’t take these terms seriously because they don’t understand what they mean or don’t think they’re beneficial or effective. How many people do you know who pause to consider the significance of positive thinking? As a result, the first step is to adopt a positive mindset. The first and most important step we must take is to think positively. We will be useless and worthless if we do not engage in positive thinking. When we begin something, we must believe that we will achieve success and be worthy of our efforts. And, even in the face of adversity, we should remain optimistic (think about our goal, that we must reach it). Then examine the outcome to see if it is superior to the norm. Consider what happens if we work on something without thinking positively. We will experience the “pain” of the process, and the end result will be worse than we anticipated.

Positive emotions like joy, satisfaction, and love clear the way for us to see greater possibilities in our lives. Positive emotions provide the greatest advantage in that they allow a person to recognize and develop his or her genuine abilities for later use. We feel pleasurable and joyful when we maintain a good attitude. It has a direct impact on our health and supplies us with an abundance of nutrients. It improves the way we talk, feel, and react in everyday situations. A negative person is prone to be narrow-minded and fixated on negative thoughts, causing problems in their lives. Positive thinking is not difficult to achieve if one makes a consistent and conscientious effort. Someone’s words, thoughts, or feelings may also affect us automatically and subconsciously. Positive thinking is a 99 percent effective way of living. Positive people are more trustworthy and helpful, therefore people like to associate with them. To employ this weapon in life, a person must know more than just that it exists. In whatever he does, he needs to maintain a positive attitude.

How to Apply Positive Thinking?

1. Use positive words while talking

2.Make use of terms that conjure up images of strength and achievement.

3.Shift your focus.

4.Remove all negative emotions and thoughts, and concentrate on happy ones.

5.Use affirmations that are positive.

6.Begin to believe that you will achieve your goals.

7.Allow yourself to forgive yourself and go forward.

8.Examine what went wrong to prevent making the same mistakes in the future, and look forward to a brighter future.

9.To increase positivity and motivation, work on your visualization or imagination.

10.Consider failure to be a chance to learn something new.

11.Practicing thankfulness can help you relax, boost your self-esteem, and stay resilient when things get tough.

12.Practice positive self-talk and be aware of your inner voice.

How to Maintain a Positive Attitude?

It’s important to keep a good attitude amid a deeply upsetting event or grievance, and it’s also important to relieve yourself of the burden of finding the silver lining. Instead, focus your efforts on obtaining adequate support from others. Positive thinking does not imply concealing unpleasant thoughts to avoid conflicting emotions, but rather motivating oneself to move forward and accomplish positive changes. When you’re going through a difficult period, comfort yourself by giving yourself excellent counsel, acknowledging your feelings, and reminding yourself how strong you are to fight and overcome.

What is Beauty?

We live in a culture that is obsessed with beauty. Movies, shows and other media constantly push the idea that we should look good and that we should look for beauty in our partners.

But what is beauty? How do your define it ? What do you find beautiful?

The idea of external beauty tends to be very shallow. A person we know to be cruel and harsh might be attractive, but we would not describe them or see them as beautiful. Even the best make-up or photoshop filters are not enough to make someone truly beautiful.

Beauty is something internal.

A person who is there is for you when you are down, someone who is kind, intelligent, virtuous and giving is lot more beautiful, and that is a beauty that lasts a lifetime.

No matter how well we care for our looks, they will fade and change with time. They might be affected by sickness or an accident or simply age. They are not lasting or deeply purposeful. However, what’s inside is. Beauty is based on empathy and compassion. Beauty is having self-awareness and being willing to admit when we are wrong. Its about being generous and giving, emotionally as well as in the material sense. Its internal beauty that matters, however, what allows us to live truly good lives.

Volcano Eruption

“We are, all of us, growing volcanoes that approach the hour of their eruption, but how near or distant that is, nobody knows- not even God.”

~ Friedrich Nietzsche

We always talk about , what it would be like to see volcano eruption in front of your eyes ?

How amazing it would be like to find out , how the volcano erupt ?

There are many things that we don’t know exist in our earth 🌍. Do you want to know about it . If yes , than read the editorial .

Introduction

A volcano is a rupture in the crust of a planetary-mass object, such as Earth, that allows hot lava, volcanic ash, and gases to escape from a magma chamber below the surface.

On Earth, volcanoes are most often found where tectonic plates are diverging or converging, and most are found underwater.

The word volcano is derived from the name of Vulcano, a volcanic island in the Aeolian Islands of Italy whose name in turn comes from Vulcan, the god of fire in Roman mythology.

Many ancient accounts ascribe volcanic eruptions to supernatural causes, such as the actions of gods or demigods. To the ancient Greeks, volcanoes’ capricious power could only be explained as acts of the gods, while 16th/17th-century German astronomer Johannes Kepler believed they were ducts for the Earth’s tears.[87] One early idea counter to this was proposed by Jesuit Athanasius Kircher (1602–1680), who witnessed eruptions of Mount Etna and Stromboli, then visited the crater of Vesuvius and published his view of an Earth with a central fire connected to numerous others caused by the burning of sulfur, bitumen and coal.

Types of eruptions

  • Hydrothermal eruption. An eruption driven by the heat in a hydrothermal systems.
  • Phreatic eruption. An eruption driven by the heat from magma interacting with water.
  • Phreatomagmatic eruption.
  • Lava.
  • Strombolian and Hawaiian eruptions.
  • Vulcanian eruptions.
  • Subplinian and Plinian eruptions.

