Introduction
A monk is a person who practices religious asceticism by monastic living, either alone or with any number of other monks . A monk may be a person who decides to dedicate his life to serving all other living beings, or to be an ascetic who voluntarily chooses to leave mainstream society and live his or her life in prayer and contemplation. The concept is ancient and can be seen in many religions and in philosophy.
In simple words , A monk is a man who devoted part or all of his life to a religion. The word comes from Ancient Greek, and can be translated as solitary. In Greek, the word can apply to women, but in modern English it is mainly used for men. The word nun is usually used for female monastics. Monks practice asceticism. They either live alone, or together with other monks who share the same ideals. Monks can be found in different religions, most often in Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Jainism and Taoism.
There living
Monks usually follow rules and regulations for convenient life. As a monk you must obey these rules .
Poverty: the monk cannot own anything.
Chastity: the monk cannot have sex or a sexual relationship and cannot start a family or get married.
Solitude: the monk should always be alone. Some monks choose to not follow this law.
Silence: the monk shall not speak unless it is necessary.
Generosity: the monk should always help other people.
Stillness: the monk cannot travel far unless it is necessary. Sometimes this means that the monk must be cloistered which means that they must not leave their monastery (especially Warsa period). Sometimes they can be allowed to leave, but must not go very far.
Duty: The monk must do some things every day. For example, the monk must pray or meditate and must do some work.
Indian monks
One of the finest and versatile monk in India was Swami Vivekananda . Swami Vivekananda was greatly inspired by Ramakrishna. For Swami, Ramakrishna was just a plain and simple villager, who was a part of the Kali temple. However, his intense spiritual practices intrigued Swami.
For five years, Swami learnt everything from his master, Ramakrishna. After his master left the world, everyone looked up to Swami. He urged the followers of Ramakrishna to leave the worldly pleasures and look up to God.
“You cannot believe in God until you believe in yourself.”
His saying intrigued just not one nation but the whole world .
Life lessons
Being a monk , gives you a pleasure of being yourself . We live in the world where we get pleasure from materialistic things . We become selfish , ruthless, dull, lifeless and worthless. You have to believe in yourself in order to excel in life.
Start learning from lessons.
When you start to do meditation you recognize the egotistical mind.
Trying until you get it right.
The answer to your question is inside of you.
Real wisdom in life comes from doing something and failing.
We must be both compassionate and resilient.
Patience is a virtue.
Detach from your ego.
Happiness come from within, and also comes from outside.
“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” – Albert Schweitzer.
Is there a correlation between success and happiness?
We have not come here in this world by our choice nor will we leave this world by our wish. We’re all tourists in this wonderful world. No one is gonna live permanently. We ultimately experience this One supreme Power that controls this universe, maintaining us.So this thought create a feeling that we are living here temporarily in this world. Joy and sorrow are the part and parcel of life. Being optimist genrates the feeling of hope and inner peace. It helps us to motivate ourselves and overcome stress and grief. Positive attitude leads you to take better decisions finally to achieve “SUCCESS and HAPPINESS”.
Metaphorically, the sun is a daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness, that we too can shine our own light.” As the negative and positive thoughts are always battling with each other, trying to win over the other but when we are optimistic, a positive feeling wins the game by making us more confident, brave, calm and content. Nelson Mandela’s quote goes well with it, “The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”
The definition of happiness vary from person to person. As some are happy with less, but some with more. Although this is not the true definition of happiness. The real happiness merges from within ourselves in satisfactory appreciation with whatever we have. When we were young, we used to be happy with little things.. gradually we have set the criteria for ideal happiness that if I will have a car, big house, good job then only I will i be happy. These things become obstacles in achieving peace and happiness. If we set a condition with our happiness then we will never ever be happy in spite of having all goodness. Unconditional happiness is essential for true happiness. These are the reasons, most of the children are not happy with their parents, the reason is the they have made the condition that if I will get so and so thing then only will become happy, so we are focusing on the things about which we are sure. And waste their precious life moments, just overlooking the plenty of goodness in it because we try to see the happiness through our covered lens so we are unable to see any goodness.
As it is said’Peace begins when expectation ends’..This quote exactly fits in our day to day life. We expect too much from others but are unaware that they are also expecting the same from us. The modern society has no doubt changed completely; changing life style has distorted out mindset. The changing world is the world of new idealogy “More and More” . This has made the people selfish and self centred.
