positive things. Success means personal prosperity: a fine home, vacations, travel, new things, manual security, giving your children maximum advantages. Success means winning admiration, leadership, being looked up to by people in your business and sodalite. Success
means freedom: freedom from worries, fears, frustrations, and
failure. Success means self-respect, continually fading more real
happiness and satisfaction from life, being able to do more for
those who depend on you.
Success means winning.
Success~achievement~is the goal of life!
HOW TO DEVELOP THE POWER OF BELIEF:-
Here are the three guides to acquiring and strengthening the
power of belief:
1. Think success, don’t think failure. At work, in your home,
substitute success thinking for failure thinking. When you
face a difficult situation, think, ”I’ll win,” not ‘Til probably
Maximizing our potential is not something we can learn at school. You can’t read it from a book, and you can’t learn something like this at a seminar. It is something you develop, in the form of resilience in the face of controversy and criticism.
2. EXPLORE YOUR PASSION.
Numerous studies of highly successful people indicate a high correlation between passion, believing in a calling, enjoying a job and performing at a high level.
So ask yourself what would you do with your time if you were living your ideal life? Make a list of at least ten things.
3. THE BIGGEST SUCCESS KILLER IS
identifying with being average and accepting mediocrity as your way of life.
Mediocrity is a personal choice. Without understanding the difference between success and mediocrity, we all risk accepting things that are way below our potential and leading a very average life.
4. THE SECRET OF SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE
Is positive attitude towards struggle.
Its not so much the struggle that cause the burnout, but the perception of struggle as a failure rather than a setback
Developing a new skill takes effort and its okay to fail productively. But don’t ask for help or give up early – allow yourself to grapple with the task so you get the maximum growth.
1. The first hour of the day is the golden hour and thus in the first hour from 5 am to 6 am applying the 20/20/20 formula can truly change your performance of the whole day.
2. It states that the first 20 minutes are for exercising, the next 20 minutes are for growing i.e. reading or listening podcast or audiobooks.
3. By performing these activities you awaken the 4 interior empires( mindset, heart set, soul set, and health set) because if you want to experience empires in your outer life you need to develop your inner ones first.
4. Waking up at 5 am can enhance peoples productivity and happiness and as a result people can achieve an epic height of success in their professional as well as personal life.

My biggest fear in life is to settle down with a job that pays me well. A dream of many but a fear of mine. I want constant change. So, I can experience more. I want to live my life to the fullest. I want to make sure I do not settle anywhere.
I knew the life I wanted from a young age. But, that doesn’t mean it is an easy path. Our society expects a stereotypical decent job from us. Society wants to do what is easy. It wants us to start existing and forget living.
I cannot just exist. I want to live.
Living and existing both means to stay alive. But, existing is living a boring life and doing what is necessary for survival. While living is enjoying our time doing things we love.
Living doesn’t mean that you forget about your job. Our world is a place where we have to pay money to live. The concept does not make sense to me. But it is the sad truth. So we do have to earn to live.
For me living would require doing what I love and not just on the weekends. When I say I want to live, I mean that I want to enjoy my job. Which is a bizarre idea for people around me. To them, having a job or being successful cannot be fun.
What we all have to understand is that success is different for everyone. For some people, success will be settling down because they fear struggles. But, for me, success is doing what makes me happy. I know that my only way of succeeding in life is doing what I am passionate about.
When we are young, we all have a will to live our life to the fullest. But we grow up and are forced into reality. We get trapped in rules and responsibilities. We forget our true selves and start falling into the trap of existing. Existing is always accepted by society. Society wants us to simply exist. Even if it makes us unhappy.
We need to put a stop to that. We need to take life into our control. We don’t have to live a boring life for safety and security. All of us have a purpose in our life. Every single person has something that they love and would be good at. But, our society forces us to put our dreams aside.
A lot of people also fear not having a plan in their life. Which doesn’t make sense. You cannot expect 17-year-olds who barely have life experiences to choose what they want to do in their life. Things do not even go according to our plan. I know so many people who ended up doing things completely different than their plan.
