8 Foods For Our Moods

Everything has a vibration. Whatever you do,say, eat and drink has an effect on you. It either builds you up or breaks you down without your knowledge. An unhealthy diet comprising of less vegetables and organic food can effect your mood drastically. Other than obesity, It also attracts sadness, frustration and negativity as a whole.

Having organic food and a balanced diet has a contrary effect.  It makes us feel energetic, refreshed, alive and happy. In simple words, it boosts our mood and lifts our vibes. It assists us in attracting what we desire . Good health and good mind are very closely related to each other. Let us look into some of these uplifting foods:

Green Leafy Vegetables: Leafy Vegetables are organic and the fresher they are, the better. Spinach, chard and other dark leafy vegetables contain magnesium which positively effects serotonin and boosts our mood. Lack of magnesium can cause a risk of anxiety and depression.

Beans: As protein packed foods, beans contribute to our mental health through the fibre present in them. Fibre helps regulate blood sugar which  in turn makes our mood better. Beans are also an excellent source of magnesium, iron, potassium and phosphorus.

Bananas: Bananas appear in every list of food concerning mood boosts. They are high in Vitamin B6 which synthesize feel good neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. Bananas consist both sugar and fibre. Sugar, when paired with fibre, releases slowly into our bloodstream allowing for stable blood sugar levels which stabilizes our mood. Low blood sugar levels may lead to mood swings.

Bananas with a green coloured peel are a great source of probiotics which is a kind of fibre which helps feed healthy bacteria to our gut.

Berries: Berries are packed with a variety of antioxidants. Blueberries are rich in the antioxidant flavonoids which assist in activating brain pathways associated with reduced inflammation and risk of depression. Blueberries and strawberries contain a compound called polyphenolics which improves concentration, memory and attention span.

Salmon: Salmons are rich in omega-3, fatty acids. Especially DHA and EPA. Omega acids are anti inflammatory and are necessary for brain and nervous system development. EPA and DHA have shown to eliminate depression and they can effect our personality and impulse control. Salmons are also high in proteins, Vitamin B12 and D. Vitamin D is linked to better and stable mood. Vitamin B12 on the other hand works in cooperation with folate to help convert amino acids into neurotransmitters which are found in low levels among depression patients.

Almonds: Almonds are rich in protein  including tyrosine for neurotransmitter production It also contains Vitamin E, magnesium and fibre. As an antioxidant, Vitamin E can help fight radical damage in the brain and has shown to improve memory and cognition.Almonds and walnuts have calcium which can help offset hormonal imbalance in women and decrease the symptoms of depression, anxiety, irritability and impaired memory.

Cashews on the other hand, are rich in tryptophan, a neuro chemical which our body turns into serotonin. Vitamin B6 and magnesium present in cashews help to control mood swings. A handful of unsalted cashews are just enough to get the necessary nutrients.

However, not everytime one may feel like indulging in organic foods. In such cases, one may try chocolates! Dark chocolates, to be specific.  Rich in many mood boosting compounds, its sugar is a quick source of fuel to the brain which in return may improve our mood. It helps reducing anxiety and improves the conditions of clinical depression. Dark chocolates with large amounts of cacao can have positive effects on stress levels and even the immunity. It releases feel good compounds such as caffeine and N-acylethanolamine which is chemically similar to cannabinoids that is linked to an improved mood.

Coffee: For some of us, Coffee is a mood saver. Indeed it is. Its high level of caffeine and chlorogenic acid boosts our mood. Some examples are oats, lentils, eggs, herbs, spices, fermented foods and tea.

The list of such food goes on. Some examples are oats, lentils, eggs, herbs, spices, fermented foods and tea.

There are  lists of healthy foods, habits, lifestyle, behaviour and practices . What makes them healthy is the vibes and energy which they carry. It is known amongst many that how a vegetarian diet can help to calm down a person. How exercises boosts our mood and how meditation helps us understand ourselves better.

All of these practices are healthy because they help to promote good vibes in us. When we come in contact with something which vibrates at a higher frequency, it improves our vibrations . When we inculcate activities with such  high frequency vibrations, we improve our own vibes. Thereby, attracting positivity.

How we create equality

While surfing through linkdein I came across a post where a doctor sir Ganeshan, he was providing free medical deliveries to girl. Many people of community have distinct view of it as if it is a right way and right thing.

In my view, this is how we create equality,
there are two ways
first, we share everything we have equally and eventually with time everything gets equalize,
another way is we try balancing both sides like if people are not happy after having girl child we will free them from fee charge(its temporary solution of a big part of solution) and as societies are progressing they will learn and improve with time.
Example of first one is colonized countries they doesn’t got support from developed countries and they got bullied many time but we are slowly progressing toward equality,
Example of second one is solutions for girl equality by indian govt, it involves temporary(situation based) solution like dowry punishment to educating and reservation, the benefits of having second way is it’s fast, and it has lots of temporary solution to big problems like girl foeticide case.