We should understand that every moment of our lives we can include happiness only if we take things in a positive manner. We shouldn’t depend on something or someone to make us happy. As it is rightly said by William James : “Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives”.May God make us from among those who brighten up another person’s path with happiness, even when our own is clouded with darkness. But that’s the moment we feel the “True Happiness” emerging from within us.
What do you define as happiness and success in your own life?
Happiness and success are nebulous terms that get thrown around a lot in the self improvement circles. They are the ultimate goals in life. The only things that truly matter.Or so they say.But do any of us really know what we mean when we say we want these things?
How will we know once we reach our goal of becoming happy and successful? What will we do after we achieve these things? Just kick back and do nothing, waiting for death, our job as a human being now complete? How do we know we aren’t already happy and successful?
I’m not going to sit here and waste time trying to define these terms for you. Look them in a dictionary if you want a bland, sterile definition. Don’t bother doing that though. We all have some internal sense of direction towards happiness and success. With each event that occurs in our lives, we intuitively know if it is moving us closer or further away. That’s good enough for me.
The above quote is a common misconception that people have. Just find a way to make yourself happy and you will be a success. Maybe some people feel that way, but I don’t want to be the happiest homeless man begging for change on the highway off ramp. Success, defined as happiness, could even be achieved chemically through alcohol, heroin, or other destructive and non-successful indulgences.
So what’s missing? Meaning.Happiness without meaning is not success.People also make the opposite mistake. They think that once they become successful, whatever that means, then they will be happy. They put in long hours at the office. Lie, cheat, steal, kiss ass. The ends justify the means, they think. We all know the cliche of the rich man, seemingly at the top of the world, who realizes that he still isn’t happy. It is a cliche for a reason, because it teaches an important lesson that many of us are all too willing to ignore.
Material success without happiness is not true success. So a lack of happiness makes you unsuccessful. A lack of success can certainly make you unhappy. Happiness alone doesn’t make you successful. Success alone doesn’t make you happy. So what do we do?
Balance happiness and success while doing something meaningful. Meaningful is something we all have to define for ourselves as we all value different things in the world. Balance is the key here. Hedonistic pleasure seeking lacks meaning and therefore does not make us feel successful. Ruthless competition and chasing material rewards doesn’t leave room for the things that make us happy in life.
So where am I going with this? What is the magical key to success and happiness and a life of unending pleasure, meaning, and satisfaction?
I don’t know, I’m just some guy on the internet. …This is something that I think about a lot though. People seem to think of happiness and success as destinations. A goal they can someday reach if they do and think and say and believe the right things. I’ve listened to a lot of interviews with successful people and they they are asked who they think of as successful, I’ve never heard anyone mention themselves. People with success beyond our wildest dreams don’t yet think they’ve reached that elusive destination we call success. They’re still on the path towards it. The same is true for happiness.
We are all much happier and more successful than other people in the world in certain ways. Many of us are currently much happier and successful than we ourselves once were. Still we want and strive for more. I think of success and happiness as a direction rather than a destination. No matter how long I travel towards the east, I will never get to a place called “east”. This is just a metaphor, there may be a geographic point on earth where east becomes west, but don’t worry about that.
You can continue to get closer and closer to happiness and success for all eternity without reaching your destination. This is because they are moving targets, constantly redefined based upon our current position. I realize that this is where my math metaphor falls apart, but don’t worry about that.
We can and should continue striving for both, despite, or even because of, the fact that we will never actually get there. Striving after a worthy goal, typically one that increases our happiness and success, is what gives our lives meaning. The goal itself changes constantly over time. The pursuit is the constant. A life with nothing to pursue would not be very interesting at all. Find your pursuit.
The Delhi University is well- known for its academics as well as extra- curriculum. It offers a variety of courses in its affiliated and recognised colleges. Students dream of getting admission to DU colleges. Equally are important the societies of DU as much is its academics. They upskill the students and provide a platform to grow and develop. Societies are a good way to improve yourself and prepare for the future. You can take part in any of the societies as per your (career) choice or hobby. It can be a single or multiple based on your capability to manage things but there are some procedures to be selected for a society in DU. Yes, you have to clear either interviews or auditions to be a member. Some are open societies too, i.e. anyone can enter them but you surely have to participate actively and do hard work to make them a success and make your college proud.