So, I want you all to calm down. Take a moment to find yourself. Do what will make you happy.
It is your life. You are allowed to do what makes you feel alive. Listen to the stories of successful people. You will see them talking about how they stopped caring about society and following their dreams. That is what got them to a place where they are.
One needs to aim for the sky, to achieve as much as a mountain in the bargain Success in life comes only to those who are ready to work hard for the same. The key to success is to have an aim in life and the earlier you attain this aim, the better.
In spite of all the new options in today’s times, there are those age-old professions that are a favourite with most of the youngsters all the time. These include, the profession of a doctor, an engineer and that of a teacher or an advocate. I too, wanted to be part of one of these noble professions. If my memory proves me right, I always wanted to be a teacher. What is exciting about teaching is that this is one of the few professions where you are actually dealing with living beings. To make a difference to a child’s life or to positively influence a child in such a way as to bring about good change, is a great achievement in itself. Somewhere, along the path, we are also the product of the reinforcements made by our parents and teachers, one way or the other.
However, even our Puranas reinstate that the teacher or the guru’ comes above God. The reason being that teacher is the person who shows you the way to God, or teaches you, what God is all about. So, if the enlightenment of God and the things around you comes from one particular force, then that is the person to be revered, first.
The responsibility being immense, it’s not an easy job either. If the young minds have to look forward to you as a source of knowledge, then you need to be one. With the quantum of knowledge increasing day by day, it’s a difficult task to keep abreast of the upcoming information. Apart from all this, what is more important in this profession is whole hearted dedication and willingness to work beyond the restrictions of time and assigned duties.
With all this view in mind, I would like to pursue my ambition to be a teacher. It’s anyhow of least importance to assert which subject I would specialize in because subject is not as important, as to know, how to effectively teach it. Be it Maths. English or Science, to develop a flair and love for the subject is a teacher’ s greatest challenge. A bad teacher can always generate an aversion towards the subject in the minds of the children, just by not giving the subject a proper treatment. My ultimate aim would be to be such a teacher who would make a difference in the lives of young minds and bring about their overall development.
No one is perfect in the world but always try to be the better version of yourself. Every person is unique in herself or himself. person’s behaviour, attitude, character, perception, temper, personality traits make him distinctive.

Successful people deal with it by having a growth mindset. They believe that there are no weaknesses. They focus on areas of improvement , how they can improve and take action to avail any opportunity .
Throw out expectations our beliefs create our world, but unfortunately, sometimes our beliefs are not our own. Sometime we set up target as per the expectations of others. Your vision for who you want to be should be yours , not someone else’s

Lakshya is a patriotic movie launched in 2004. The movie showcase how an aimless person who under the influence of his friend joined Army Academy. He ran away due to the frequent punishments he received there but returned with an aim of joining army. Due to his efforts in the Academy he joined the army where he led a team of 12 army officers and soldiers to a successful clash to defeat the Infiltrators and re acquire the territory occupied by them.
Goal Orientation
“Lakshya” as the name of the movie suggests the movie revolves around the value of having a goal in the life. Whether it be an individual, group, organisation all requires an aim to work upon. The protagonist of this film (Karan) was a lazy and aimless young man who has no goals for his future. He joined a Military Academy under the influence of his friend and as a result he ran away from the academy due to the punishments he had to face due to his undisciplined and lazy attitude. But after he firmly decided to join the army he returns, takes his punishment, becomes a disciplined and focused officer cadet and eventually commissions into the Army.
Believe in Yourself
To achieve a goal a person, need to have faith in himself/herself that he/she can achieve the goal and is ready to face all the challenges and hurdles that act as a barrier in the same. The person should follow the policy that “ I can, and I will.”
When a person builds a believe in himself/herself then this believe acts as a self motivation which plays a crucial role in achieving the individual goals and the goals of the organisation with whom he/she is associated.
In the movie the proctor along with other team members were able to climb a 1000-foot-high rock cliff of the mountain because of the determination and the self believe they proved that nothing is impossible.