READING IN THREE KEYS: How to Write a READING RESPONSE

Active reading involves looking at the text in more than one way.  For your reading responses write using these three “keys,” or methods, of analyzing what you have read:

Reading responses in this class generally vary from 250 – 400 words. The length required will be specified on the assignment.

Sometimes you will be asked to post your reading response to the Discussion Board and then follow-up with a response to one of your classmate’s postings. You may respond in any of the three “keys.”  A sample response building on a previous posting might start off with a sentence like this: “I agree with David that advertising objectifies women by portraying them as dehumanized objects, but I wonder whether women benefit from that objectification in any way?”  You can build your ideas on comments others have made.  And feel free to keep chatting with each other.

How Should You Write Your READING RESPONSE?

Why Do It?

The reading response gives you an avenue to invite yourself into the written text and to make a connection with it. In many college courses you will be assigned to write papers about subjects with which you have no personal interest. Reading responses help to generate connections between the reader and text.

How?

The key to writing a compelling academic paper for any college course is being able to forge a personal connection on some level with your subject. You must care in some way about your subject, or else your writing will be lifeless, and your instructor, a human being, will have read a re-hashing of the facts of his/her course a million times before. Or, forget about writing for a college course. What about writing a report in the workplace?  What about proposing a new idea to your boss?  Such careful awareness of audience and tailoring your writing to a specific audience is an aspect of successful writing we’ll work on in this course.  However, you can’t even get to the point of getting someone else to care about what you are writing if you don’t care yourself.

That doesn’t mean you should only write about subjects that interest you.  On the contrary, half of the battle in writing a successful paper is coming up with an idea on a topic which is usually of little interest to you—finding an angle or connection through which you can approach or examine the text. What does it remind you of? Why do you respond emotionally? Or why do you not respond? Ask questions to find avenues into a piece of writing.  The creativity involved in continually forging such difficult connections will help you develop into a writer who can grab a reader’s attention by approaching a topic or subject through your own unique personal lens, that is, by looking at something through an angle no one else can see.

Through active responding to reading, and examining your responses, you can learn to practice new approaches of interpretation to common themes.  Many of the ideas you generate in the reading responses will prove useful when you sit down to write the short essays (or maybe even your research paper).

Instagram Business And Its Secrets

World is a five letter word holding entire adventures within it. Instagram is just another world and it is flourishing as one of the top social media platforms. A gallery of smiles, luxurious outings, good moments and pretentious good moments of a million of people, the application also serves as the stage for every artist and talent in the hidden alleys by provided them the boost to come out and display their capabilities and business potential.
The application, often criticized for its contribution to building up toxic body images, beauty standards, luxurious fantasies, toxic egoism, teen inferiority complex and social media addiction is undoubtedly filled with positivity if one tries to find it in the right places.

How did instagram became a brewing pot of new businesses?

During first few months of the covid outbreak, the shopping industry had suffered a huge loss. Offline shopping was out of reach and non essential items were barred from delivery. The online applications served the needs of the people and therefore, in the absence of any other option, online platforms became the only choice for the consumers.
However, this later became a more permanent and prevalent trend with the gradual relaxation on the non essential items. With the huge choices of options available for the people, going out was not being missed. Low prices, new items, discounts and quick delivery made it convenient for almost every household to manage their expenses.

When all of it was happening, somewhere in each home, social media platforms became the major source of social interaction. Online classes, webinars, video calls, vent posts, counseling, support, emotion and mental health management campaigns were on their peak (and still are). The main shift which occurred was rooted to one main cause. If social interaction, counseling could be carried out on social media, then why not shopping?!
Instagram business owners are well aware of how diverse and creative the instagram is as a potential business platform. The creative minds used the time to present an entire online bazaar for the users with the most unique, well designed and fresh items.
According to a research conducted by Statistica,14% of the people had to say that their choice of product was only available online which made them choose online over offline.

Instagram is an application which is often used by the people to derive inspiration and ideas . People follow celebrities and influencers for their styles, writers for their writings, artists for their art, designers for their unique designs, stationary addicts for their journal decoration, interior decorators for their work and the list goes on. Instagram runs on visually rich, aesthetic, luxurious, attractive and satisfying images. Every shopping site runs on this visual satisfaction but however, the trend has been going on in instagram not long after its launch.

How Can A Business Establish Itself On Instagram?