What do the DU societies offer to its students ?
There are a number of societies in DU which serve the needs of yourcareer along with making you enjoy the membership.
It often makes up a small family or a big group of friends where age is no bar; all three year’s students enjoy and party together besides managing the society.
It not only builds a community but also introduce you to the corporate world. You get ready for the formal world by participating in the college activities and also get a chance to launch your own ventures.
The staff is very supportive in colleges and always ready to assist the newbies. You will never feel alone or bored once you take part in a college society.
You will always feel engaged yet enjoy the moments. There won’t be much burden of work but hard work is a necessity in them.
What are the types of societies in DU ?
Social service
You will find some student-led societies that work for the welfare of the people especially who are in need. They provide them assistance either by organising food drives or book donation, etc. to help them out. It feels great to have the youth concerning for the nation and putting forward a step to improve the conditions. The students work their best under the guidance of the college staff and sets up a good example for the upcoming ones.
Career related
They help the university students get an exposure to the outside world and sharpen their skills. They provide with opportunities to learn and explore. It could be either by assigning responsibilities in the society itself or outside, i.e. through placements in the corporate world. You will learn while doing and would never regret it. Such societies/cells prepare a student for the formal world full of responsibilities and new opportunities to grow.
Hobby / Passion
It’s not necessary to always worry for future, instead you should not worry at all since it spoils the joy of the moment. Think about the present and take up a role you would enjoy forever. There are dance societies, fashion societies, creative writing societies and many more which you can choose as per your hobby or passion to pursue. Usually, their selection process is not hard to crack. You will enjoy a lot in the activities of such society if it matches your preference.
This is too less to say perhaps. The offerings and advantages can’t be listed better than the real experience a person gets. Besides societies, there are cells and units as well, which too, are student-led. The biggest opportunity and advantage is that the societies are run by the students themselves. They manage the operations their own way but in accordance with university rules. The exposure a student gets especially during college fests is hard to express in short lines. You meet the giant community of the university during fest season.
The societies surely have their own classifications and departments bearing responsibilities and hard work based on good knowledge. It seems easy but actually is difficult, to run such organisations at college level. You need to manage time for that and also grow along to keep up with others’.

“Silence is a source of great strength” – Lao Tzu the founder of Taoism philosophy
Silence nourishes our mind and soul and makes us reflective as it is our internal necessity. Through silence we ingress into the imaginary world where we can expand our creativity beyond our boundaries. Silence makes us physically, mentally, emotionally, and morally strong.
In today’s increasingly stressful and fast-moving world, we rarely apply wisdom while taking our decisions. Instead, we prefer the mechanics of quick problem-solving to get immediate outcomes. Decisions that are taken without thinking are mostly irrational and random. For making proper decisions, we need to use silence as a tool. It often provides us the opportunity to have sufficient time to think deeply and understand the matter before jumping to a random decision.
When you are in silence, your mind and soul are deeply connected, and in this phase, your inspirations may bubble-up. You may find solutions suddenly for which you might have been struggling for a long time.
You all might have once heard these famous lines “At times silence can speak louder than voice.” Choosing silence is the best way to enhance conversations and strengthen your bonds as it’s a space between our feelings and response. When you keep silent, naturally, you would listen more in a conversation, and others would have the opportunity to speak and share more. Active listening is the key for trust-worthy and effective relationships. Silence helps us in thinking deeper, wakes us up, and increases our emotional regulation.
“Silence” is an explicit power that can either glorify or destroy your life, depending on your choice. Your engagement to its lighter or darker side would decide your transformation.

The Mid-Day Meal Scheme was launched in India on August 15, 1995, as the ‘National Programme of Nutritional Support to Primary Education (NP-NSPE).’ In October 2007, it was renamed the “National Programme of Mid-Day Meal in Schools,” commonly known as the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) Scheme. It is the world’s largest school meal programme aimed to attain the goal of universalization of primary education. Under the MDM plan, one meal is supplied to all students enrolled in government schools, local body schools, government-aided schools, special training centers (STC), maktabs, and madrasas funded by the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. Cooked lunches are served to every child aged six to fourteen who is enrolled in and attending school. Meals are served to pupils in Classes I through VIII.