Team Spirit
A single person can’t achieve an organisational goal on his own. He requires the support , unity and co-ordination of all his team members whether it be his senior or sub-ordinates. All the efforts are worthless if the aim is not achieved. A single person can never be expert in all the fields and requires the knowledge and experience of other members to achieve the goal. This team spirit helps to raise new and innovative ideas to make the path of achieving goal effective and efficient. It also helps to improve the interpersonal relationships between the employees of an organisation which is crucial for best output from an employee.
Henri Fayol in one of his Principles Of Management i.e. in the Principle of “Esprit De Corps” defines that an organization must make every effort to maintain group cohesion i.e. a feeling of unity in the organization. He adds that a conflict in the team member and division of team due to conflict is a serious issue and needs to be resolved at priority to achieve the objective of an organization.
In the movie a team of 12 army officers and soldiers had a faith in each other and had a feeling of unity which helped them to defeat the infiltrators

We all tend to procrastinate in one way or another. Procrastination is delaying important tasks to do unimportant tasks instead.
Why would we want to complete tasks when we can spend our time doing more enjoyable things like watching a movie, going outside, playing a game, etc.
There are several reasons why people tend to procrastinate. They are due to depression, anxiety, perfectionism, fear of evaluation, lack of energy, or lack of motivation.
The first step to stop procrastinating is to figure out the reason behind it. So, you can start working on strategies to overcome it.
Procrastination is a bad habit. It stops us from reaching our potential. Yes, we can complete the assignment one minute before the deadline. But will that assignment be good?
So, here are a few tips that could help you break this cycle of procrastination:
Stop waiting for the right time to do the task. I had a habit of waiting for the right time. There is no right time. Take the time you have now and make it right.
Remember to give yourself breaks after completing the task. We cannot just keep working all day. Our brains need a break to rest. So, give yourself a break after you complete the task.
Another thing to do is forgive yourself if you procrastinated for a day. I try to be productive every day but, there are some days where I do not feel like doing much. That is okay too. We do not have to be so hard on ourselves. Just remember to make the next day count.
If you are not starting a few tasks because you think it is a lot of work. You should try dividing them into parts. This will give you enough time to complete everything without feeling drenched.
Reward yourself after completing tasks. This will make you feel accomplished and keep you motivated to do more because it comes with a reward.
When you enter a cycle of completing your tasks and then enjoying your time. It will give you a great sense of accomplishment. It feels great to do things beforehand instead of delaying them. This will make you feel more productive every day. This way you will not feel guilty for having fun.
Now, the next thing to do is to imagine yourself in a situation five years from now. You have completely failed in your life. All the dreams you had could not be fulfilled. Think about your emotions in this situation. Give yourself time to really imagine this situation.
Now how do you feel?
It is your procrastination that came in the way of your success. You kept delaying things and never ended up working for your dreams and future.
Lucky for us, it was just a situation that could happen if we keep procrastinating. We still have time with us to change the situation. Everything you do from this point should contribute to you not being in that situation.
“We are, all of us, growing volcanoes that approach the hour of their eruption, but how near or distant that is, nobody knows- not even God.”
~ Friedrich Nietzsche
We always talk about , what it would be like to see volcano eruption in front of your eyes ?
How amazing it would be like to find out , how the volcano erupt ?
There are many things that we don’t know exist in our earth 🌍. Do you want to know about it . If yes , than read the editorial .
Introduction
A volcano is a rupture in the crust of a planetary-mass object, such as Earth, that allows hot lava, volcanic ash, and gases to escape from a magma chamber below the surface.
On Earth, volcanoes are most often found where tectonic plates are diverging or converging, and most are found underwater.
The word volcano is derived from the name of Vulcano, a volcanic island in the Aeolian Islands of Italy whose name in turn comes from Vulcan, the god of fire in Roman mythology.