•Whenever anyone scrolls through google to search for instagram business tactics, VISUALLY AESTHETIC IMAGES, pops up on the lists without fail. The more creative your post is, the more audience you get. Instagram is all about the glitters and what makes the businesses successful is that, they turn the glitters into gold. Catchy quotes, glimpse of your products, interesting information on it and right editing can make wonders the business owner.
If the person is aware of how much demand his product can receive on the platform, he will be presenting it in best way possible.
For example: If a person wants to start with a customized clothing business, he has to be aware of the trending styles and material. Satin dresses, for example, are doing rounds all over instagram

Interaction is another key. Unlike typical online shopping websites where the product is all which matters, instagram users have a keen interest on knowing more about a business owner. Especially if the business is a unique handmade business of any sort . The more reels and posts you make displaying the process of making products, packaging or even having causal conversations by going live, increases your chances of gaining a bigger audience. Interacting with people in the comment section and sending direct messages to new followers, asking them to check out your page are some other good options.

#Hashtags. The right hashtags help you to reach your targeted audience on instagram.

Consistency Is The Key to the business growth. It applies to everything we do in life afterall. Online businesses have grown so large in numbers that the competition is unimaginable. If you have the good product, someone has a better product of the same kind. If you have great ideas, someone has greater ideas and consistent actions to make it known to the people. But, how will you survive in this race? Its simple. Its consistency. Know your ideas and work on it everyday. If you have no new collection, interact with your audience or just share a picture of your work space. Consistency on your balance of ideas and actions make success a reality . Dedicating time to your business everyday assists you largely in the growth of your online business.

Instagram is often perceived with a cynical perspective due to sharp difference in reality and the visuals which are presented on the platform. Most of the people undoubtedly try to be the perfectionist in order to sell their ideas or themselves in exchange of likes, followers and views. However, everything can be utilized if a positive approach is adopted towards it. Same goes for instagram.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Talking about a mental disorder is like speaking about sexuality. Not that the latter is less important but the fact that both the subjects are hardly acknowledged is dangerous.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a common disorder found amongst all age groups. Especially children and young adults. Most probably, half of the population having this disorder are not even aware of its existence and effects.

What is ADHD?

It is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. The name itself reveals a lot about.

In children it is often quite visible. The symptoms range from doing too much activities, not being able to be still for a time span and lacking focus. With regard to this age group, the symptoms are clearly visible and may hamper the child’s education and causes many more distress in home and school. Many children outgrow ADHD but others may be effected in their adolescence and adulthood.
In such scenarios, the teachers and the school should look after the learning impairment by introducing the child new teaching techniques, learning skills and modified curriculum

In teens the Symptoms may get worse due to the hormonal changes of adolescence and the sudden increase of academic pressure on them
Symptoms include forgetting dates of assignments, may interrupt their classmates and teachers, rush in assignments. The teens may often do a number of tasks while forgetting the primary tasks to be completed. Their lack of focus extends to peer relationships. This may lead to the teen securing bad grades in the school.

ADHD in adults is common. However, many adults are unaware about it. Anxiety and panic attacks have become so common in the generation that differentiating them from ADHD,especially in absence of knowledge about mental health, is too long a process for the face paced world. .

legal. Your computer and phone have several types of IP addresses (short for
internet protocol, a unique series of numbers that identify your specific device with
your online browsing), but we’ll focus on the type normally changed to protect your
privacy as you browse, and those which make you appear like you’re in a different
country.

If you just want to change your IP address without the additional privacy boost,
you can either enter your preferred IP manually, or you can just force your
device to retrieve a new one automatically.

Is it even legal to change your IP
address?

Yes, it’s legal to change your IP address in the US. People change their IP
addresses routinely when facing direct attacks on their online security, when
testing a website before it goes live, or when they simply prefer to protect their
privacy. Obviously, this FAQ is in no way offering legal advice and you should
consult a licensed attorney for specific questions, but the legal boundaries on
IP address changes usually start with what you change your IP to, and what
you do with that new IP address.

If you’ve changed your IP to impresonate individual or a business — often
called IP spoofing — you could be running afoul of the US Computer Fraud and
Abuse Act. You might also run into trouble if you’re changing your IP address
to access a website you’ve been banned from. IP spoofing is also a tool used
by some cybercriminals to perform a handful of well-known attacks, most
commonly those related to identity theft and those aimed at crippling websites
with organized distributed denial of service bombardment.

Writing To Impress

Source: Search Engine Journal

Content marketing is turning out to be a creatively challenging arena for the writers due to the increased use of content writing to promote every possible kind of business. Words have a vibe which are not only capable of attracting readers, but also can have an impact on them and thereby,to the business.
However, due to the over availability of the resources, loopholes and confusions are common issues while writing an article. However,It is important to identify the mistakes and the blunders in order to correct them. Given below are few points which lead to confusions, doubts, lack of information and content which thereby fails to create the driving factor.