Key Points:
(A) Needs –
According to research, a healthy breakfast in the morning hours can be productive for the study of cognitively more demanding subjects, and so these hours can be maximised by offering a simple yet stimulating breakfast in addition to midday meals.
(B) Challenges –
Severe financing The scheme is likely to be pushed back due to the crunch. The present spending on the Midday Meals Scheme by the Centre is around Rs. 11000 crore. Free breakfast will require an additional budget of 4000 crore, while the School Education Department has seen a budget decrease of over 5000 crore for the fiscal year 2020-21.
Objectives Of Mid-Day Meal Scheme:-
To increase the number of students enrolled in schools who come from underprivileged backgrounds.
To increase the number of pupils enrolled in government and government-aided schools.
To keep the children in grades I through VIII.
To provide nutritional assistance to primary school-aged children, particularly in drought-stricken areas.
To combat starvation and malnutrition while also improving caste socialization.
Features Of Mid-Day Meal Scheme:-
Every school should have a sanitary cooking infrastructure for sanitary mid-day meals.
Mid-day lunches are only to be offered on school grounds on all school working days.
The headmaster or headmistress has the authority to use school money due to the depletion of the mid-day food fund. However, the money will be returned to the mid-day food fund as soon as the school receives it.
AGMARK-certified products are purchased for use in the preparation of mid-day meals in schools.
The school administration committee’s cooked meals are tasted by two or three adult members.
The State Food and Drug Administration might collect samples to ensure the quality and nutritional content of the meals.
The State Steering-cum Monitoring Committee (SSMC) will oversee the scheme’s execution, including the establishment of a system to ensure the meals’ quality and nutritional criteria.
When prepared meals cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, the following food allowance is given to the children:
(a) Quantity of food grains based on a child’s entitlement, and
(b) The cost of cooking in the individual state.
Issues and Challenges:–
Corrupt Practices: There have been reports of simple chapatis being given with salt, water being mixed into milk, food poisoning, and so forth.
Caste Bias and Discrimination: Because food is essential to the social system, many schools require pupils to sit separately based on their caste position.
Covid-19: Covid-19 has created significant risks to children’s health and nutritional rights. Access to critical services, such as Mid-Day Meals, has been hampered as a result of the national lockdown.
Malnutrition is a threat: According to the National Family Health Survey-5, some states have reversed direction and recorded rising levels of child malnutrition.
Global Nutrition Report-2020: According to the Global Nutrition Report 2020, India is one of 88 nations that are on track to fall short of global nutrition objectives by 2025.
2020 Global Hunger Index (GHI): The Global Hunger Index (GHI) 2020 ranks India 94th out of 107 nations. India has a “severe” degree of hunger.
Hello everyone! We all are different in our way and each of us are passionate of various things. It is more essential to be passionate about something and achieve it through success. Passion is an emotion to be acted upon. Without action, passion yields no worthwhile results. Passion is the fuel in the fire of action. When you have passion for something, you love it even when you hate it.
Know What You’re Passionate About:
Finding what you are passionate about is a journey in itself. Don’t be frustrated if you don’t feel like you know yet. Keep trying new things. It will come even if you have to build it. If you find your passion, or find yourself hot on its trail, don’t give it up.
What if you know what you have a passion for but you don’t do anything about it? This is the main problem with passion. You can have all the passion in the world for something but if you never do anything about it, that passion is useless.
Maybe you work a good job that pays all the bills but it doesn’t allow you to truly follow your passion. You’re afraid of what will happen if you change things up. Yes, change is scary, but it’s not until we leave our comfort zone that we find what we’ve been missing out on.
Find who you are:
You’re the author of your life. Don’t settle for the bare minimum just because it’s working out right now.
You will never know what you’re truly capable of unless you push yourself.
But even when you pursue your passion, you will find yourself tripped up by failures and other obstacles. You can’t let that get to you. It happens to everyone on the path of following their passion. Abe Lincoln had a strong passion for building a great country. You think he let a few failures stop him from that? Don’t let obstacles get you down.
What It all needs is courage:
It all needs a trial and courage to do the works. Mark Zuckerberg says, “The biggest risk is not taking risks”. Don’t care whether it succeeds or fails, just go ahead. Make a trial and do it with a courage. If you can’t, then no one else. Believe in yourself. You can , if you believe you can.
