Agriculture

When tillage begins, other arts follow. The farmers, therefore, are the founders of human civilization.”

— Daniel Webster

Introduction

It all started thousand of years ago , when the human civilization came into existence . Agriculture was a key to survival . People were farming for there domestic purpose , not for the others .

As the civilization started to grow accustomed of agriculture , they grew food in surplus that enabled people to live in cities. Plants were independently cultivated in at least 11 regions of the world.

The development of agriculture enabled the human population to grow many times larger than could be sustained by hunting and gathering.

It was the beginning of different civilization in different parts of the World. From those civilizations , one of them was our’s The Indus Valley Civilization . Vedic literature provides some of the earliest written record of agriculture in India. Rigveda hymns , describes plowing, fallowing, irrigation, fruit and vegetable cultivation.

Some of the ancient and historical evidence suggests rice and cotton were cultivated in the Indus Valley.

Agriculture : In India and World today .

India ranks second worldwide in farm outputs. As per 2018, agriculture employed Indian work force and contributed 17–18% to country’s GDP.

In 2016, agriculture and allied sectors like animal husbandry, forestry and fisheries accounted for 15.4% of the GDP (gross domestic product) with about 41.49% of the workforce in 2020.India ranks first in the world with highest net cropped area followed by US and China. The total agriculture commodities export was US $ 3.50 billion in March – June 2020.

Agriculture is the primary source of livelihood for about 58% of India’s population. Share of agriculture and allied sectors in gross value added (GVA) of India at current prices stood at 17.8 % in FY20.

During 2019-20 crop year, food grain production reached a record of 296.65 million tonnes. In 2020-21, Government of India is targeting food grain production of 298 million tonnes.

India is among the 15 leading exporters of agricultural products in the world. Agricultural export from India reached US$ 38.54 billion in FY19 and US$ 35.09 billion in FY20.

Agriculture is an important industry in the United States. The agriculture industry, which includes both crops and livestock, is responsible for producing most of the world’s foods and fabrics. Agriculture impacts so many things that it’s hard to imagine a world without this important industry.

Schemes and Initiatives

Due to the high requirement of agriculture . It is important for the government to take initiatives and provide better infrastructure to the farmers. However , the required level of investment for the development of marketing, storage and cold storage infrastructure is estimated to be huge.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), established in 1905, was responsible for the search leading to the “Indian Green Revolution” of the 1970s. The Union Minister of Agriculture is the president of the ICAR. The Indian Agricultural Statistics Research Institute develops new techniques for the design of agricultural experiments, analyses data in agriculture, and specialises in statistical techniques for animal and plant breeding.

Schemes by government for Indian agriculture :

  • Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme.
  • Rainfed Area Development Programme (RADP)
  • Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY)
  • Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY)
  • National Agriculture Market (e-NAM)
  • Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan yojana.
  • Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY)
  • Kisan Credit Card (KCC) scheme.
  • Pashu Kisan Credit Card Scheme.
  • PM-Kisan Scheme.

Conclusion

Agriculture sector is one of the prominent sector in India as well as all over the world . India is becoming self – sufficient in pulses and other crops .

Gone are the days , when India was unable to provide sufficient amount of food to the citizens . Gone are the days , when people used to think agriculture was not as important as other sectors . Gone are the days , when people used to think less of farmers . And gone are the days , when people were less educated about agriculture.

Farming is a profession of hope.

Failure Life’s Biggest Lesson

Failure a seven-letter word that has travel seven continents of the world. Failure comes across in every person’s life. In life failure is inevitable and everybody should taste failure because it teaches you the importance of everything that made you fail. Like for if you had invested money in some stock market and it failed then it teaches you the value of money, the same goes when you failed to pass an exam it teaches you the importance of time when you fail in your relationship it teaches you the value of the person you were with and the list can go on and on because failure can come even when a baby falls when he tries to stand for the first time to a startup by a young entrepreneur which fails and everyone in life has a different meaning of failure/ has a different meaning of failure in life and no one can tell you what’s failure to you and them because it’s different for everybody.

A person who has never failed in life is a real failure. Everyone thinks heroes are those who win but I feel heroes are those who have lost because they only know the real value of the win. This goes the same in the life one cannot get successful without getting failure. Failure is a part of success and also leads you to success.

Failing in anything makes you a loser in the eyes of the world. Society judges you only on your outcome. It’s like the stigma that one cannot fail in something but that’s not true everyone fails in any of the ways in life at a certain point. Rather than getting failure in something people are more concerned about what if I failed and what would people say about it and this makes you the real failure.
Rather than demotivating or making fun of someone’s failure, we should help them to overcome it.

