REGARDING CORRECT CERTIFICATE FROM EDUINDEX

From few days I am writing emails to give me certificate of date 16 june to 16 july. since month of july i am doing so but AGAIN and AGAIN I am rcieving wrong certificate. I need to prepare summer internship report. i cant attach wrong certificate. This is my last option to write here. I am in a complusion otherwise I would have not written here.

Its my humble request to everyone who is reading it please like . So that it can come in front of the team.

And if team you are reading this please prepare a certificate from the 16 june to 16 july. In my offer letter too you have mentioned same date. COMMENT ME IF YOU HAVE PREPARED. I WILL SEND U DETAILS.

I am quite depressed with such an unlawful behaviour.

Good Vibes Only

Vibes are natural. They can be so easily faked by certain overly positive phrases similar to the title, that it becomes more difficult for us to experience sadness as just another part of our lives. Sadness is a valid emotional state. Let no post, quote or smiling person tell you it’s not

You see, juices too have the tag ‘Natural’ written in front of the tetra packets with a huge list of ingredients at the back. Good vibes is sold in somewhat a similar manner. ‘Good vibes only’ written in the front with tons of unsolved situations, sadness, depression, melancholy hiding behind.

But their Intentions are good,right?

Yes, just like the beauty brands which have good and pure intentions. Just like beauty brands want you to feel good and look good by using THEIR products, THEIR way and THEIR standards. Just like the whispering about how you should look to be perceived as glamourous behind the simple phrases like ‘Look good, feel good, be you’.
‘Good vibes only’ is a phrase which has become overly common on social media platforms. ‘Good Vibes’ are possible but ‘Only’ is less of a motivational advice and more of a ‘This is how you should feel’. On careful observation you will find it to be a sweet manipulation. And we buy it! So they sell it.
Just like we change ourselves little by little by falling for this fake goodness, we also remain unaware of the term called ‘mental health’. Even the well known writers were not born with good vibes pouring from them. It was their sadness, hurdles, frustrations,teenage,failures and gloomy days which had built them up.

Self Help Books promote good vibes too. What about them?

They promote good vibes while also putting forward the lesson that it cannot be achieved in a day. The writers often give a piece of their own past lifestyles while explaining the change in them or by mentioning the journey of some other renowned personality’s life. In the books it is often directly or indirectly mentioned how failures and hurdles help you understand the difference between wants and needs. Pleasure and purpose. Wrong and right. To be or to do.
The self help books are like a manual to an improved life. Sometimes our obsession to be positive makes us buy tons of self help books. But honestly, you need one, two or maximum three authors to know HOW to be positive. Such books are rather a process put forward which can help us be positive rather than a huge command asking us to BE POSTIVE straightaway.

So, we should be sad?

We should enjoy that emotion equally. In my previous article I had mentioned how you should accept your emotions. Its okay to feel how you feel. Its okay to have mental disorders. Its okay to be cynical. Its okay to be pessimist.
Feedback is necessary to improve yourselves. You get judged once, you ignore it and you may ignore it even after few more judgements regarding the same aspect of yours. But when many people will point that same aspect of yours again and again, you will know that there is indeed something wrong about it. That is how you understand where you need to improve. That is when you may start self introspection. Asking for feedback or getting unwanted feedbacks is not a pleasant experience. It never is. So what? You will cut them of? You will perceive them as someone who is jealous of you? Someone who eludes bad vibes?

In such a case you need to understand that your ‘good vibes’ is being fueled by ego. Surround yourself with people who do judge you. Sometimes you effortlessly get surrounded by such people. Sometimes, that is what even true friends do. They point it out on your face. We do need a second person’s perspective of us to know ourselves better.

Inferiority complex, depression, anxiety, panic attacks cannot be shut by putting a poster of ‘Good vibes only’ on your face. It will make you burst like an atom bomb.

Body Positivity

Body positivity is a real good campaign but imagine, a person who is sitting and chomping on food the entire day goes around singing slogans of body positivity and shouting at anyone who advices him to live a healthier lifestyle. That is how these posts effect us.
Accept yourself the way you are. True. Indeed. But improve yourself if there is truly a necessity. Be a better version of yourself. In the above example about the food chomper, the concept of ‘Body Is A Temple’ is a rather suitable advice.