How do volcanoes erupt?

Deep within the Earth it is so hot that some rocks slowly melt and become a thick flowing substance called magma. Since it is lighter than the solid rock around it, magma rises and collects in magma chambers. Eventually, some of the magma pushes through vents and fissures to the Earth’s surface. Magma that has erupted is called lava.

The explosivity of an eruption depends on the composition of the magma. If magma is thin and runny, gases can escape easily from it.
Explosive volcanic eruptions can be dangerous and deadly.

Humans and volcanoes

Volcanic eruptions pose a significant threat to human civilization. However, volcanic activity has also provided humans with important resources.

Although volcanic eruptions pose considerable hazards to humans, past volcanic activity has created important economic resources.

Volcanic ash and weathered basalt produce some of the most fertile soil in the world, rich in nutrients such as iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus.

Volcanic activity is responsible for emplacing valuable mineral resources, such as metal ores.

The paradox of volcanoes was that they were symbols of destruction but also life. Once the lava slows and cools, it solidifies and then breaks down over time to become soil – rich, fertile soil.
She wasn’t a black hole, she decided. She was a volcano. And like a volcano she couldn’t run away from herself. She’d have to stay there and tend to that wasteland.
She could plant a forest inside herself.

Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!

10 things I hate about you (who hasn’t seen this movie) and 10 reasons I’ll give to convince you to watch it.

Directed by: Gil Junger
Production company: Touchstone pictures
Running time: 1 hour 39 minutes worth your time.
Based on: Shakespeare’s ‘Taming of the shrew’.

A newcomer at Padua high school ( filmed at Stadium High School, Washington), Cameron falls in love (at first sight) with Bianca the beautiful. Rich and handsome but dumb Joey has his eyes on Bianca as well. Kat is the older sister of Bianca who doesn’t care about social life. Their strict father won’t let Bianca date unless her sister does. In order to take Bianca out Cameron along with his geek friend Michael makes Joey to pay bad boy Patrick to take Kat out. Things don’t go as smoothly as planned but that’s the fun part. Patrick’s ways to impress Kat is reason 1. Reason 2 is that fight that happens. Reason 3 love can make bad boys turn soft. Check out the movie for details.

Reason 4, the cast: Heath Ledger as Patrick Verona10/10 actor, Julia Stiles as the savage Kat Stratford damn I worship her, Larisa Oleynik as Bianca Stratford perfect for the role, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Cameron James again perfect for the role. Rest of the cast is irreplaceable as well.

I am seriously obsessed with this movie. I have literally watched this one multiple times and have the whole script learnt by heart. I suggest anyone whom I cross paths with to watch this. Reason 5, it is definitely hands down one of the best rom com out there.

Reason 6,

Reason 7, “Patrick Verona: See, first of all, Joey is not half the man you are. Secondly, don’t let anyone, ever, make you feel like you don’t deserve what you want. Go for it!”

Reason 8, (lesson learnt)

Reason 9, (lesson learnt)

This can totally be a movie for your family night. Who doesn’t love a rom com plus it has Heath Ledger. Though the movie does contain a few slang words but that’s mild. Trust me it will leave you smiling at the end all satisfied.

Reason 10, 7.3/10 IMDb rating and 11/10 from me.

Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!

History behind Father’s Day…

In our society, we celebrate different days about different personalities like Mother’s Day, Teacher’s Day, and women’s Day. The main purpose of celebrating these days is to pay tribute to those personalities, Likewise, every year the father’s day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June. In ancient times, this day had celebrated on 19 of March as Saint Joseph Day, but in present time, every year the father’s day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June this tradition of celebrating Father’s day was started after an incident.

In 1907 many men were died in an explosion occurred in a mine in West Virginia. The Father’s day was started in the remembrance of these men, Sonora Dodd from Washington had introduced this term “Father’s Day” in 1909. Sonora Dodd had very interesting story related to Father’s Day. She used to love her father William Jackson. Her mother died in her childhood, so her father brought her up along with her 5 siblings. William Jackson died in a war. When Sonora Dodd had heard about Mother’s Day, she told the pastor of local Church that

“Similar Day should be celebrated for dads too”.

Therefore, she proposed 5th June for Father’s Day, as that day was her father’s Birthday, but there was not enough time left for ceremony, So pastor denied her proposal and then this ceremony took place on third Sunday of June. At start, Sonora Dodd could not get any success to advertise this Day, so she left advertising it and she went to arts institute of Chicago for studies. In 1930 she came back to her city and started advertising Father’s Day once again. This time she got very success in it, because she got the support of Local Businessmen. Father’s Day was an opportunity to local businessmen. Specially for those who belongs to gift selling businesses. After 1930, Father’s Day become a commercial day.

Islam has also stress on the importance of parents, especially for father, it is said that ” Father’s desire is Allah’s Desire and father’s anger is Allah’s anger “In our society, we openly show our love to Mothers but maybe it is not in the case of fathers. The thing we need to do is that we should not only show our love to our parents but should also take a great care of them in old age. My Friends, the father is only man who sacrifice everything for your need and your desires. Today if your father is alive and he forbid you from anything, then for this blessing you should be very thankful to your GOD. My Friends, the importance of this thing can be asked from those who do not have fathers with them. The father is only man who is the first hero of his son, similarly he is the first love of his daughter.