On the other hand, telling someone to never give up is terrible advice. Successful people give up all the time. If something is not working, smart people don’t repeat it endlessly. They revise. They adjust. They pivot. They quit. As the saying goes, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

Success vs failure is only decided when you lose the persistence and determination to keep trying. Circumstances can only specify the amount of time and effort which it will take to achieve your goal and perhaps there are some goals you will never achieve in your life but your attempts and experience you got from it will help you in living your life.

Failure teaches you to be ready for similar situations that come in the future making you better than before. It makes you learn through the experience of a situation so that you will not fail the next time when you are in a similar situation. Failure makes you a wise person. It helps you to make wise and careful decisions about important aspects of your life so that you will not commit the same mistake twice.

So, failure is not just about not working hard or not giving your 100% percent, or not putting in the extra effort. You should also realize that it is about the decisions you take and the choices you make. It is about the responsibilities and the things you believe in.

To try and to fail is a part of success.

Are heart breaks a catalyst for success?

Do heartbreaks really lead to success? Read further to know more..

Heartbreaks are more of a blessing than a curse! Are every sort of heartbreaks the same? ‘Every sort’? Yes! Not just break ups causes heartbreak.. when your loved one dies or moves apart, when you lose your job, when you lose your property, these are all reasons for a heartbreak. Does it really lead to success? Or to depression?

Heartbreak builds a bridge between failure and success. It is completely your choice either to fall into the pit or to walk over the bridge and attain success.

Walk towards success!

Heartbreaks are not an end, sometimes it is just a beginning to something beautiful. It is rightly said that success comes from pain. When you go through a heartbreak, you wish certain things. You want to move on, you want yourself to stand on your own feet which acts as a fuel to become successful.

“Failure is so important. We speak about success all the time. It is the ability to resist failure or use failure that often leads to greater success. I’ve met people who don’t want to try for fear of failing.”

– J K Rowling

Rowling’s words have inspired us to overcome failure, to use failure to become successful. Heartbreaks can surely be a motivation to fulfil our dreams and aims. Therefore, recognising failure is a stepping stone towards success.

The world of art would never have been interesting if it didn’t come from a broken heart. If you notice, most of the playwrights, actors, authors, philosopher, singers etc. that are a successful bore from the heart. Everyone had that struggle in life. Life completely takes a turn after it. Either downwards or to heights you could have ever imagined.

“Success is the best revenge.”
“You need pain to succeed in life.”

– Bo Sanchez

The pain revives certain inner qualities you posses. It somehow automatically creates a mood to follow your passion. Heartbreak comes with wisdom and knowledge. So let heartbreak be a burning fuel within, which motivates you to success.

Heartbreaks not only motivates you to be a better version of yourself, it allows your mind to be an effective judge. You gain emotional intelligence as well. You can no longer be easily fooled or trapped. You learn to control and handle emotions well. Emotional intelligence is no doubt a crucial skill to success.

Heartbreak is a failure which your heart faces. If you are experiencing any such issues. Face it and learn from it. It makes us stronger, better and successful.

Little Strategies to get Ahead in Life

Photo by Anna Shvets on Pexels.com

The year 2021 is almost here. The new year will be a chance to start over after a tumultuous 2020 and reach new heights. Starting the year on the right foot will set the tone for your personal growth and great achievements and getting ahead in life.

The most successful people you know didn’t get where they are by doing things like everyone else. One thing they likely have in common: Consistently doing the right things day in and out

1. Organize Your Efforts

The first step to great achievement is organizing your efforts. Every high achiever has their methods to concentrate their efforts, lay out goals, and execute plans. Poor organization, on the other hand, won’t get you nearly as far.

Getting organized in the first place is typically the most challenging part. Here are a couple of organizational methods you can try to help you get started:

Time Boxing

Organizing your time is incredibly important in your quest for success. By laying out your daily schedule, you ensure that you’re dedicating enough time to tasks and responsibilities that keep your life in order and help you reach your goals.

To implement time boxing, you need a calendar or planner. Digital options are quicker to update and adjust, but using paper will also work if that’s what you prefer. For each day, lay out the tasks and assignments you have. Dedicate a box of time for each one.

Pomodoro Technique

This time management technique puts a spin on time boxing. It focuses more on how you expend your energy while still being effective. It was developed by a man named Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s and is still used frequently today.

The Pomodoro technique works similarly to time boxing, but the time slots are smaller. You take a task that needs to be completed, like a term paper for your college English course. Set a time for 25 minutes (this is the recommended time, but you can change it how you’d like). Once the timer goes off, take a five-minute break, and then start again. After four cycles or Pomodoros, take a longer (10 minutes) break.

2. Know When to Give Up

You can’t win them all, and you shouldn’t expect to. You can learn a lot from missing the mark, but the important skill here is knowing when to throw in the towel. You can exert a lot of time and energy that would be better spent doing something else.