Good vibes and Empathy

Good vibes is sympathy. When someone is sharing their story and if you put motivational speech in their head, they will either feel worse or leave you with your dearest vibes. Empathy is rather assuring them that its okay to feel the way they feel. Empathy is helping them to accept their situation,emotions,thoughts and present condition while sharing your own story to them. Everyone has a story. It’s the negative which makes the positive

Good Vibes and Happiness are same, right?

You mean, is mental peace and happiness same? Yes, they are. Being at peace with yourself takes years. It is a very difficult process. We are not saints. Once you are at peace with yourself, you will feel content. Self contention.
Happiness is not smiling and going here and there to tell everyone that ‘ Hey, I am positive. Feel my Vibes’. Happiness is enjoyment. It can be in public or private. Loud or quiet. A party or a book. A diamond or just a cup of tea. It depends. Happiness is based on your perspective. When you are content with yourself, you do elude positive vibes. You do not even need to wear a ‘Good Vibes Only’ t-shirt to communicate it to others.
Good vibes are not wrong. They are never wrong. But it is not achieved by hiding your pains, ignoring them or just imprisoning them behind your teeth while you put a big smile on your face

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Talking about a mental disorder is like speaking about sexuality. Not that the latter is less important but the fact that both the subjects are hardly acknowledged is dangerous.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a common disorder found amongst all age groups. Especially children and young adults. Most probably, half of the population having this disorder are not even aware of its existence and effects.

What is ADHD?

It is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. The name itself reveals a lot about.

In children it is often quite visible. The symptoms range from doing too much activities, not being able to be still for a time span and lacking focus. With regard to this age group, the symptoms are clearly visible and may hamper the child’s education and causes many more distress in home and school. Many children outgrow ADHD but others may be effected in their adolescence and adulthood.
In such scenarios, the teachers and the school should look after the learning impairment by introducing the child new teaching techniques, learning skills and modified curriculum

In teens the Symptoms may get worse due to the hormonal changes of adolescence and the sudden increase of academic pressure on them
Symptoms include forgetting dates of assignments, may interrupt their classmates and teachers, rush in assignments. The teens may often do a number of tasks while forgetting the primary tasks to be completed. Their lack of focus extends to peer relationships. This may lead to the teen securing bad grades in the school.

ADHD in adults is common. However, many adults are unaware about it. Anxiety and panic attacks have become so common in the generation that differentiating them from ADHD,especially in absence of knowledge about mental health, is too long a process for the face paced world. .
A comprehensive evaluation including review of their past and present symptoms, medical history and examination. Medications and psychotherapy is given to adults diagnosed with ADHD. Behaviour management strategies involving minimization of disruption and increase structure and organization and involving family members can be helpful

The Three Types Of ADHD

ADHD, predominantly impulsive/hyperactive: The most least common type of ADHD. Symptoms include: Not being able to sit still, talking too much, always on the go as if driven by a motor, has difficulty waiting for his or her turn, Interrupts conversation

Inattentive Type: Doesn’t pay close attention to details and makes careless mistakes in schools or workplace, does not seem to listen when spoken to (lost in some other thoughts),lacks focus, has problem organizing tasks, avoids and dislikes tasks requiring mental efforts, looses things of daily use

ADHD Combined Type: The most common type of ADHD which is a combination of the above two types.

What Causes ADHD


ADHD is mostly hereditary.However,premature birth and the consumption of alcohol and cigarettes during pregnancy can also lead to ADHD developing in the child.

Can ADHD Be Cured?

ADHD has no permanent cure. However,it can be managed through a number of medications and therapies. In many cases medications alone is an effective treatment. However, in other cases therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, support groups, anger management and counselling psychology are effective.

Jealousy, Inferiority Complex & Insecurities – Different Words, Same Emotions

Jealousy is common nowadays but none admits it. People love flaunting anger which is as destructive as jealousy but the former isn’t related to self image always. Its just a product of either our emotional state or our pride. But why is jealousy hidden? And why is it more dangerous? Because if anger means killing one’s peace and calmness, jealousy slowly poisons one’s self image,slowly,until there is a sudden awareness of one losing his true identity.