When we do things, we get success or failure. If it turns success, some may fear of what to do next. The success may encourage more in our passion. If it results in failure, no matter, it would have taught a lesson so than we cannot do the same again.
Don’t get tired. It may be boring or frustrating to reach our goals. Most of the people give up before they succeed. The one who never gives up, never fails. He might faced a couple of failures, but he does not give up. Fuel yourself with courage day by day. Yeah! your passion is waiting. Just show some courage.
If you fear of showing off yourself, if you fear of failures, if you fear of your own passion, trust me, You are damn foolish. Courage is knowing what not to fear. Wake up brothers and sisters. To achieve what you want, start working for it from today itself. Don’t hide yourself in the dark. Don’t care of what people say. They keep on saying. People don’t care of what you do, they care of what you made. So, come out of the darkness of fear and light up your life with courage.
In a gig economy, temporary, flexible jobs are commonplace and companies tend to hire independent contractors and freelancers instead of full-time employees. A gig economy undermines the traditional economy of full-time workers who often focus on their career development.
Understanding the Gig Economy
In a gig economy, large numbers of people work in part-time or temporary positions or as independent contractors. The result of a gig economy is cheaper, more efficient services, such as Uber or Airbnb, for those willing to use them. People who don’t use technological services such as the Internet may be left behind by the benefits of the gig economy. Cities tend to have the most highly developed services and are the most entrenched in the gig economy. A wide variety of positions fall into the category of a gig. The work can range from driving for Lyft or delivering food to writing code or freelance articles. Adjunct and part-time professors, for example, are contracted employees as opposed to tenure-track or tenured professors. Colleges and universities can cut costs and match professors to their academic needs by hiring more adjunct and part-time professors.
The Factors Behind a Gig Economy
America is well on its way to establishing a gig economy, and estimates show as much as a third of the working population is already in some gig capacity. Experts expect this working number to rise, as these types of positions facilitate independent contracting work, with many of them not requiring a freelancer to come into an office. Gig workers are much more likely to be part-time workers and to work from home. Employers also have a wider range of applicants to choose from because they don’t have to hire someone based on their proximity. Additionally, computers have developed to the point that they can either take the place of the jobs people previously had or allow people to work just as efficiently from home as they could in person.
Economic reasons also factor into the development of a gig economy. Employers who cannot afford to hire full-time employees to do all the work that needs to be done will often hire part-time or temporary employees to take care of busier times or specific projects. On the employee’s side of the equation, people often find they need to move or take multiple positions to afford the lifestyle they want. It’s also common to change careers many times throughout a lifetime, so the gig economy can be viewed as a reflection of this occurring on a large scale.
During the coronavirus pandemic of 2020, the gig economy has experienced significant increases as gig workers have delivered necessities to home-bound consumers, and those whose jobs have been eliminated have turned to part-time and contract work for income. Employers will need to plan for changes to the world of work, including the gig economy, when the pandemic has ended.
Criticisms of the Gig Economy
Despite its benefits, there are some downsides to the gig economy. While not all employers are inclined to hire contracted employees, the gig economy trend can make it harder for full-time employees to develop in their careers since temporary employees are often cheaper to hire and more flexible in their availability. Workers who prefer a traditional career path and the stability and security that come with it are being crowded out in some industries.
For some workers, the flexibility of working gigs can actually disrupt the work-life balance, sleep patterns, and activities of daily life. Flexibility in a gig economy often means that workers have to make themselves available any time gigs come up, regardless of their other needs, and must always be on the hunt for the next gig. Competition for gigs has increased during the pandemic, too. And unemployment insurance usually doesn’t cover gig workers who can’t find employment.
In effect, workers in a gig economy are more like entrepreneurs than traditional workers. While this may mean greater freedom of choice for the individual worker, it also means that the security of a steady job with regular pay, benefits—including a retirement account—and a daily routine that has characterized work for generations are rapidly becoming a thing of the past.
Lastly, because of the fluid nature of gig economy transactions and relationships, long-term relationships between workers, employers, clients, and vendors can erode. This can eliminate the benefits that flow from building long-term trust, customary practice, and familiarity with clients and employers. It could also discourage investment in relationship-specific assets that would otherwise be profitable to pursue since no party has an incentive to invest significantly in a relationship that only lasts until the next gig comes along.