An example can be found in the form of musicians. Songwriters go through dozens of song ideas trying to find the perfect tune. Not all of them will make the cut. If they focus for too long on a project that’s going nowhere, their productivity will hit a wall and they won’t be able to release any new music.

By knowing when to give up, you open yourself to new opportunities to move forward. You prevent yourself from falling into a rut that stops you from becoming a high achiever.

3. Focus on Strengths

Even the most successful people aren’t good at everything. Each individual has their own strengths and weaknesses to take into account. Maximizing your strengths while overcoming your weaknesses is a balancing act required for high achievers.[1]

Too many people get hung up on their weaknesses that they fail to capitalize on their strengths. Stick with what you’re good at and allow those skills and talents to lift you and help you get ahead.

4. Ask for Help

You don’t have to do it all alone. You can still be labeled a high achiever even when you ask for help from others. This isn’t a sign of weakness. Asking for help is simply you recognizing that you can do more and go further with the help of others than you could on your own.

You can ask for help in a variety of ways from a myriad of people. You can network with business professionals who can give you career advice or ask your family and friends to support you with a new business.[2] Getting ahead by yourself is unnecessarily difficult when there are people who can help you.

5. Learn the Importance of Hard Work

You can’t reach world fame simply by having a great idea or possessing incredible raw talent. Behind every genius, top-charting musician, and professional athlete is a person who spends hours each day perfecting their craft and putting in the work to succeed.

Unfortunately, you won’t wake up one day as a high achiever. Behind every success story, you’ll find countless hours of blood, sweat, and tears that led high achievers to where they stand today. To reach their level, you must be willing to put in that same effort.

6. Take Care of Your Body

Another key to getting ahead in life is taking care of your body. You might look at high achievers and notice their net worth, brilliant minds, or trophy cases. What you might not notice immediately is that most, if not all of them, also take the time to care for their bodies.

As important as it is to pursue education, master skills, and attempt new things, none of that will matter as much if your body is falling apart. Proper diet, exercise, and sleep are all crucial for a well-maintained body.

These were some of the strategies to get head in life. Pretty basic but effective.

I hope these tips help you to get ahead in life.

Thank you.

Start saying YES whenever an opportunity knocks your door

In life everyone has their own story, their own personal experiences. Some people are so happy with the life they are living or they’ve lived whereas some other people regret at the end about the things that they should’ve done or talks they should’ve said. But it always gets so late, whenever an individual realizes that he must go for it.

Life is simply a collection of opportunities and experiences. Each day, each person has got one more chance to do it, but people basically fall short of their confidence and say No whenever they’ve got the chance to do something different, something unique.

People always get a chance to prove them in either academics or sports. People always get a chance to start their hobbies and pursue their interests. People always have a chance to get their dream profession as their career or chose their passion. People always have the chance to prove their beloved, how they love them. People always have chance to return back to their good old days. It is entirely dependent upon the person that whether he is able to identify the chance or he/she really wants themselves to be the better versions of their selves.

People say that they’re not able to do it because they were never given a chance. But actually, life offered them chance but they were never able to recognize it.

In life, everyone gets the same time and yes almost similar opportunities to prove themselves. Some people are never able to realize that they have got a chance or they got opportunities in past too. Most of the people couldn’t distinguish opportunities. They always lose them either by not recognizing them or saying no whenever an opportunity knocks at the door. They want to stay in their safe and comfortable zone and don’t want to exit it even when something so good knocks their door. Point to be paid emphasis here is that even life events which can damage to our respect, dignity and cause ourselves to get in trouble are sometimes mistaken as opportunities which are needed to be grabbed.

Readers are hereby advised that by keeping their eyes and ears open in true sense and allowing the brain and giving it time to analyze that whichever opportunity is there at their door, is really important for them and will contribute towards their growth. It must be analyzed by an individual that whether the opportunity will cause any type of trouble to him or the opportunity which is right at their door is the one which they’ve always been waiting for or will it take them to their desired destination.

Examples of strong and influential personalities from different fields should be considered as an inspiration for grabbing opportunities at the right time i.e., whenever they knocked their door. Whenever a person is given chance in life to prove himself, to test his limits, to explore his talents, he / she must stay calm and eager to learn and explore and accept the opportunity thankfully and bravely.

That’s why it was rightly mentioned on page named

kalam_se_kaleje tak’ on Instagram:

A chance to learn something good or change one’s own self should never get wasted because of a bad mood or bad day at work, or at home”.

Business success in failure

No business is a failure until you give up. Business literature is full of people, who despite having faced setbacks, have risen beyond the challenges and moved forward in life. There are ups and downs in any business and it is important to learn from one’s mistakes and make improvements on existing plans. In particle physics, it is said that sub-atomic particles are so small that they cannot be observed until they collide with one another. The same principle applies in the business arena. If your business is doing well, it is difficult or even impossible to tell the difference between success and failure. However, once problems arise, your tenacity and determination to succeed are tested. This is when success and failure becomes evident.