Its not a fault. But

the society perceives it as one. Most of the times people can’t help it. Anger can be controlled but jealousy cannot be controlled if it ever generates in their mind. Yes, it is true that perceptions help us to maintain a positive mental health but not always one can nurture a positive perception. Jealousy is a mirror of our insecurities, self doubt and inferiority complex because when one is truly happy with what they are, they never find the need to compare themselves with some other individuals who are possessing some other different talents or possessions. Often at work or even in colleges and schools, people face the problem of dealing with their insecurities and doubts. People usually applaud the ones who have some visible, well known, unique talents which they successfully convert into skills but however, we all tend to ignore the ones who fail to convert their talents into skills and instead of motivating them, most of the times we find them being cornered, which results to low self esteem. Such people may or may not be compared by their colleagues or family but they start comparing themselves with others and tend to pin point flaws which they think they possess. Whereas in reality these assumptions are worse than hallucinations. Such thoughts and mental state has often lead to many cases of severe depression and suicides as these people loose the interest in their lives and due to continuous comparison, they forget their worth. Henceforth,people who are jealous of others are not always the enemies or haters. They are mostly people who find themselves cornered in the presence of the other people or a particular person, and often loose their confidence and self esteem while comparing their achievements and talents with the others who are applauded in the room


Jealousy is also a product of perfection. When one is considered to be the BEST in the room, their fear often pokes them to hold on to their position and even if someone is applauded, they don’t take it positively. Their mind perceives it as a COMPETITION where they have to win. This is when one starts either being aggressive or a bully. Sometimes even a demotivator. That’s when one stops being a leader and starts being a boss. One compliment to someone else and the mental peace remains broken. This is how fragile jealousy makes our mind.
However in such cases one should talk. If not to their friends or family members, they can talk with themselves. If self comparison is worse than the others comparing us, self appraisal and motivation is way better than the others motivating us. Spending time with ourselves and discovering what we are good at supports our self image. Unless we polish ourselves, we can’t shine.

When our mind accepts the fact that we are a separate individual and that we can’t be someone’s replica, we often free ourselves from one of the most deadliest manmade mental torture device, jealousy. If someone has something better to offer to the world, instead of torturing our peace and our basic personality, we can learn from them. And to do that, we can keep aside our ego and accept the fact that none is the best and there will always be people around us who maybe better or worse than us. The choice is in our hands. We can learn from the better and be our best or we can compare ourselves with the better and be the worse.

Four steps to increase self-confidence

We all standed in the situation where we are thought about whether we will succeed in the life or not. To overcome this situation we need the tool called self-confidence. Some people think self-confidence is an natural born talent, but in reality ‘self-confidence’ is one of the skill in the human life which can got by doing practice and consistently. Here are I came with four habits that will improve you in daily life to boost confidence.

1) PRACTICE AND REPEATION

In life, every human being is starting their life with zero knowledge. They even don’t know how to talk , how to eat, how to walk etc. In initial life we speak with unknown way and get practice so we speak in acceptable way. Even many legends are suggested in at first but they overcome this situation by doing “PRACTICE AND REPEATION”. In initial everybody make mistakes so you don’t be affair of mistakes and failures. 2) RECALL YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS

In world we have seen some people who always spread negativism and aslo they disagree for your optimistic growth. So don’t feel low to this negatives it will waste your time and wealth. At this time, you should remember some small achievements and note it down in the small notebook it will boost your brain and confidence. And aslo write even small achievements that will help you in daily activities and aslo for building new habits.

3) POSITIVE SELF TALKING

We all everyone speak ourself everyday however it’s a common habit for everyone. But how we speak ourself is matters whether we speaking positively or negatively. Because of matter, our self talk will target about our self-confidence. If we talk about negative we attached by negative. If we talk about positive we attached by positive. Speak yourself daily mirror like:

  • I am wealthy
  • I am rich
  • I am smart
  • I am confident

ALWAYS CULTIVATE GOOD THOUGHTS AND REMAIN POSITIVE

4) FOCUS ON POSITIVE THINGS

In the life we all have both positive and negative effects. As we running our life with happiness, sadness, relaxation , many of us always attached by the negatives. This negatives are attached by themselves in the way of thinking. So the importance of thinking is attracted when you’re thinking in positive.

How To Manage Emotions

In my previous to previous article on thoughts and how it stimulates emotions I had put forward my view that no emotion exists without a reason. Its there because we think of a situation, a person or something in a particular way which kick starts our emotions accordingly.