Tbc is trailer brake controller that can help make braking with the trailer attached smooth and effective when the tow vehicle brake pressed .It has a manual control lever that sends the independent power to the trailers brake .If manual control is activated while the brakes are also applied ,the greater of the two inputs determines the power sent to trailer. Usually the trailer brakes controller is at the centre but it varies from model and year of manufacture. On the screen you can see the power gain or loss when you’re foot is on the pedal.Braking force applied is directly proportional to the force applied to the braking pedal , depending upon gain settings.

Creativity has no exact definition, and there can’t be any because creativity differs as per the perspective of each and every individual.
Creativity is a free spirit that lives within each of us since the day we are born, the only difference is that every one practices Creativity in a different manner and it’s not about the traditional Creativity which is mostly associated with a painter, artist or cartoonist but, every one. It is not about drawing shapes or abstract art, but anything.
It is always said that a child lives in every person and as we grow up and become adults that child get lost somewhere in the busy life and adulthood, same goes with creativity with time some of us just forget how brilliant they are at being creative in their work , creativity keeps us alive and most importantly it challenges our mind to bring up new ideas. A person who is good at convincing people is a type of creativity, as it requires planning and study of facts in order to be successful at this similarly, a sand artist how did he became a sand artist ? He choose the element sand to showcase his creativity, identifying your style, idea and inspiration can help you claim your creativity. It is possible to look beyond the normal horizon which is also called imagination and today each one of us is aware about the power of imagination.
Thus, the above example shows how creativity can be practiced professionally and non professionally. It is present at every place well the place where we live which is a planet, planet earth is another example of creativity. Universe was not formed in a day or two it took million of years to make things the way they look today but, for once this is creativity it is called creativity of God the formation of solar system, the planets, birth of first human, land , water and everything.
The people who are close to art and craft are often attracted by creativity, they have a 6th sense that can identify the difference quickly that a normal busy man can’t basically creative difference.
Creativity and challenge go side by side. Creativity is challenging like the works today is dynamic and things keep on changing and in this process of change our work is adapting to the changes and be progressive with the work So, creativity is in high demand. Apart from being intelligent, humble, punctual, creativity is also considered in top priority. A creative person can come up new ideas and strategy, it’s just like writing in lesser number of words but the meaning is deep. Here creativity can solve the purpose.
Editing is a key skill in video production that can make or break the overall quality of a video. However, editing is a relatively simple process to understand. Once you have learned the basics you’ll be able to use your new skills to significantly raise the quality of your videos. Most of all, experimentation is key to becoming a great editor, so don’t be afraid to take the road less travelled.
THE METHODS FOR LEARNING:
Learning Basic Editing Techniques
Acquiring Advanced Editing Techniques
Choosing Ideal Software
1 Film footage to gather some practice material. Film anything and everything, as long as there’s lots of it. Don’t worry about trying to tell a story, just film your surroundings, the local park, your street, your room, or even your pet.
Most modern phones are able to shoot HD footage that is perfect for practicing your editing skills.
If you don’t have a camera handy, or just want to get started on editing, you can download video clips online to practice on.
2 Import the footage into your software. Usually editing software will have what’s called a ‘bin’, a specific place in the program to store all your raw footage.[1] This will look like a list of folders or a large blank space on the left side of the main editing screen.
If you can’t find an import button some software will allow you to drag in the file from your computer into the software.
3 Add clips to the timeline. After you have imported footage into the bins, start dragging them onto the ‘timeline’. The timeline appears as a long horizontal bar that takes up the bottom half of the editing screen.
The timeline is where the majority of the work will be done. Here, you can order, rearrange, and manipulate the footage in a variety of ways
4 Rearrange the clips on the timeline. Although the footage shot may be random, try rearranging the clips into different orders to tell different stories. To do so, click and drag the long rectangular box (that represents the video clip) back and forth.
The clips you place together can affect each other. The viewer of a video will always be thinking about the following clip in the context of the previous one.[3] When you’re watching a movie, TV show or video clip, the cut can become completely invisible if performed correctly.
5 Trim the video clips to change the pace of the video. The name of the tool varies from program to program, but generally it’s called the ‘Trim’ tool. You use this tool to trim the front or back of a clip to make it shorter or to extend it outwards. Click the very edge of a video clip in the timeline and drag it inwards and outwards. This will ‘trim’ the clip.