Search for the knowledge: Writing takes time. An article is more than just a congregation of words regarding a topic. They are one’s perspective towards a topic and one’s presentation of the business which they represent. Absence of proper research and existence of doubts can be easily reflected from an article. Repetitive sentences and words, excessive technical details and complex points can indicate the less efforts which have been put into writing the article. For enhancing the interest in the article, the give topic has to be explored and understood in one’s own way. This renders originality to the article and portrays the individuality of the writer.

Punctuation And Grammer: Needless ro say,an article which has no proper format or punctuation can deflate the driving factor within seconds of its publication. Readers may find it difficult to read an article which lacks proper punctuations and grammer. Easy language and a simple and clean format can attract a receptive audience.

Google is not the content: In today’s reality where there can be hundreds of contents for one single( sometimes precise) topic, searching on google gives the readers an endless list. Endless choices. Then what makes your content unique? Its the writer’s curiosity to be creative and his absence of doubt regarding how might his content perform
The list of endlessness is equally available to the writer. Referring to multiple sources, without having the urge to understand the core topic can result in what we all know as plagiarism.
There are a thousands of writings prescribing different solutions & ideas. Some are just the replica of another. Considering our quick fix generation, it is only possible to hold the readers through something new. Something, which Google is not aware of. Something which is ‘authentic’.

You before Me: The major confusion which is faced while writing a content is regarding the balance between the use of ME and YOU wherein ME refers to the writer and the company. ‘YOU’ refers to the readers or customers. A common blunder to be seen in a content is its major focus on the company. Its products and schemes. Words like Using the company name again and again may annoy the reader after a certain point. They know what the company is all about. Tell them how it can benifit them. The driving factor behind a good content is to provide the readers with their own space in the writing where a link is created between what the business has to offer and how it can be beneficial to the reader. This link is to be created after a thorough understanding of the business’s products and intentions so that figuring out its purpose and benefits is quick and easy. But how to figure out the benefits in the best way?this takes us to our next point.

Empathy : As spiritual as it may sound, empathy towards your targeted audience is the key driving factor to bring the limelight to your writing. You have to relate to your readers. Imagine yourself as the audience and what you most probably would expect from the company’s products or schemes. Present the article in a way which communicates to the readers about their needs and not yours(that I was supposed to write an article,I have reached the word limit,I have mentioned the company, ‘I’ have written the solutions which ‘I’ think the company can provide. The End). While researching for writing articles or blogs, its not just the company which is to be understood but also the audience and what kind of wants they might have depending on the nature and schemes of the company.

Humour is an art: Speaking and writing, both are fields where adding a bit of something extra in a positive way can uplift the interest of the people. Just like a good speaker, through a smile and a pinch of relatable humour, can enhance the listener’s engagement and positivity, the writer can do the same to engage the readers more into their content. Lighthearted humour in the middle of an article can make it relatable and less monotonous for the reader. For example: While writing for a jewellery business,we may introduce different schemes with a light joke on how scary a one time payment seems like and how your company’s scheme can help delete the fear. Thus, one arrow, two targets. Customer engagement and creative marketing for the upcoming scheme.

Content writing is not speech giving: The content of an article should speak to the reader. It is written in the form of interaction(one way though). Writing an article considering it as a speech is just like mugging up something and vomitting it in front of a large audience while looking at the wall.
Open ended questions in the middle of an article not only engages the interest of the reader his mind too. It may make them more aware of their wants and they may take a step forward to buy your opinion and words.
Recommend the product, schemes or ideas rather than narrating its mere characteristics to the audience. Recommendations can be done creatively enough by speaking about the realistic problems of the readers and recommending the product based on the actual solution which the product is capable to provide.

Short And Sweet: Lastly, your content should be short and to the point. As your article is about marketing and not a novel or a story, lengthy articles may divert the attention of the readers. In a generation where solutions are available at a person’s fingertips, none really reads a lengthy article to find the bit which was meant for them. However,a clear knowledge and good understanding of the topic can make precision possible.Highlighting the important aspects, using short and interesting sub headings and adding pointers and bulletins attracts the full attention of the readers to the article. Using the proper words in the right places can save up our word limit to a huge extent

How many of the above mentioned points have you failed to acknowledge in the past?

With possible references and right guidelines one can start from scratch. Content writing is a competitive field. Improving and learning new methods abd concepts help us stay ahead and perform our best. Good things take time and as the saying goes,’Rome wasn’t built in a day’. Learn slow to perform efficiently.