I am a teenager and I suffer from unexplainable emotions sometimes. Thanks to the person who gave me the most brightest and the most practical solution to this issue. He is none other than Vex King.

Unlike thoughts, emotions CANNOT be controlled but are to understood. It is only after a thorough understanding of your feelings or emotions that you can conclude the root cause(the thoughts) which created it.

For example: Have you ever felt inferiority complex? The feeling which makes your confidence and belief shiver and which makes your mind the supreme critic of yourself.

How do you at all stop that kind of feeling? Its so common nowadays.

 

• The most important step to take before understanding why you feel the way you feel is to accept that you feel something negative crawling in you. Most of the people nowadays ignore their emotions by working and spending their time somehow. But that never ends the feelings. It just subjugates it and once the person is all by themselves before bed or even for a minute, those emotions swallow down his peace.

They say you cannot run from a truth and emotions are a truth. You cannot run from it. To fight it,you have to face it.

Question It. (Asking such questions is not just helping you understand tour emotions better but helps you get a closer insight about your thought process, assumptions, perspectives)

Why do you feel emotions of anxiousness and panic? Why do you feel jealous and insecure in someone else’s presence? Why are you questioning your worth?

Because, you THINK and FEEL you are not enough. Somewhere you are so lost looking for validation and praises that even the minute criticism to receive makes your heart stop.

Because you feel what the other person possesses is much better than what you have as they get praised for it and your mind continuously reminds you how foolish you are for not being like them.

Its okay to feel this way. Half of the population of our race feels the similar nowadays.

Because our mind has no achievement to hold on to which it can spoil with ego(not an achievement which our pride can utilize). On further questioning you will find the answer. Just like when you have ego you can’t see anyone else but you, similarly when it breaks you see everyone else but you.  So, its not them who seems too good to be true, its your thoughts and emotions which cloud your awareness from knowing your own capabilities.

Its not our fault. We are so accustomed to feel empty and disposable after our ego is broken, we do not know who we are.

But if you choose to remain this way, it is your fault.

•Are they worth your energy?analyse & question the answers!After questioning and finding the answers to your emotions and understanding the reasons behind their presence, question the validity of the answers. Question the thoughts which made you feel in a particular way about the situation. Why did you think in that way?

Some questions for the given example situation of inferiority complex are as follows:

Can you be the person who, according to you, is better than you? (a rather negative perspective of someone being better than you)

Can you live your life being someone else? Pleasing everyone but you? Living like a puppet?

To which feature of them are you comparing yourself with? Do you know enough about that feature of yours? Have you ever tested it?

The list can go on… which, after a certain time will question your thoughts and changes it with positivity. Self introspection does wonders

Realization:  This is the final step wherein the complete understanding of the emotions set in. Not only we become aware of the emotions but we have understood it by this stage and now its time to do the needful. With an understanding of your emotional state, now you can actually ‘move on’ in your life with a rather better understanding of yourself.

Emotions make us human. You can never be devoid of it but however, understanding your emotions cuts off the negative and self detoriating emotions and replaces them with calmness and a sense of freedom from the chaos.

 

 

 

 

 

Thoughts Are Yours But Not YOU

Thoughts do not define you.


Isn’t it sounding dumb? Let’s introduce you to a new perspective.

Most of the humans inhabit in themselves a computer which runs in accordance to the instructions. It goes without saying which part of a human it is. It is none other than our brain. The reasons behind our race’s excelling heights but also the main culprit behind its sadness. But it does not define us

How? Still unanswered!

Because the brain is hard to control. Why do you think a person requires a psychiatrist or a psychologist or a therapist to understand their thoughts, reactions and behaviours?

And also…why do you think you want to keep a part of YOU under control?

Because it is not you. And applause to those who become aware of it and consult the right person.

But how do I justify what I just explained?

The subconscious brain acts in accordance to the our thoughts/perspectives and how it usually makes us react to a particular kind of situation.
For example: We may have a habit of getting angry out of nowhere when someone intimidates us . That’s our usual way of thinking in such situation. Fight back!

•Or,we may get worried when smallest of things are left undone. Maybe because our thoughts murmur all possible negative consequences the undone tasks may have

•Or,We may get frustrated when something does not go our way because our thoughts might just block out any possible scope of understanding.