6 Implement transitions to make cuts more appealing. Depending on the tone of the video being made, a pre-made transition from one clip to another can give the video a breath of fresh air. Navigate to the ‘Transitions’ tab located in most editing software and drag a transition you like to the cut between two video clips.
Although transitions are fun, always be thinking about who you’re making the video for. Too many exaggerated transitions can detract from the quality of a video.
7 Export the video from the editing software to save your edits. Once you’ve finished trimming, rearranging and importing all the footage you like, it’s now time to export the video. The software collects all the edits you made of the clips and ‘encodes’ them into a friendly format.
Sometimes exporting can be intimidating due to the sheer amount of options available to you in the software. If in doubt, always export at 24 frames per second (fps) and at 1080p. This means that you’ll be able to play the final video in the media player of your choice. The quality will usually look better after the video is exported.
If you want to learn video editing then first you should understand very basics of video editing.

Buddies I am not a professional editor and not also connected to this video editing feild too much. But I provided you information as best of my knowledge.
Work is worship for those who take work seriously and it should be so because your work reflects your personality to some extent and how we do it is also part and parcel of our identity. Here in, comes the real trouble because when you do the work you enjoy, you try to put in your heart and mind into it but, if you are unfortunate enough to be doing the kind of work that you are not proud of, then surely enough it shows in your outcome.
Money, being the prime factor in today’s world and so, when your sole priority is to mint money, then it hardly matters whether you are an engineer or an interior designer. You would try to impress upon the authorities in your field with the sole objective of prosperity in your field. For this, you may go to any extent of unethical attempts, without even thinking about its aftermath.
Mental tension and stress and the related health hazards are all part and parcel of today’ s changing world. Today’s young generation is the first generation of professionals who are earning, four times more than what their parents have earned and so they have a lot of money at their disposal, which is making them spend more All this was possible only because of India’s changing economic condition and the advent of multinational companies with huge capital investment and infrastructure.
In fact, the call centre culture has also changed our lives for the worst, since lifestyle patterns are changing drastically. Initially, youngsters seem to be enjoying the western influence of working like asses on five days and reserving the weekends for parties and celebrations. And to get those two days of relief, they are ready to slog whether they like their job or not. It henceforth, becomes a mechanical slogging where, you are not concerned, whether your mind is at work but it’s just about the finished product that they look forward to. On the whole, we cannot rule out the fact that there are people, who are fortunate enough to bag the job they desire or those who have ultimately landed in those fields, where they have wanted to be. Such people are really lucky in the sense that they do their work with the utmost dedication and they have a fulfilment in life, even if they are not taking home fat salaries like their counter-parts, but don’t have any satisfaction to boost of.
There is a third side to all this and that is trying to derive meaning in whatever meaningless things we are doing to make both ends meet. So even if, one is in a job that is detested by him, he can still work towards generating a positive attitude to one’s Work. Try and enjoy, what one is doing and thus try to attain a sense of satisfaction, that he supposes, he could have otherwise got.
Generally people think that learning through practice is to make someone better than what he/she was earlier . To think so is not complete appropriate . However, it cannot be denied that there is an improvement as a result of learning . But it can lead towards unwanted or undesired changes . A child who plays football, may also learn wrong technique . Indeed , learning has a detailed explanation . The process of learning begins from the birth and continues throughout life. That is why it is said that learning takes place from womb to tomb. Learning means to adjust or adapt oneself according to the situation . There is a change in the behaviour of an individual after learning and he changes himself according to situations . The various psychologists have defined learning in different ways. However, they reach approximately at the same point . There are following definitions of learning by some eminent psychologists.
According to Guilford, ”We may define the term very broadly in saying that learning is any change in behaviour resulting from behaviour.”
According to R.S. Woodworth and D.G. Marquis, ”Learning consists in doing something new provided, this something new to be retained by the individual and reappears in his later activities.’‘
According to G. Murphy , ‘‘From this point of view it would be legitimate to regard learning as modification both of behaviour and of the way of perceiving.”
According to Whitkar, ”Learning may be defined as the process by which behaviour originates or is altered through training or experience.”
On the basis of the above-mentioned definitions, the following conclusions can be drawn :