Walt Disney, co-founder of Walt Disney Productions, dream of becoming a newspaper cartoonist when he was young. However, no one was willing to hire him. So, he established a commercial art studio and took up a part-time job to support himself. Later, he started an animation company, which was a huge success in Kansas City, US. Unfortunately, the company went bankrupt. But this did not stop Walt Disney from pursuing his dreams and interests. Despite his initial failure, he rose to the challenge, learnt from his mistakes and started all over again in Los Angeles, US. Today, Walt Disney is considered one of the greatest entrepreneurs of all time. And Walt Disney Productions, now popularly known as The Walt Disney Company, is a multi-billion dollar company, with more than 150,000 employees worldwide.   This is a true example of ‘business success in failure’. In every setback, Walt Disney learnt important and valuable lessons, which acted as seeds that eventually grew into a tree of success.

According to experts, acceptance of failure is essential for business growth. Making mistakes is not taboo; not understanding your mistakes is taboo and detrimental to progress. Kingfisher Airlines was one of the top performing companies in India till December 2011. In fact, its customer base was growing by leaps and bounds and it had the second largest share in India’s domestic air travel market. Unfortunately, due to a major financial crisis faced by the company in early 2012, its market share fell sharply and it was forced to shut down its operations. There are many airline companies in the world that have faced financial problems. However, they have managed to enhance their services and products to gain more market share. One such company is Southwest Airlines.

Every year, Southwest Airlines manages to turn a profit, even during difficult times. After many trials and errors, Southwest Airlines managed to come up with a policy that works for them – keep operations simple. This way, the airline company saves cost and manages to attract more passengers. Southwest Airlines does not assign seat numbers. This way, when there are last minute changes to an airplane, the crew need not make changes to seating arrangement and issue new boarding passes. Such innovations and novel ideas are essential for the survival of businesses. It is true that failure is the forgotten ingredient of business success. People associate failure with shame, embarrassment and weakness. Failure is disappointing, no doubt, but it makes a business stronger. Once you know what can hurt your business, you will try your best to avoid them and prevent mistakes from occurring again. Plus, failures make you more confident of your abilities. Business leaders who have faced challenges are more determined and confident than those who have been enjoying success all along. So, business is not considered a failure when its market share drops or it loses revenue; it is a failure when you give up.

Businesses fail for many reasons. The following list includes some of the most common reasons :

1 – Lack of planning – Businesses fail because of the lack of short-term and long-term planning. Your plan should include where your business will be in the next few months to the next few years. Include measurable goals and results. The right plan will include specific to-do lists with dates and deadlines. Failure to plan will damage your business.

2 – Leadership failure – Businesses fail because of poor leadership. The leadership must be able to make the right decisions most of the time. From financial management to employee management, leadership failures will trickle down to every aspect of your business. The most successful entrepreneurs learn, study, and reach out to mentors to improve their leadership skills.

3 – No differentiation – It is not enough to have a great product. You also have to develop a unique value proposition, without you will get lost among the competition. What sets your business apart from the competition? What makes your business unique? It is important that you understand what your competitors do better than you. If fail to differentiate, you will fail to build a brand.

4 – Ignoring customer needs – Every business will tell you that the customer is , but only a small percentage acts that way. Businesses that fail lose touch with their customers. Keep an eye on the trending values of your customers. Find out if they still love your products. Do they want new features? What are they saying? Are you listening? I once talked to the CEO of a training company who told me that they don’t respond to negative reviews because they are unimportant. What? Are you kidding me?

5 – Inability to learn from failure – We all know that failure is usually bad, yet it is rare that businesses learn from failure. Realistically, businesses that fail, fail for multiple reasons. Often entrepreneurs are oblivious about their mistakes. Learning from failures is difficult.

6 – Poor management – Examples of poor management are an inability to listen, micro-managing – AKA lack of trust, working without standard or systems, poor communication, and lack of feedback.

7 – Lack of capital – It can lead to the inability to attract investors. Lack of capital is an alarming sign. It shows that a business might not be able to pay its bills, loan, and other financial commitments. Lack of capital makes it difficult to grow the business and it may jeopardize day-to-day operations.

8 – Premature scaling – Scaling is a good thing if it is done at the right time.  To put it simply, if you scale your business prematurely, you will destroy it. For example, you could be hiring too many people too quickly, or spend too much on marketing. Don’t scale your business unless you are ready. Pets.com failed because it tried to grow too fast. They opened nationwide warehouses too soon, and it broke them. Even the great brand equity that they have built couldn’t save them. Within a few months, their stock went from $11 to $0.19.