How many times do we end up crying or saying to ourselves “This was not me. I didn’t meant to do it” to ourselves or to the person concerned?

What is similar in these three examples?

Guilt. Surprise. Cluelessness. Breakdown. All of which takes place after we have reacted. But why?

Because it induces toxicity in us. We do not want to react that way but we feel imprisoned.

The kind of thoughts which we nurture towards a certain situation(negative thoughts)stimulate such reactions and when the reaction is delivered, it makes us feel terrible. We end up questioning, why did we act like that?

The answer is, because of our own perspective!
The way in which we usually perceive a situation gets registered deep inside our subconscious mind and its so deeply registered that mostly, we cannot stop ourselves from perceiving things the same way in every situation.
The subconscious mind has observed you thinking one particular way and it has understood how to think thereafter.

Then how do we change the instructions which we gave to this computer?

Be aware of the instructions you give to it. Being aware is the key to controlling your thoughts.
Be aware of the development of this habit of thinking negatively. Be aware of your perspective and how it is controlling you.

Every situation is neutral. We are not really controlled by a situation but by our thoughts regarding the situation.
A positive mindset diverts our mind to the brighter side of the situation. To the goodness present in it. Such a mindset gives us happiness and makes us humble.

A negative mindset is rather cynical. It makes us feel terrible about the situation and thus,we end up acting terribly.
In such a situation we do not control our thoughts but it controls us.

A negative mindset attracts negative vibes, things and sometimes negative self proclaimed prophecies may end up becoming our reality.

But how do we control it?

Consult a psychiatrist or a therapist. I put it the first because it is important too. The fact about getting medical assistance for mental health is talked about so rarely that I decided to put it as a possible and probably one of the best ways to control your thoughts. Speak it out to them.

Meditation. Changing your thoughts require you to calm yourself down the first. Meditation gives you an understanding of the true nature of your thoughts by making you calm and relaxed. When calm, you can question your thoughts and be crystal clear about the reason behind its existence. Delete the instructions from the computer by questioning its importance.
Be calm to hear the voices in you

Engage in positive activities. After deleting the old instructions which your computer was habituated to, you require a set of improved instructions.
Meditation can be the best instruction because it teaches us how to control our thoughts and get a clear understanding of our emotions. Reading self help books help further in understanding your subconscious mind and therefore, helping you understand how to instruct it and get control over it. Yoga helps you to stay active, healthy and can greatly control the stimulation of anger and frustration by assisting you in controlling your thoughts. Pursue new habits. Keeping yourself busy with habits which add up to your growth and development can do wonders to your perspective.
Drinking enough water can equally boost your thoughts. Water absorbs energy and when you surround yourself with positive activities, habits and people, it absorbs the best. Remember, more than half of your body is water. Travelling is an all time favorite therapy for most. Its benefits goes without saying. Go somewhere far and spend time with YOU. YOU and your soul deserves attention.
Practice helping and humility. You can never ever absorb the N of NEGATIVITY in you when your soul is open for all.

At the end of it all, if you are confused between thoughts and emotions, let me explain my take on it.

Thoughts stimulate emotions which in turn stimulate reaction.
Understand your emotions and control your thoughts. The lock is the subconscious mind and awareness is the key.


Weight Loss & Metabolism

Weight loss is of two types. Healthy And Unhealthy and most of the time the main concern of this generation is the body. They overlook the diet. For most of the people,weight loss means skipping meals and increasing exercises. This technique is rather an illogical and harmful way of loosing weight. We may end up loosing some pounds by following such techniques but we also gain fatigue,weakness,low immunity and no proper metabolism. Eating low calorie,less nutritious foods throughout the day without no proteins or intake of other vitamins,minerals and fibres can lower down our metabolism and if metabolism slows down it can cause a slower pace in achieving a healthy weight loss,severe constipation which can make us feel uneasy and a prolonged constipation can lead to a swelled up stomach or the development of stones which can cause jaundice and cancer.
Thus overlooking the metabolism while loosing weight can effect us in adverse way.