Many ancient accounts ascribe volcanic eruptions to supernatural causes, such as the actions of gods or demigods. To the ancient Greeks, volcanoes’ capricious power could only be explained as acts of the gods, while 16th/17th-century German astronomer Johannes Kepler believed they were ducts for the Earth’s tears.[87] One early idea counter to this was proposed by Jesuit Athanasius Kircher (1602–1680), who witnessed eruptions of Mount Etna and Stromboli, then visited the crater of Vesuvius and published his view of an Earth with a central fire connected to numerous others caused by the burning of sulfur, bitumen and coal.
Types of eruptions
Hydrothermal eruption. An eruption driven by the heat in a hydrothermal systems.
Phreatic eruption. An eruption driven by the heat from magma interacting with water.
Phreatomagmatic eruption.
Lava.
Strombolian and Hawaiian eruptions.
Vulcanian eruptions.
Subplinian and Plinian eruptions.
How do volcanoes erupt?
Deep within the Earth it is so hot that some rocks slowly melt and become a thick flowing substance called magma. Since it is lighter than the solid rock around it, magma rises and collects in magma chambers. Eventually, some of the magma pushes through vents and fissures to the Earth’s surface. Magma that has erupted is called lava.
The explosivity of an eruption depends on the composition of the magma. If magma is thin and runny, gases can escape easily from it. Explosive volcanic eruptions can be dangerous and deadly.
Humans and volcanoes
Volcanic eruptions pose a significant threat to human civilization. However, volcanic activity has also provided humans with important resources.
Although volcanic eruptions pose considerable hazards to humans, past volcanic activity has created important economic resources.
Volcanic ash and weathered basalt produce some of the most fertile soil in the world, rich in nutrients such as iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus.
Volcanic activity is responsible for emplacing valuable mineral resources, such as metal ores.
The paradox of volcanoes was that they were symbols of destruction but also life. Once the lava slows and cools, it solidifies and then breaks down over time to become soil – rich, fertile soil. She wasn’t a black hole, she decided. She was a volcano. And like a volcano she couldn’t run away from herself. She’d have to stay there and tend to that wasteland. She could plant a forest inside herself.
In today’s fast moving and overly competitive world, all people care about is being successful. And for the ones who are already there, it is hard to believe that they faced no failure on their way to the top. Failure is a part of success, it is the part of our lives. That one failed moment is enough to make you think about what you can do if you give it one more try. People want success but what they don’t desire is failure.
You must have heard life stories of many great people but I bet everyone had their challenges. If you try to do everything perfectly, made sure that everything goes according to your “plan” and leave no scope for failure, do you really think life would be easy to live? Is it that easy to control every aspect of your life? I think not. I am not saying you must leave scope for failure but you must consider it as a possibility because sometimes things are just not under your control. You need to know that failure is one of the key ingredients in the recipe for success. Failure is what pushes you to keep going. Failure is what keep you humble. Failure encourages you to take that risk again and we all know that ‘greater the risk, higher the reward’. Yes, failing at something you worked this hard for can take a toll on our emotional and mental health. But you have to think about the fact that now you are aware of your mistakes. You finally know what you have been doing wrong and if that isn’t a good thing then what is.
DO OUR FAILURES DEFINE US?
Your failure is not what defines you but your capability to pick yourself up, defines who you are. As it is rightly said that if you fall, the person to pick you up should be ‘YOU’. It is understandable that after a point of time failure takes you down mentally but you still have to believe in yourself because as Marilyn Monroe once said “Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don’t, then who will, sweetie?” . All you have got is you. Life is full of challenges and it is for sure that a life full of challenges will teach you more about the world then a smooth sailing one.
Another thing you have to realize is that you are not alone in this. Everyone falls. Some more often than others but the people who refuse to stand up and begin again are the real failures. You cannot just give up. If you do, you will live with the regret of what you could have been if you got up, dusted yourself and gave it one more shot. The feeling of regret is worse than failure because if you never try you shall never know what you were capable of all along. Let me ask you a question, during your final days what are you more likely to think about- your current status or the time you didn’t recover from that one failure which could have been your shot? Well, if the latter is your answer then you have to get up, make a new plan, go out there and show everyone who ever doubted you that your failure is not what defines you but your success will.
I’ll leave you with this quote by Nelson Mandela, “Do not judge me by my successes, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.”