Don’t let the desire of a successful future destroy your present

Vaishali Singh ( Cheenu Singh Rathore)

This four lettered word “LIFE” is the synonym of living and nothing else, don’t waste it about thinking over the things which have either happened in the past or more likely have not even happened yet, this is a constantly changing world, everything is temporary in this world even you and me, we are perishable, then what are you doing why are you wasting your life over thinking of the things which are just confined within your mind doors, they are not reality they just exist within in your mind most of the problems you have in your life have originated from overthinking, be in now and enjoy this moment, live this moment because this moment is life, don’t take it too seriously, don’t put too much pressure on your mind, don’t let the desire of a successful future destroy your present, if you think that a sad present can give you a beautiful life then you’re wrong because life is now and if you can’t make yourself happy being in this moment then how can you expect it from yourself that attaining a certain goals will make you happy? If something doesn’t satisfy you today then how can you think that it will give you a beautiful and peaceful life, most of the people destroy their life either thinking about their past or caring about their uncertain future, we human being have only 5 senses, we can never analyse what’s going to happen in the future the only thing which is in our hand is to take actions but we can never predict the result of our actions and most of times the way we perceive our future is not exactly how it turns out to be, now the current scenario of world is a good example of the uncertainty of life, no one knew that this would happened in the beginning of 2020 all of us had a tons and tons of plans for our new year but our plans got failed they turned out to be something called “LOCK DOWN” we are at our home today, probably many of us had a lot of plans and wishes with our family, or friends but today it’s not safe to step out of our homes unnecessarily, this is life man, this is the reality and nothing can change the fact no matter how many plans you make, no matter how much time you waste in figuring out your life, at the end you will have even more questions than before. So live your life instead of worrying.

Is career pressure tearing you apart and you have no idea about what you really want from life? Then read it

Vaishali Singh (Cheenu Singh Rathore)

More often the pressure of becoming successful, of attaining growth, success, money or fame encaptivate one’s mind mostly in their teen years when they are going through a lot of things from the physical changes in their bodies to the mindset changes the teen years of one’s life are the toughest and the most important years which transform a person’s life completely and the change he or she attains during this period remains with him/ her throughout their lifetime. It’s more important to analyse what’s wrong or right for one and to focus upon being better no matter what the circumstances are, 19 the last teen year which is followed by 18 the age when one becomes eligible for doing a lot of things as a person becomes adult at this age, it’s the time when one starts to think that he/she is getting older and wants to start their career, everyone has a lot of potential and a lot of skill set, thanks to this modern world where you have access to the smart devices and internet which can make you learn anything at your own pace and helps you enhance your skillset but the major problem comes into play that everyone these days has started following a rat race of working on social media, everyone wants those huge no.s in the form of followers, likes, subscribers, etc and everyone is putting so much of pressure on themselves to become the most successful and famous social media marketing influencer, but how to go with it if all the efforts, time and skill you’re putting into your social media handle is not getting served, it means it’s not getting viral, not engaging much audience and in the mean time it’s not making you feel happy about what you’re doing, then the answer to your problem is clear you’re meant to do something apart from this social media thing, because if it’s not making you happy then it won’t make you happy even in the future where perhaps you’ll get a lot of followers or fans because happiness doesn’t lies in serving others with content happiness only lies in enjoying the process of doing what you do, it might be possible that you’re not made to become an influencer probably you are destined to do something else and build massive success in that field, if you have also wasted a lot of years in pursuing a social media career and it’s not growing and not making you satisfied then it’s time to find and experiment what you love, the possibilities are that you may fail, but there are also the chances of success, and remember life is a series of experiments, a very famous quote by Thomas Edision “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” so by trying and failing ultimately you’ll figure out the method of trying and succeeding. And also remember if you’re a kid of 20 (or +2 or -2) that means from 17 to 22( or near this age group), then you’re probably in school or college, and it’s your time to take risks, experiment things in life because you have miles to go you cannot figure out everything at this age, you’re still a kid, you need to experience a lot of things do what you love and don’t associate it with success, money, fame just let it be your passion and don’t settle yourself, keep moving and experiencing.

Thank You

What is Deliberate Practice?

Deliberate practice refers to a special type of practice that is purposeful and systematic. While regular practice might include mindless repetitions, deliberate practice requires focused attention and is conducted with the specific goal of improving performance.

The greatest challenge of deliberate practice is to remain focused. In the beginning, showing up and putting in your reps is the most important thing. But after a while we begin to carelessly overlook small errors and miss daily opportunities for improvement.

This is because the natural tendency of the human brain is to transform repeated behaviors into automatic habits. For example, when you first learned to tie your shoes you had to think carefully about each step of the process. Today, after many repetitions, your brain can perform this sequence automatically. The more we repeat a task the more mindless it becomes.