There are different ways of increasing metabolism for a healthy weight loss. First,before anything else,we should look after our digestive system. Easily digestible and healthy foods increase the digestion rate and thus enhances metabolism. Its easy to digest healthy foods and can easily provide us energy by breaking down at a faster pace and the calories from such foods are easier to burn. It is already said,a person who has a balanced diet with nutritious foods in it,they can easily loose weight if they follow a proper exercise and physical health routine. The body burns more calories while digesting proteins rather than fats or carbohydrates. Thus,to make the diet more healthier,we can add eggs,meat,fishes and beats in our diet.On the other hand,a person who has a disbalanced diet,concentrating on only one nutrient or comprising of just junk food will find it difficult to burn the calories and the extra fats.which gets stored in their bodies. Junk foods take longer time to break down and the calories they contain do not burn easily. This is how a proper diet leads to a proper digestive system which in turn stimulates better metabolism which helps in weight loss. We may also added vitamin B1,B2 and B6 as they are equally important for increasing metabolic rate


The body is a machine. If it’s not active,it gets rusted. A balanced diet cannot help unless there is a presence of a PROPER exercise routine. Even if for half an hour,high intensity workouts help to burn the calories and steadies the metabolism rate. Full body exercises,stretches and basic exercuses for the abdominal muscles can be a good start for the beginners.
Increasing metabolism is not possible if the consumption of calories is more than the calories which get burned but sometimes even after trying alot our metabolism may not increase. It can be due to presence of any diseases in our body like hypothyroidism. In such a case,diet and exercises should be decided after consulting a doctor.
Building muscles does not only makes our body look fitter and more attractive but it also has many hidden benefits. People with more muscles have a better metabolism rate as one pound of muscles uses 6 calories to sustain whereas each pound of fat uses 2 calories. Thus,muscle training can help us to a great extent to burn fats and engance the metabolism rate. But however,aerobic exercises are equally useful.


And the major ingredient to a better health?drink lots of water. Water doesn’t just calm our thirst but also our body. People who drink 8-9 glasses of water have a good metabolism rate as calories need water to be processed and burn. Water is important for digestion. If our body is dehydrated,the process kf metabolism slows down. Thus,to increase the metabolism rate one should nwver underestimate the power of water. The best part is water doesn’t have much calories but helps to burn hundreds of calories. Drinking water before and after every meal will help the body to break down the food easily while keeping us hydrated. Cucumbers,tomatoes and other such vegetables and fruits with high water content can also be consumed to boost up our calorie burning capacity.


Last but not the least,never cheat on sleep. When sleeping our body produces a hormone named ghrelin(increases hunger)and releases less of the hormone reption(helps a person to feel full). Thus,enough sleep balances the hormones and prevents overeating

How cool is to be a meme addict…

Memes, the trending way to show yourself cool. If life makes you cry, make a meme on it, if something’s going wrong, make a meme.

Nowadays, the memes are also becoming the symbol of rebellion,of opposition. Some political parties & companies are hiring memers too. Well, it sounds cool, isn’t it?

But, do you really think that meme addiction is ok? Is it really ok to laugh on every unusual event ? Are memes really making you a well mannered & a risk taking human being..? Just think over it.

Well..I don’t think that meme addiction is cool. I’m not talking about facts, but about the personal experience. And obviously, no addiction is really cool.

So, let me tell you by a personal experience that how meme addiction can turn you into a negatively approached & inexorable person.

Let me share two incidents of my own related to this meme addiction ~

There, I was a meme addict, following a lot of meme pages two years ago. Of course, there were lot of memes which I never liked, but okk, I was still laughing on those too. And then at a point of time, I just realized that I was actually turning into a person full of hatred towards every shit thing/people. When, I analyzed the situation, I realized, it was the hate coming from the meme pages. I just unfollowed every single meme page. And yeh, this problem got solve.

So, after the first incident, I wasn’t really into memes. I used to see only the memes shared by my friends to me. But now, just coming to the present time, when I realized that memes are again causing negativity around me & has converted me into a person who just laughs on her problem. Ohh..Yes, laughing on your life problems isn’t always good.

Memes, like the above one, give us excuses actually. Excuses to avoid the problem.

Okk, I am going through a trough in my life, then I see a meme which is justifying my condition by helding someone/something responsible & now I am actually happy seeing this, just forgot that I need to work hard to get out of this trough.

Ok, scientific studies show that laughing is the best therapy & some motivator type people quote that ~ “laugh at all your problems”. But, you just need to think over it, not everything is for laughing.