Mindless activity is the enemy of deliberate practice. The danger of practicing the same thing again and again is that progress becomes assumed. Too often, we assume we are getting better simply because we are gaining experience. In reality, we are merely reinforcing our current habits—not improving them.

Claiming that improvement requires attention and effort sounds logical enough. But what does deliberate practice actually look like in the real world

Deliberate practice always follows the same pattern: break the overall process down into parts, identify your weaknesses, test new strategies for each section, and then integrate your learning into the overall process.

Consider the following example:

Basketball: Consider the following example from Aubrey Daniels, “Player A shoots 200 practice shots, Player B shoots 50. The Player B retrieves his own shots, dribbles leisurely and takes several breaks to talk to friends. Player A has a colleague who retrieves the ball after each attempt. The colleague keeps a record of shots made. If the shot is missed the colleague records whether the miss was short, long, left or right and the shooter reviews the results after every 10 minutes of practice. To characterize their hour of practice as equal would hardly be accurate. Assuming this is typical of their practice routine and they are equally skilled at the start, which would you predict would be the better shooter after only 100 hours of practice?

The Unsung Hero of Deliberate Practice

Perhaps the greatest difference between deliberate practice and simple repetition is this: feedback. Anyone who has mastered the art of deliberate practice has developed methods for receiving continual feedback on their performance.

The Promise of Deliberate Practice

Humans have a remarkable capacity to improve their performance in nearly any area of life if they train in the correct way. This is easier said than done.

Deliberate practice is not a comfortable activity. It requires sustained effort and concentration. The people who master the art of deliberate practice are committed to being lifelong learners—always exploring and experimenting and refining.

Deliberate practice is not a magic pill, but if you can manage to maintain your focus and commitment, then the promise of deliberate practice is quite alluring: to get the most out of what you’ve got.

A thing to remember always is that if you don’t climb the cliff you won’t ever be able to see the view from top up there all you can see would be a view from the ground and the key to climb that tree is only through practise, the longer you persist it the more you would grow in terms of success.

Everything is a state of mind: Conquer your mind or your mind will conquer you.

Vaishali Singh (Cheenu Singh Rathore)

Everything is possible, if you’re determined to achieve it at any cost (not by bad means, by genuine means only) if you can change your habits, you can change your life.

Never give up, its very natural if you have big dreams then you can fail many times in the process of reaching it, but visualise that day when you’ll get it. It will help you to stay focused and will improve your patience level.

Patience is one of the most important skill in the journey of life, I was a very impatient person in my past life. Although I am not that much patient, but I am trying my best to be the one.

In this particular post I wanna share my journey. I want to share what I have learned in the month of May and June.

It’s all started with a wish of launching my own PODCAST.

I started searching how can I launch my podcast, but I wasn’t getting a correct information, and I had no clue about how to get started, but I didn’t give up, since our childhood we have listened never give up, but sometimes we lose hope and give up very easily, instead of trying another methods, quitting seems more easy. But as they say “what comes easy won’t lasts long, what lasts long won’t come easy”. Although I had faith in all these saying, but to be honest at one point I also wanted to give up, it was my first attempt, I was googling the term podcast and how can I start one. Initially the results I got were not that satisfying, as my heartily wish was to launch my podcast on the world’s leading podcasting platform “APPLE PODCASTS” and “SPOTIFY”. But it seemed nearly impossible to do that, but I decided not to give up, and after doing some little changes in my life, a kind of miracle happened.

Within 3 days I posted my podcast on Spotify, and in less than a week my PODCAST was uploaded on Apple podcasts and from here my life was changed. I realised that not giving up is very necessary, at one point you’ll definitely be succeed in your work, whether it’s as easy as twitting something or as tough as editing a film.

These are some of the things I have learned and experienced very recently, I learned about the power of habits ( not the book), these habits are as follows:-

1. Don’t care about the world around around you, focus on yourself only.

2. Limit your social media usage don’t watch it too much, it roasts your brain, watch and learn some valuable content.

3. Eat clean, and what it means, eat clean means eat natural food and try to avoid processed and packed food items.

4. Do meditation regularly, also practice some yoga and do workout daily.

5. Read good stuff.

6. Drink plenty of water. Try to drink 3 glasses of water right after waking up. (Of your suitable temperature.)

7. Embrace the happiness as you’re alive and if you will noticed every single thing, only then you’ll realise how blessed you’re. In simple words be grateful have some gratitude, gratitude is not for every now and then, it’s for every single day.

8. Love yourself, love your family, love your God, love your surroundings, love this entire “UNIVERSE”.

9. Never give up, (“It doesn’t matter how slowly you go unless you don’t stop.” – Confucius. )

10. Don’t get tensed by your failures, failures are the proves, that you’ve tried something. After every failure you learn a way from which it can’t be done, failures are the best teachers of our lives. Every failure teaches us something. What we should remember is never giving up and learn from them, they make us more wise. “Failure is not opposite of success, it’s a part of success.”

11. DGAF about others, don’t let anybody destroy your peace of mind, there should be only one voice inside you and that voice should be your own voice. Detach yourself from those who are not good for you, the ones who want to make you feel inferior and also the ones who always talk about crap, it’s your life, it’s completely your decision how you want to live it.

12. Get connected to the ones who are way more successful than you, learn valuable things from them. You will learn a lot. It’s good if somebody can make you learn something, so be around such people. If you can’t find them follow them on social media through their posts you can learn a lot.
13. No one is your competitor, you’re your only competition, what’s only matter is: Are you better than yesterday, are you a better version of yourself? That should be your everyday goal. Life is about progressing each day, it’s about learning something every single day, life is not about worrying are you better than him or her, it’s just about improving yourself.

14. Don’t think too much, just execute it. Give your best shot. The rest fall into place.

15. When you start out with something, perfection should not be your goal, execution should be your goal, in the pursuit of perfection you will never be able to execute it. There will always be something that will not be that perfect as you want it to be, but your main focus should be your content and execution not the perfection. Overtime you should also focus upon doing it better than before, so it will definitely help you to improve, and the important thing is that you’ll learn a lot along the way.

16. Always be positive, be optimistic, always think about the positive thoughts, practice some affirmations and visualize them.

17. Value yourself, your work and your dreams and always work hard to fulfil your every single dream. Take that leap of faith and just do it.

18. Have patience ” patience is the key ” as you can’t achieve it in a night, keep working towards it, no matter how fast or slow you’re going, keep going, never give up, it’s your dream and you’re living for it, you can’t give up on it. Just think what the meaning of your will left if you will surrender to your circumstances and stop trying. You have to learn to walk against the TAILWINDS of your circumstances. You can’t postpone it until everything will get better because nothing gets better unless you forget everything and get to work.

19. Learning is a very good thing, and I think it’s the most important thing, it’s as important as eating, drinking water and breathing, it’s a basic need of every single human. You can learn from anyone anytime if you have that learning will.

A tip :- We learn better by listening than reading, so along with reading, focus upon listening as well.

The main problem arises, when you’re determined enough and even you started doing things but later you lose interest or may be you start to face lack of motivation, and you think that you aren’t feeling good but it’s all a state of mind, if you’re determined enough, you’ll conquer your mind, and you’ll conquer your circumstances as well, tell your mind that you don’t care about anything and anybody, you don’t care about how you’re feeling you just care about your dreams and your schedule, stick to it, as you want to achieve your goals, you are going to play the long game not the short one.

Remember, if you will not take control of your mind then it will take control of your life.

Five people rule hack

Vaishali Singh (Cheenu Singh Rathore)

So here in this blog I have mentioned the ways through which you can hack the 5 people rule which states that you’re the average of the 5 people you spend most of your time with. So to know more read ut till the end.

They say you’re an average of the 5 people you spend your most of the time with. It’s somewhere true that people have their influences on you, whether the wrong influences or the right ones and I have witnessed it through my eyes. I’ll take you to the time when I went to the University for the first time, I was highly motivated and very sincere, though I’m same today 😀 but I have seen that your friends or the people you spend your time with have impact on your mindset, and somehow they leave their prints on your subconscious, here the painting of the white wall rule comes into play, this particular rule states that, when you’re a kid your mind is as clean as a white wall, but overtime your experiences,  the things people did to you and the things they’ve said to you paints your white wall with multiple colours and your mind or perhaps or subconscious mind start to put limits based upon your life experiences and the things done by the people, now to prevent your white wall or your clear mind to be painted by the wrong colours you have 2 options the one is to stay away from such negative people, but that’s not possible every time and the option 2 takes you to the spiritual concept and i.e. meditation, meditation can help you to get rid of all the unwanted collection of garbage you’ve collected overtime inside your head. Well I think, I got deviated from the topic  I had to tell you about the 5 people rule,  so let’s get back to the topic, it’s better to be alone than being with the wrong minded people, that means the ones who have different mindset, never be with them.