Sometimes all these laughing situations give us excuses & we start avoiding the problem. “Problems are to fight not to avoid.”

I’m not saying that every single meme is turning every single being into negative. But, I’m saying that just look around you & see if it’s because of memes that you’re turning into a negative being.

And, finally just avoid, every kind of addiction, be it’s meme addiction or some other addiction. Addictions can charge a positive being to the negative.

One difficulty for understanding beauty is due to the fact that it has both objective and subjective aspects: it is seen as a property of things but also as depending on the emotional response of observers. Because of its subjective side, beauty is said to be “in the eye of the beholder”.

It has been argued that the ability on the side of the subject needed to perceive and judge beauty, sometimes referred to as the “sense of taste”, can be trained and that the verdicts of experts coincide in the long run.

This would suggest that the standards of validity of judgments of beauty are intersubjective, i.e. dependent on a group of judges, rather than fully subjective or fully objective.

Conceptions of beauty aim to capture what is essential to all beautiful things. Classical conceptions define beauty in terms of the relation between the beautiful object as a whole and its parts: the parts should stand in the right proportion to each other and thus compose an integrated harmonious whole. Hedonist conceptions see a necessary connection between pleasure and beauty, e.g. that for an object to be beautiful is for it to cause disinterested pleasure. Anteambulo – The Key To Knowledge

In ancient roman period there existed a practice about which few know today. The businessmen and other influential people acted as patrons for painters and writers in return of something which required more than their artistry. They acted as ‘Anteambulo’. The term literally translates to ‘clearing the path’. The artists had the responsibility to walk in front of their patrons, communicating messages and finding directions for them. It was like a give and take relation wherein the artists got the necessities of life and patrons for their work. On the other hand, the influential businessmen got artists to clear the path for them.

So, why am I narrating such an ancient practice in this article?

Leading requires a habit of following. A leader with no experience is actually, more inferior than a follower. Referring to the practice of Anteambulo, it was the artist who had to clear the path for his patron. It can be seen in two perspectives:


The egoistic approach: Serving someone by finding paths for them may sound rude . An artist may go on to describe the practice as biased and discriminatory and may despite the upper castes in his works. But while he does that, he forgets how, because of his patron, he was able to bring his views and arts to life and to the people.

The humble approach: Clearing the path for someone else may equal to serving someone but while clearing the path and finding directions( both physical and philosophical) for your superior you makes it easy for the master to flourish which in turn provides you with your necessities of life and your art AND you learn where to go, what to avoid, the right method and the right direction as you have been giving directions to the patron. Clearing the path for yourself becomes easy and crystal clear.
The point of the approach is, when a master flourishes, so does the follower.

What is the significance of ‘Anteambulo’ in today’s world?

Its endless. In today’s world where ego dominates every other person, the theory of Anteambulo acts like a lesson. Who even likes their bosses and seniors at work? They seem so bossy to most. It hurts your image of yourself. You end up asking questions to yourself and sometimes to them:

Who are you to be so bossy? Who do you think you are?

Answer: Who do YOU think you are? You are questioning to someone superior who knows what they are doing and who definitely know who they are. They struggled to be there.
But who are YOU? Your high grades? Your skills? Your beauty? Your ‘idea’ of yourself? No. Sometimes all we know or all we ‘think’ we know is too less or too wrong.

You are your patience, your curiosity, your morals, your determination, your action and above all, your humility. Every person born till date was blessed with humility and polluted with ego. They either cleaned it up or set up more factories in themselves.

Its him/her who benefits out of my hard work! He won’t give me credit so I will not do the work either. Why should I?

Answer: Because it’s not about the credit, its about the learning. Using the ‘I loose so he looses too’ formula will make you the biggest looser. Ryan Holiday refers to this practice as the ‘Canvas Strategy‘. In Ryan Holiday’s words, ‘Find canvas for other people to paint on’ . And definitely, not ask credits for finding the canvas but learn from what and how the other paints.
Push someone who is really good at doing something so that they can do better and you can learn from them.
When you start with a new job or a course or when you’re training for some new sports, you have no knowledge of it. Even If you do, its not enough. Knowing theoretical knowledge and gaining practical knowledge together, makes you grow. In order to gain practical knowledge, you need to observe, learn and look up to someone who is better than you.
Being an Anteambulo is never wrong.