So what to do now?? You might be thinking this, to solve your mind puzzle I have some concepts, keep yourself busy in the stuffs you like and follow your dream path always keep working towards your goals and just Unfollow every single account on social media whether it instagram, whatsapp or facebook or any other platform which doesnt inspire you and follow the accounts which inspires you and pushes you to follow your dreams and the accounts which teaches you something or motivates you, and also be involved in some of the entertaining activities to keep your mind healthy and happy, it was the 1st hack, now listen to the podcasts, watch great and valuable content, read good stuff reading is the major factor in the path of success, learn new things through internet also do sometimes write your thoughts out, share your knowledge and experiences with the world. Talking to your parents and family members, spending time with your siblings, cooking and consuming the right food to keep your body and mind fit, do yoga and workout, just spend your whole time with yourself and do what you like to do, no matter what is is but never get influenced by the wrong things ( I hope you’ve got my point), there is a phase in our lives where we get attracted towards the wrong things, but deep down our heart knows what’s right or what’s wrong, the choice is always ours. The time we don’t value is the time we’ll crave to get back later,  remember this, lil bud.

All these things can help you to hack the people rule where you cannot be physically connected to them but can be digitally connected thanks to this modern digital world.

Thank you

Your work is your definition

Vaishali Singh (Cheenu Singh Rathore)

Your work is your identity, your work is everything.

I want to tell you that, your work ethics, the way you work is everything, a person is only identified by his or her actions, the things he or she has done, the values he or she has given to the society.

Life is like an illusion, no one has discovered the real meaning of life yet. We don’t even know why the God has created this world, and what is the purpose of life, but one thing I have observed so far is that your words are imperishable even after life, people will remember you by your work ethics by the values you have given to them, by the words you’ve spoken out, and it’s explicit that no matter how intelligent you’re unless you haven’t done anything no one would value your sayings.

A person is not identified by the cast he or she has born in, not by the amount of money he or she earns, not by the brands he or she wears, not by the phone he or she uses, a person is identified by his or her karmas only. There is no scale to measure one’s intelligence, like you can’t judge somebody’s intelligence based upon his or her English speaking skills, language is just a medium of conveying feelings or nothing else.

Now, I am sharing 2 examples down below to convey my message:-

(I) A.P.J. Abdul Kalam :- We always remember him as Missile Man of India, for his work and development of ballistic missile, as a visionary, a hardworking, a pragmatist, a great leader and as a person who has influenced the life of many. We never remember him by his cast, by his face, by the car he used to drive, or by the brand he used to wear.

Let’s take another example of an extremely popular writer named Premchand, he was famous for his modern Hindi- Urdu literature. He is one of the most honoured writer of the Indian subcontinent, and regarded as one of the foremost Hindi writers of early 20th century. Premchand’s writing are very famous till date, as you have definitely read some of his stories in your textbooks, many of the directors filmed Premchand’s stories as series and aired them on television. For your ease let me tell you that he was a very simple man, he never had the most expensive clothes, and a writer named Harishankar Parsai wrote a story named “Premchand ke phate joote” / Premchand’s torn shoes” about him, that story was an irony on Premchand, in which Harishankar Parsai wrote that Premchand was a very grounded and simple man, in the story Harishankar Parsai highlighted Premchand’s personality in a way as he wanted to show that Premchand wasn’t an ostentatious person, in simple words he wasn’t a show off favourite person. Once he got clicked a picture with his wife and in that picture his shoes were torn out, and the writer used that incident as the story he plotted as PREMCHAND’S TORN SHOES, eventhough he didn’t supported him if you will read it in depth you would understand that it was an ironical story, anyway I don’t want to bother you much about Premchand and Harishankar Parsai but my motive of stating it here was to make you understand that your personality builds with your work not with your dressing sense or the things and the stuff you have.

The world will never remember you by the things and stuff you have, people will always remember you by the work you’ve done. – Vaishali Singh.

Photography as a career

Vaishali Singh

Photography is one of the major things of everyone’s life today,

All of us want to freeze the moments we live day to day in a photograph, the new developing technology has made it very easier for people to document their lives easily through photographs and videos and the advancements in technology helps you to put your documented photographs or videos on the platforms like YouTube, Instagram etc. and build your career out of it but the question is how to get started? Now, basically if you want to get started with photography then you do not need a professional degree or course the only thing you need are skills and that’s it but if you’ll do a course or major in photography or cinematography then it will help your chances of getting jobs in the Multi national companies, but if you want to make a career out of blogging vlogging youtubing or photographer then a degree is not a compulsion, what important is teaching yourself about the principles of capturing an image and the lighting conditions and then just go out start practising in real world, now you can learn everything by yourself but it takes time to develop a skill, what’s more important in photography is light.

The word “Photography” itself depicts the meaning as drawing using light. The word photography is made of two words PHOTO and GRAPHEIN where Photo means light and Graphein means to draw.

So, light plays the major role in photography,  after learning the basic principles of photography and light the practising comes into play.

Now, the answer of the question how to get started is very simple just start practising right away, reach out to people, at the earlier stage do the unpaid shoots then build your profile, work as an intern and gain experiences overtime after building your name you can start to earn money through photography and can begin your own photography career.
